So so sadly disappointed ! Purchased for a birthday present, and essentially have paid £35 for 2 roses ( already brown around the edges) 1 chrysanthemum, sprigs of greenery and some pine cones …. I could have purchase better from the supermarket for a quarter of the cost. I will never order again.

Utter rubbish company, I paid £6 for next day delivery. Royal Mail failed to deliver the flowers to my partner on time, I am very upset and disappointed. Others florists use express courrier companies like DHL, DPD who would do a much better job to deliver. Just avoid!

First time I used your flower service I was sending flowers to my friend who was quite poorly she just happened to be on the local web page when someone asked if there was a stephine that lived near her daughter said it could be you so she replied the person told her that she had flowers left at her house so my friend had to make her way to pick up flowers witch the lady had left on her front door step so as you can imagine I am not to happy with your delivery service 🚚

Failed to deliver the flowers, when I contacted them they said ah sorry we tried to deliver and gave me no idea of how I either get the flowers or a refund. Awful service, they simply took the money and ran.

I ordered flowers and the system recorded the wrong address. After placing the order there was no opportunity to review it. So flowers were scheduled to be delivered to the billing address rather than recipient's address. I tried to contact customer service but as it was a weekend there was noone available. An email was finally answered where the advisor said they had no way of cancelling the order and the error could not have been theyre's but mine. They could not explain how they had the correct name for recipient but wrong address. After much back and forth the company agreed to send out a bouguet to the correct address and funnily enough they were able to cancel the original order which they initially claimed could not be done once the order was placed. Terrible company poor customer service. Would not recommend

Do not use this service. Use another company. I ordered flowers, choosing a delivery date and somewhere in the T&Cs it takes unto three days to deliver, despite next day order option. This is appalling and certainly not prestige at all. If you order next day for someone’s birthday they won’t get them on the birthday itself. Terrible!!!

I ordered over priced flowers to be delivered to an address in Stratford as they were advertising next day delivery, I entered the name of the cottage and the correct postcode and two days later the flowers arrived at my own house with the postcode crossed out and they had the ordacity to charge me £6 for the privilege!!!! I now have missed the birthday and have £40 of flowers with no way of getting them to the quoted location. The customer service line was so unhelpful saying that the post office was liable and they could not doing anything about it but offer £ 15 on to the online account. WHY WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN! I have had to keep the flowers myself and to top it they are rubbish not worth £40 quid plus the box was damaged when arrived.

I am struggling to press the 1 star above. Our order arived to its destination as requested but on reciveing a photo, we were very dissappointed. Ths was a medium bouquet costing £50- (€60-) On speaking with Customer Services, I was requested to send in more photos so they could investigate how many stems etc. They don't understand that that would ruin the whole experience, having to ask the recipient to take photos etc. on her birthday. Surely it is incumbant on the supplier to ensure that their product is properly complete ? BTW they advised a meduim bouquet has 24 stems however it is clear to see that there are only 18 in this photo below. It seems even the simple idea of sending flowers has come down to the customer being wrong and having to prove the supplier should rectify the issues.

Flowers were dead in 3 days and for that price I would expect 7-10 days ! Get better quality at a much lower price at waitrose, tesco M and S etc. Customer service non existent Avoid this lot

They had two weeks to let me know that delivery wont be delivered on time. Once I mailed, complaining about it they washed they hands off, they not responsible for 3rd party delivery. Big disappointed.

Absolutely avoid at all cost. I have bought better flowers reduced at the gas station. Next day delivery took 5 days and without a time slot…. Flower looked awful and dead.

Wish I had read these reviews b4 ordering 2 bouquets. 1 turned up lily n rose bouquet. Only 3 lollies n 3 roses when they were supposed yo be lot more than this the lollies are not right ones either. My other bouquet ordered 4 bday has not turned up. Am waiting on customer service yo see what has happened. Won't use again after this

Please avoid Prestige Flower online service at all costs. Delivery late, flowers inadequate quality and smaller than paid for. Presentation box battered. Customer Service absolutely useless. Email communication absolutely useless. Had to quote Customer Consumber Rights Act to get a full refund. All this even though I had Photographic and Ring Door Bell evidence. What an absolute joke.

Although the flowers are lovely and arrived in a nice box, I ordered a medium sized bouquet and was left rather underwhelmed when opening the box to see what can only be described as a small handful of flowers. Certainly not worth what was paid, and certainly did not look like the display picture
