This is the bouquet I received 12 hours after delivery. Roses are soft and drooping. This is pathetic. I literally took them from the Royal Mail guy and five minutes later they had been put into water and instructions followed to the letter. Not even in a hot room. Why are you unable to insist that florists don’t use sub standard roses?

They don't deserve your custom! My £50 bouquet of the largest size of the wild and wonderful selection was very disappointing in size and certainly not the size of the advertised photo but much worse, 2 of the main feature roses were well pasy their best. One was going brown and shriveled and the second was already losing their petals. I sent photos emailed 5 times and phoned twice and all they would offer was £10 off our next order with them which I certainly don't want to do. I had to go out to a florist and spend another £50 on a new bunch as once I had taken out the wilted flowers I couldn't present the pathetic bunch that were left for my grandfather's 90th. After a great deal of hassle their final offer was £10 refund. I was really upset by the whole experience as they advertise all over their site 100% Satisfaction guaranteed. This is definitely not the case as I found out to my deep disappointment. I would really recommend not using this company

I ordered and paid for flowers for my daughter and they weren't delivered . I have messaged twice through their chat and not had a response other than an automated message . Really disappointed and £35 out of pocket !!!

I like to use Prestige Flowers for a personal touch for my family and friends birthdays etc, which they've loved and the added little treats too, been a customer now for a good few years! Always on time, I've not had one problem yet when ordering! 5 stars from me.

Ordered these for our 21st wedding anniversary to be delivered to my wife as I was away working. Very disappointed with the quality and quantity for the price paid. NOT value for money at all. Nearly £27. Could have bought a better bunch of flowers in ASDA for less. Flowers wilted too. Advertised pictures nothing like received. Wouldn't recommend. Sorry but needs to be said.

Absolute joke paid nearly £50 for a bunch of flowers that look like there from a petrol station. Turned up mashed up in a box. Wouldn't use this company again.

They were for a birthday on 27 June but arrived a day late. They came in a box with tissue wrapped around them. When taken out of the box they were very much the same flowers, mainly a bright pink. I could have purchased better than this at a supermarket. They did not look nothing like the picture on the prestige website.
