Very poor service I have stupidly put the wrong post code For flowers I ordered for my gran Not to be delivered till tomorrow so thought I would be able to get it changed Phoned both the company and Royal Mail but apparently there is nothing no one can do to help as I put the wrong address Not everyone is perfect and people do tend to make mistakes sometimes Poor customer service and won’t be using this company again

I paid £10 extra for a large bouquet - what arrived looked nothing like the photo on the website and the bouquet itself was small - I could have gotten better for half the price from a supermarket! When I reached out the advisor explained the bouquet was fine and there was no clear damage- however the photo i provided clearly showed a damaged leaf.

Still waiting for the flowers to be delivered, no one knows where they are...... now I am worried if they will actually arrive and when and what state they will be in... wish I had read the reviews, as so many others!!! Will NOT use again.

I was expecting a reasonably large bouquet for £47.00 but it looked like I was given the small bouquet and was disappointed, I didn’t feel they were value for money. I was also surprised they were sent via Royal Mail

Avoid paying extra £5 for medium or £10 large Bouquets. You will get same small pack with few flowers. Local shop will sell you for about a £10 what they charge nearly £50

DO NOT USE!! Extremely poor value for money even when on offer. Wish I had looked on review first. Flowers nothing like as described. Incredibly poor customer service attitude. You cannot speak to a manager, when they respond by email it’s inadequate. The response is “that the size and quality of the flowers sent are acceptable! - god knows who they are acceptable to! Absolutely disgusting. It’s caused embarrassment on us for sending this to our bereaved colleague. And the lady that received them is also mortified. See pic of what ordered and what was delivered. Am told it will look like picture in 3 days! Absolute joke

I ordered the pastal meadow bouquet for my mum's birthday and they were shocking.!! Looked nothing like what the picture posed!. Nowhere near enough for the size ordered. Will never order again if that's the standard!

The android app doesn't work correctly, the delivery date is set randomly, the support service is offline in the evening. As a result, my order was delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule, although I wrote to the support service immediately after I discovered the error. The support service is disgusting.

Delivery address was entered wrong. For some reason the website put my address in.....I DID NOT DO THIS....I informed the company within 30 seconds of the error. They claimed the item was already dispatched. IN 30 SECONDS. Now I have condolence flowers arriving at my house and no way of getting them to my friend. Appalling and uncaring customer service. All they had to do was change an address and refused

Disappointed that it took nearly 2.5 days to deliver even though we had paid / requested a next day order. The flowers didn’t really resemble the colour scheme ordered either.

Ordered flowers for my mother in laws wedding anniversary in memory of her late husband, prestige flowers state next day delivery so Ordered a bunch of rose and lilly mix. Expensive but thought why not, flowers were not delivered on time as stated, emailed prestige flowers with my concerns but apparently third party delivery service isnt there concern. If you can't guarantee next day then please don't advertise next day service. Flowers are OK but not worth the £40 I spent plus a day late. Don't waste your time as customer service isn't their strong point judging from Experience and other reviews.
