Beautiful flower arrangements are available to send all over the world. The website is quick and easy to use and there is always a wonderful variety to choose from of cards, chocolates, flowers etc. I've sent many bouquets all over the world to friends and family and they always rave about them. Awful Awful ! I paid well over £40 for flowers to be delivered . They never arrived ! I contacted the company who were no help whatsoever! All they do is to tell you to contact the Post Office and wash their hands of it . They take the money but do not ensure your flowers arrive and what is worse is they do not seem to care which is worse . They insist they won’t refund or compensate either. I will never use these unprofessional cowboys again. My advice is contact a local florist and get them to deliver it . The recipients finally had to collect them from the post office 4 days later.

Delivery tracked through Royal Mail , they delivered to the wrong house. Customer services appalling ! Here is their response Unfortunately, we are only able to go off the tracking and as the tracking states it has been delivered to the correct address there is nothing we are able to offer, if you wish to take the matter further you will need to contact your card provider. ---------- Warm Regards, Jennifer.r

Really disappointed...ordered 7th June to be delivered 10th June, tracking shows will not be delivered until 11th. It now looks like my thoughts are an after-thought! Would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery was late even though I had confirmation through of supposed delivery date. Flowers were for a heavenly birthday and don’t have the same meaning been delivered after the date. Paid a lot of money and just got a response stating they try for the day but can’t promise so not there fault! Feel really angry that a company can take money ( especially for such a sad occasion) but feel no need to honour the date and can basically deliver whenever they have a courier Never again would I use this company. No customer service just another greedy company

I ordered a standard sized rose and lily bunch for my Nan however after seeing the state of them today I'm very disappointed. The roses are all dying at the tips and the bunch looked so bare, literally hardly any flowers. I feel so embarrassed I sent her these..

Terrible experience I ordered flowers large bunch and the flowers were a disgrace not worth £61 so I would appreciate a full refund and in all honesty after reviewing your reviews I can see exactly what people are on about and we will never order from you again , can you arrange a full refund please and the chocolates and cake can be returned to not happy

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-especilly if you live in Scotland-Ive had a very stressful time with them this week-they failed to deliver flowers of condolences to my aunt -I paid £40 plus delivery-tracking on Royal mail remained safe-awaiting -customer service awful-told to wait till 4th working day before any refund considered-also if my bereaved aunt wasn't satisfied with flowers sent 4 days earlier-had to take fotos -please avoid this company-also be aware they are trading under Haute Flowers-I can't comment on their products as I didn't receive-but awful service-AVOID -use uryour local reliable florists-I was hoping some compensation but Heya voucher for next order-NO CHANCE-ive never felt so angry and upset over a purchase-Will.be ordering my bereaved aunt flowers once I see my refund in bank account-had a stressful time with them

I made an error on the recipients address form and despite the fact that I noticed and notified them (albeit all done out of hours) they told me in the morning that the order had been processed and there was nothing they could do.

I would not order from this company again. The flowers were limp and not worth the money, would have been better if I got them from the petrol station. They were for my mums 70th birthday, she was not happy with them . I have asked for a refund and the company has refused
