Overpriced for the poor quality of product you receive. The flowers bought for Mother's day lasted less than 4 days. Not even provided in colourful bouquet wrap just standard cheap black wrap. Also no flower food provided. When raising the issue of poor quality the company hid behind terms and conditions. Terrible.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day, they arrived with some flowers broken off and missing petals and did not match the picture on the description. Spoke to someone at customer services regarding this and they dismissed what I was saying and that with the correct water and feeding solution it would blossom into that picture. It has not done this. The system is not allowing me to upload photos however these have been sent to the company

Flowers came looking like they were already dying and were all green bar one. I ordered pink roses. 3 days later of taking good care of them and they are still mostly green. Really disappointed.

The flowers for my Granddaughter's Birthday have not been delivered. Royal Mail say that they will deliver on the next working day. I imagine by then the flowers will be on the wan and not in the condition they should be. She will be taking photographs of them when they eventually arrive. I was charged £5.99 to have them delivered today being the 15th. April and this has not been the case. This is only the second time that I have used your company and it will be the last.

I ordered flowers for mother's day. They arrived ontime but they started to wither within three days and had to be binned on day six. Even though my Mum had done everything to help them along. I contacted prestige flowers to complain and I was informed that I should have complained within three days. I find this ridiculous as my mum had to bin them after six days. Total waste of money you would be much better getting supermarket flowers as they last much longer. Very very disappointed and I will not be using prestige flowers again. Ps they offered me a £10 voucher which is useless because you cant buy anything for £10 and I would not be giving them any more of my money.

We ordered 2 lots. 1 to go to Lincoln which were perfect, and have lasted 2 weeks. The other to go to Brecon, which were to be honest rubbish, the roses had to be discarded on the 2nd day and the full bunch thrown out within the week.

Disappointed - Mothers day flowers sent to wrong address. Partly my fault when placing the order on the website which was not particularly clear, the payment account & delivery account got muddled. Seeing as I've used them before I would have thought this may have raised alarm bells & order should have been queried. Somebody else received a £40 bouquet but not my mum. Still waiting for my £15 credit 😪

Utterly dissapointed. Dont be fooled by the photos.. The display received is a third of what it looks like in the photos. Could get better at local supermarkets for less than half the price they charge. Would not recommend nor will be using again.

Order placed on Wed 2 April to be delivered for a special Birthday on 4th April did not arrive. Customer service most unhelpful stating that 24hr delivery can actually take 3 days- so not to complain until after then. Waste of money.

So disappointed with the quality of the flowers I received last Sunday for Mother’s Day. The foliage in particular, looked very tired and within a few days I had to dispose of more than half of it because it was shedding so much. After just 5 days, I have also lost 2 roses & a lily head. What’s left of the bouquet isn’t looking too healthy. I have received so many beautiful flowers from Prestige in the past - I don’t know what happened this time.

Mother’s Day flowers only arrived yesterday. Were supposed to be last Saturday. Very disappointed as did t receive notification of delivery as clearly they were well overdue. Won’t be using again!

Sent flowers for Mother’s Day to my mother in law. Beautiful flowers roses and freesias that lasted precisely two days. Started to die the day after delivery, appalling for £40.00 will not use them again.

This was an expensive bouquet and unfortunately, I would say, was not worth the money. When it was delivered, the flowers looked very dehydrated and although most of them perked up once in water, the roses didn't quite and several need brown petals to be removed. By day three, all but one of the roses were dead and 1/3 of the lisianthus. By day five, 2/3 calle lilies had also died, leaving very little remaining aside from the greenery. We followed the care instructions to the letter, snipping the stems at an angle on arrival and after three days, replacing the water and rinsing the stems. With all of those measures, I would expect good quality flowers to last a week- maybe not all of them, but a good majority. It is disappointing that these did not. It's poor value for money, and I doubt I will order from prestige again in the future.

Arrived late on the day on Sunday the 30th and looked a bit sad out of the package. Hoped they would perk up after being put in a vase, but by Friday they were drooped over looking pretty sad. Won't buy from here again.

£48 for what seems like a large bunch of flowers in the photo , came not even a fraction of the amount of flowers. Not to mention they were ordered for mother's day and came 3 days later half dead. Would recommend, better go to Tesco and get a £10 bunch.
