Wanted to send a plant to France but it appears this is not possible. I had previously ordered from another company who failed to deliver or communicate. If this delivery is made successfully, I will write a further review - hopefully a favourable one!!

Very disappointed! The flowers that arrived as a gift for my friends hardly look like the photo. I also paid extra for a bigger bunch and expected it to be a lot bigger than it is. It also showed orange lily’s in the photo and there is none of them in the bunch.

I have used prestige flowers for many years now and to date have always been pleased with the flowers and gifts I have sent. I think Prestige is good value especially if you take their annual postage. I hope I continue to receive good service especially today as I have sent a new baby gift...I do recommend Prestige.....Keep up the good service.

I resived Birstday flowers from my son girlfriend on 24.06.2024 And on 27 there was noting present in my vase I did need to put them in the bin I'm.not happy So much money bin paid So upset very upset On photo you can see onely only few left

Very poor value for money, much smaller than photo on the website. Delivered by Royal Mail, in a box. The person was out when they attempted delivery so the flowers were not delivered on the day I wanted and spent 24 hours in box! Will not be ordering again.

I ordered a large bouquet it cost me £60 I received 6 roses and 2 freesias. I was told when I sent photos they accidentally gave me the standard and refunded £10. I personally don't think 8 flowers is worth £50. There are better letterbox flowers and far cheaper. Even my local florist is cheaper. The roses were also starting to wilt with a few petals falling off on day of arrival. Disappointed. I would add the pictures I sent to the company however ot won't let me upload them currently.

Lacklustre arrangement. Flowers arrived a day late, so missed the occasion they were for. Pretty useless really. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances and I will not be using them again.

The flowers that I received were at best 30% the size of the photo on the website. It was a miniscule bunch of flowers. The customer service is non-existent. I'd avoid at all costs. A total rip-off.
