Flowers were awful nothing like the photo, told to wait 3 days, did flowers were dead. Then oh we can give you a £10 voucher, the flowers were for my mum's 75th birthday . Cost £38 no refund offered

Very meagre looking bunch of flowers. 8 blooms in total. Nothing like the example of what to expect. I sent them for my daughters birthday and I am very disappointed.

No customer service. Sent dead flowers 4 days after delivery promise. Left flowers outside the building of my 97 year old mum and claimed they were delivered. They were found on the street. Tracking info also falsified. Refused to cancel order when couldn't deliver. No customer service. Take your money and...

Ordered 'next day delivery' flowers for a birthday present. They did not arrive on the specified date. I contacted prestige flowers and was fobbed off with a message saying they could be delivered up to 7.30 pm on the correct date. The flowers did not arrive. Won't be using this company again. I particularly went with prestige flowers as they offered next day delivery. Very disappointed that my friend will receive her birthday present late.

Flowers were delivered on time but they did not look worth the money I paid. We have had these 5 days and the roses are dying already so not too impressed TBH.

Here's a refined version of your review: I ordered a bouquet from this service, and while the website allowed me to include a card message that was half Persian and half English, I later discovered that the Persian part had been deleted without any notification. I placed the order on Sunday, expecting delivery on Tuesday. However, they sent the bouquet out on Monday, and it took them 24 hours to finally deliver it on Tuesday. For perishable flowers, that's simply too long!

I have just seen the flowers sent to my aunty. They really are not what I was expecting. £40 worth of flowers they look like £12 bunch from tescos i am very disappointed.

Paid for guaranteed next day delivery, wife works from home have a ring door bell and five dogs who bark when someone opens the gate but apparently they tried to deliver and it’s some how my fault, courier won’t look at this issue, company says it is down to the courier, yet here I am the customer without what I’ve paid for and no one owning the problem.

So iv ordered multiple flowers in the past from prestige flowers, and would say at 1 point the bouquets We're just acceptable especially as a last minute order, but unfortunately there customer service and quality have significantly gone down, the last bouquet I ordered was Terible they started to wilt within 2 days Now I had ordered multiple times before and would of expected good customer service but it was terrible and found out about interflora they are great as a company and the quality and size match there description, not like prestige I had to send a loved one a bouquet urgently, and interflora couldn't fulfil the order till the next day so thought let me give prestige another go for them to overcharge me £10, was confused and checked invoice to see choclates had been added I could not make contact till the morning by that time the order had been sent out I contacted customer service to explain the error for them to say there is nothing they can do I would never order from hear agine it's unacceptable as like last time my account shows multiple orders such a Shame as they are a very fast company but customer service is questionable

Flowers were fresh and beautiful arrived 1hour before the 1pm time only down side I didn't get a tracking notification so didn't know if was or wasn't coming but they did and they were perfect thank you

I ordered flowers that are not exactly the cheapest. I had an email saying the flowers had been delivered the photo provided with proof of delivery was not on the estate of the delivery address. I called and told them they said it’s with a neighbour countless times. I explained the picture is not on the estate. But they just kept repeating it and telling me I need to check with neighbours. Absolutely disgusting service and would never advise anyone to order from here

DO NOT USE !!! I would give no stars if I could! Ordered flowers for a 70th birthday surprise for a neighbour on a Friday morning to be delivered on the following Monday and they weren’t delivered!!! A birthday spoilt thanks to Prestige Flowers!!! John and Angel in Customer Services were unsympathetic and robotic like in handling the complaint! The most they could offer me was £5.99 in credit! Prestige flowers - more like Pathetic Flowers !!

I ordered my flowers from Australia, was impressed that they arrived on time and notified by txt of when the courier delivered them. Received a msg from my family saying how beautiful they were and that they were delivered in a lovely box. I asked them to send me a pic and I got exactly what I chose and paid for which was only £41 for a large bouquet. Will definitely use Prestige Flowers again in the future!

I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday which supposed to be delivered on Monday August 19. And it’s still not delivered. I tried to call these people on several occasions but get no answer. I am really disappointed. I tracked the parcel and it’s saying they are at the depot in Croydon.

Very disappointing Service from this company! Flowers very expensive! They charge £40 for a half Bottle of Moet which they then fail to deliver with the Flowers! Will never use again!

So disappointed,flowers only lasted just about 6 days and the roses only a day.Supermarket flowers last at least 9 or 10 days and a fraction of the price so thank you prestige but no never again.
