Although the flowers are lovely and arrived in a nice box, I ordered a medium sized bouquet and was left rather underwhelmed when opening the box to see what can only be described as a small handful of flowers. Certainly not worth what was paid, and certainly did not look like the display picture

Company offers next day delivery at extra cost then doesn't deliver next day. Then refuses any further input.

I found a card recently with a special note that seems to be a parting message from my late husband to me who passed away over 6 yers ago. The card has your name on it. My daughter who ordered the flowers does not remember putting any message. I am wondering if it is your practice to enclose a message for the bereaved. I was chuffed looking at the wording after over these years. Very much appreciated.

I also wish I’d read these reviews prior to placing my order. Flowers ordered 4 days in advance of a birthday for delivery yesterday. Still haven’t arrived. Royal Mail couriers say had a request not to deliver which is untrue. Nothing from prestige and still no birthday flowers. Birthday flowers are for birthdays. Not after the event! Surely that’s a vital part of a flower delivery business? Won’t be using again.

False advertising. Flowers came no where near as many/full as shown in the photos. The chocolates looked and tasted cheap and vile. Absolutely shocking value for money.

I ordered sympathy flowers or a family member while I was abroad on holiday. They arrived as planned. I received an email telling me the delivery had been made. On my return I saw the flowers to discover a meagre offering. The lillies were almost dead on arrival and thrown out after a day leaving a few wilting roses and bit of greenery. Very disappointing and I feel ripped off! 😬

DO NOT USE, I had a Christmas basket of hyacinths delivered from my sister yesterday. Worst ever, I wanted to bin the lot! Box Left on the doorstep while the driver took a photo on its side with the arrows saying this way up pointing towards next door's fence. Bulbs, compost, moss, all spilled in the box, Mess in the kitchen unbelievable Basket and ribbon a complete mess, Don't waste your money with this lit, Prestige it ain't.

I was so disappointed I sent these flowers to a dear friend paid for a middle order and they barely fill a small vase will use a local florist in future as previous reviews feel I’ve been ripped off

Paid over £45 to have a bouquet delivered and it’s so sparse it’s embarrassing. It doesn’t have the same amount of flowers as the photo I;e 5 roses instead of 6, 2 pine cones instead of 3. The company said I can dispute the charge with my bank if I’m unhappy knowing they won’t because they delivered the bouquet. Will never order again Ruined the nice surprise for my mums 60th

I have used you in the past and have had no problem but I ordered flowers for my friends birthday, although this Is not your fault, they were delivered by the post office, left them in a safe place but never left a card through the door to let her know, they text me but i obviously thought they had left a card. I text her this morning to wish her happy birthday and asked if she got the flowers , she hadn't but checked her gate and found them , she said the box was sodden due to the rain , but thankfully the flowers were ok , and said they were beautiful.

Well, the photo is nothing like what showed up. A skinny box with a few flowers in it. You basically have to be a florist to put the bouquet together. It's a rip off, the recipient of the flowers said I should of gone to the petrol station instead. This was a medium sized bouquet and it's a massive disappointment. Load of rubbish. Avoid.

Awful. Expected next day delivery for a special occasion but turned up 3 days later and this company says they cant commit to time, yet suggest it! Please dont use this company if you expect anything timely or anything 'fresh'. Very disappointed customer 😞

My father ordered a very expensive bouquet of flowers for my Mum to celebrate their 60th Wedding Anniversary. Although ordered 2 days before their special day, the day after, a day late! Most of the roses were already past their best. After contacting the customer services department, which was a complete waste of time, my father was told to email his complaint, their response was basically blaming the courier! I see that other customers have experienced the similar issues, if this is a regular issue you need to arrange a more reliable service, my father ordered his flowers from you and you should take full responsibility not pass on the blame! Prestige flowers should be offering a full refund for this poor service or at least a voucher! Disappointed is an understatement and we will not be recommended them to our family or friends! Tried to upload a photo without success!
