The flowers are nice don’t get me wrong but the size ‘large’ really aren’t big at all. I could’ve got the same flowers from Lidl over the road for 1/10 of the price of these.

Dear prestige I have just ordered and I am sure the flowers will be lovely but your website was not easy to navigate, particularly the payment page. There seems to be too much information scattered around the page. you arent sure where to look next to progress the order Once ordering is underway could the website designer tweak things to be more like Gov.uk type websites where there is a very clear stepwise journey through the payment stages with minimal fuss around the edges.

Ordered flowers for my elderly neighbour. They arrived wilted and much smaller than the depicted image on the website. I complained and was asked to provide photographs twice ! Eventually they agreed the wrong size bouquet had been sent and offered me a £10 credit towards my next order. I declined as will not be using the company again. It would have been better if they could have sent out a replacement.

Do not buy from this Company. Sisters 60th wedding anniversary flowers were a disgrace. Were not fresh, roses with be nt heads, petals hanging off. I could go on. Was offered £20 voucher. Told them to stick it. Never again.

I recently ordered a bouquet for my mother’s birthday, hoping for a beautiful and thoughtful gift. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived in a condition that I felt was subpar and not reflective of the quality advertised. My mother was kind enough to send photos, which I shared with the company, but their response left me deeply disappointed. Rather than addressing my concerns or acknowledging the issue, they claimed there was no visible quality problem and suggested that following their flower care guide would fix everything. While I understand that some care is required for flowers, this does not excuse delivering a product that looks wilted or far from the standard shown online. I chose this service over larger brands like Interflora, hoping for better attention to detail and a more personal touch. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for the condition of the bouquet, coupled with a dismissive response, has left me regretting my decision. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Sadly we have not been able to find out if our flowers were delivered. It would have been nice to be notified by the delivery company, that the flowers had been delivered as you don't seem to do deliver the flowers yourselves.

We liked the CRIMSON COLLECTION arrangement of flowers in the CLEAR VASE as depicted in the photograph on the website. We chose both items for next day delivery and hope the please our recipient and brighten her day. We thank PRESTIGE FLOWERS for their help to make that happen.

Very disappointed with the quality of the bouquet....roses were already wilting upon delivery...and lillies did not open after 2 days!!! Also bouquet alot smaller than expected... Will not use again!!!

Flowers arrived 3 days late and were in poor conditions, new flowers sent out as a replacement but they arrived in worst condition than the first, was offered a part credit but wouldn’t use you again Would NOT recommend

If I could give zero stars I would AVOID!, AVOID!!, AVOID!!! Flowers for funeral came next day, after the funeral. Zero accountability as no refund, not even for the postage paid to Royal Mail for their failure to deliver next day. Copy and paste excuses absolving themselves fron any accountability

I usually never had bad experiences with them but this time my order didn’t come on time came one day late and when try and call costumer service they had no explanation just saying sorry and then they ignored my live chat on next day really bad costumer service and the bouquet wasn’t fresh as it travelled for 2 days 🤦
