pathetic morons sent wrong date, refused to alter delivery date when i tried .their online page is rubbish. plenty other better suppliers.AVOID THESE AWFUL PEOPLE!!!!

Used Prestige Flowers to send bouquet back to the UK from NZ. Not only did they send the wrong one once, but twice!!! What they sent was nothing like the one ordered..wrong colour's and flowers. Whilst the flowers were nice, I do not appreciate paying for something and then the recipient not getting it ! Their response? You just need toilet the buds open.. funny as the colour was wrong and there were hardly any buds in the bouquet to wait to open. Will never use Prestige Flowers again.

I have ordered flowers online twice, and each time they have arrived with dead flowers amongst the rest. First time I was refunded and had an apology email saying that they hope they can give a better experience the next time. That definitely didn’t happen, no matter what you pay you don’t get anything any better unfortunately. Do not use this company

My mums flowers got delivered today, they were the prestige bouquet and the total I paid was £59 and I was very disappointed at the poor amount of flowers for the price. I could have bought a bigger bunch from a supermarket I will not be using prestige flowers again.

I have used Prestige in the past without issue. I always order Christmas flowers for my parents for my brothers memory. My mum was disappointed when she received these this year and said half were dead the following morning and needed thrown away with the rest only lasting an additional 2 days. I will not use Prestige again for such an important and poinient token of rembembering a loved one.

I ordered flowers as a gift, but unfortunately, the roses were already dead within three days of delivery. When I contacted the company, I was asked to provide photos, but since the flowers had already been discarded by my friend, I couldn’t provide them. Despite explaining the issue, I received no refund or replacement. The experience was disappointing, and I expected the flowers to last much longer. Overall, I was left frustrated and unable to resolve the issue

My wife ordered some flowers to be delivered to a relative who had been injured in a fall. She ordered the flower on saturday afternoon to be delivered the next day ( sunday) it is now 4pm Tuesday still not been delivered. My wife spoke to Prestige today, Not interested, refused a refund said they would deliver the dead flowers tomorrow, we will see

What terrible service. Received birthday flowers day after my birthday and withered the next day!!! Sent by daughter from Spain to UK where I live. I do not recommend at all!!!!

Pathetic excuse for a bouquet which was ordered specifically for its 5 lilies showing in the picture, along with roses and chrysanths; there were a paltry 2 lilies in the actual bouquet with an abundance of small chrysanths and roses that will be dead in 2 days.

I have been trying to complain to Prestige Flowers. The roses all had black edges. I sent photos, but all they would offer was a voucher for £10. I wouldn't waste the money on buying more flowers from them.

Disgraceful presentation, falling apart, delivered late and not the plant I ordered. Had to resend the email and photos to receive a response. The response said sorry but feedback needs to be within three days or nothing can be done. I send flowers or plants to family overseas to celebrate holidays and special occasions. I will not be using Prestige again

Placed order on the 4th January for delivery on the 6th January. Order has still not been delivered as at today the 7th. No communication at all for the delay. I had to follow up and the response was really a no care attitude. Shocking service!!! especially when trying to send flowers for a specific purpose!!!!!

Received as a gift. 2 flowers were dead on arrival & another the next day. 2 days later they all had to be binned. The worst flowers I’ve ever rec’d. The purchaser informed the company but nothing done. Won’t be using them again. Sadly, a waste of money.

Very disappointing! Ordered a rose plant and chocolates for my mum for Christmas and she told me that although the plant looked okay on arrival, it died within four days and the chocolates were of very poor quality (the different "flavours" all tasted the same and they tasted cheap). Would not use this supplier again.

Prestige my eye. INFERIOR FLOWER COMPANY would be more APPROPRIATE .DO NOT USE. Looked like a nice deal. Flowers with 2 bottles of wine. BUT Prestige my eye. Should be called INFERIOR FLOWERS Ordered via phone on 12th Dec for delivery 20th. never arrived. Still not arrived by xmas eve. Tried phoning, automated response. Eventually emailed asking for refund. . Had two replies, stating different things.Then Re emailed the order. Only to be informed delivery 3rd January!!!!!!!!! NO REFUND OFFERED. 3rd January came along with an email to state had "listened to phone call and they were now refunding my money". Far too little way too late. NEVER AGAIN. lesson learnt always phone a florist near the destination of delivery.Very poor service. Save your money go to a High Street florist.

Appalling service. Ordered a bouquet from here - tulips, £45. Arrived wilted and petals had already browned. As an avid gift giver, I have ordered countless flower arrangements from one too many florists and have never received such poor quality flowers. Not to mention the scarcity of the bouquet - despite ordering a “medium size”. Expected better given the price and popularity of this company. Save your money and order elsewhere x
