So these people advertise next day flowers I ordered some for the wife's birthday. I get a confirmation from royal mail saying would be delivered today and nothing no one turns up. I complain to prestige flowers who basically reply not our problem that's royal mails fault not ours. Wrong I didn't order them from royal mail I ordered from you with your promise of next day service. Flowers have a shelf life and why should my order turn up in a unsatisfactory condition and according to your customer service agent there is nothing I can do about it no returns no refunds as its not your fault. Will never order from you again go to tescos at least there not full of s t and the flowers will be fresher than yours absolutely useless

Very disappointed with these flowers, because they came in a box and not a bouquet they do not resemble the pictures on the website. They do not look as fresh or vibrant as they do on the website. I will not use again!

i have ordered off them 3 times before & have always had nothing but praise for them but i ordered these, arrived on time etc, i ordered a large I am so glad i didnt order a small, really disappointed, nothing i can do as they were for a friend visiting, for some reason i cant upload a photo but i have sent one to the sales team by email.

never ordered flowers online before but could not get through on landline so had no choice. have to say wemsite easy to navigate and pick the flowers I wanted - just hope they are as good as they look as for a special friend and I missed her birthday.

Paid for a big bouquet of stock for my parents for their anniversary. What that arrived the next day, they were wiped and brown. Contacted Prestige to complain and sent photos. They responded with an offer of £15 off my next purchase!! Seriously!! I said I wanted a fresh bouquet sending, which they did. Guess what, they were in the same bag condition as the first one. Never again.

Well as I write this, they get a single star. Flowers ordered for next day delivery to Wellingborough Northamptonshire and find that they've been shipped to Tonbridge Kent. Online robot chat next to useless in this case, tells me they can't help, but will transfer me to a live operator, only to be told none available. So I waited and tried again, waited and waited and waited and waited until the cows could come home, but nothing. Online tracking with Royal Mail just says sorry, but that's not good enough. Sisters 60th Birthday and guess what, no flowers and chocolates. So what's the point, if they arrive tomorrow it'll be too late, infact if they arrive later today, it'll still be too late, as the family have left now for the party. I should have gone to a reputable flower delivery, but from their mission statement on Google, I thought I'd give them a try. My mistake indeed. Sorry, I can recommend them and won't be coming back. That's nearly £50 wasted, as was the surprise.

I ordered flowers that weren’t delivered to the correct address. The delivery company could not assist me and when I asked prestige flowers for help they told me to take it up with Royal Mail (who would only speak with the business who sent the parcel) so I lost out on the flowers with no refund or assistance. Would not recommend ordering from them as flowers may not be received. Such a disappointment

Ordered a large bouquet for an anniversary and have got dying flowers after three days even with fresh water and flower food. Incredibly disappointed as expected better quality for a £40 bouquet!! Won’t be using them again.😡
