I made 4 orders for Christmas deliveries. 2 of them made it. One was rerouted by royal mail and arrived 4 days late. The other was a total disaster resulting in my sister not receiving her Christmas gift despite ordering on 8 December for a 19 December delivery. The order has still not been delivered. The live chat was useless as it never connected me to anyone, I always got a message saying their agents were unavailable. Will not be using them again.

Nice flowers delivered as requested, but were the incorrect smaller size, so not what I ordered. My christmas present therefore looked very modest, when I was sent the picture by my brothers family. Got a refund for the price difference, but had to ask that it was not paid on an prestige account as I did not want one. (As you end up with loads of unwanted marketing emails, and offers that are not always what they seem sadly) Will I order from them again? Probably not!

My father recently passed and I was not able to be there. I sent a bunch of flowers with a vase to my mum. I visited a couple of days later and couldn’t have been more embarrassed by the shabby thin selection she had received. I wouldn’t have bought them from a petrol station

AVOID AVOID I ordered flowers for next day delivery & 5 days later still have not been delivered All i was offered in return as compensation was £5.99 of of future orders Well why would i want a futerorder when you broke you failed to deliver the firstone Ridiculous company Please dont ask me to get in touch as i have been for several days with no solutionAlan

This is not for the first time when I send the flowers with you and it was always broken flowers and weak flowers delivered. This year I even payed 10£ extra hoping for better quality. Two are broken and all the rest withered. I want my money back.

I found the website not clear. Not easy to maneuvuer. I wanted to look at my basket to check my selection, couldn't. Found it difficult to select flower together with the Christmas Hamper. It was a pain.

Ordered a lovely bunch of flowers for my girlfriend, but was VERY disappointed! On arrival there was only two pieces of foliage, nothing like the website picture, and one was missing shapen and didn't sit right and stuck out to the side , looked awful. Then after 5 days, TWO roses died and the warped piece of foliage was dying ( pics will be added) Bitterly disappointed and will use Tescos finest in future as FAR better, at half the cost! Ps Funnily enough, pics won't upload so you can't see how bad they are ! Very very poor

Ordered online at 1025pm when the order went through the delivery address was changed to the payment address to which they replied sorry about the problem. I emailed them straight away and phoned as soon as the telephone opened at 9am to be told hard luck the order is on its way to the payment address and the order cannot be cancelled. Do NOT use this company

Flowers now 3 days late - a rubbish organisation - useless using Royal Mail to deliver. Can get no useful info. from Prestige Flowers - only replies from an automated BOT. Will never use again.

flowers arrived late, looked half dead and considering they were supposed to be for a birthday surprised, very disappointed. We contacted them, were told they were of good standard. 2 days later sent photo's and they agreed they could have done better, a 10.00 credit was promised on my account as a gesture of goodwill, this credit hasn't appeared. This was 2 weeks ago. I have emailed and waiting a response.

I ordered my flowers which were delivered late in the day. In addition to this, the flowers looked old and half dead. I was not happy at all with the flowers received especially as this was purchased to commemorate my wedding anniversary.
