The flowers arrived and were very disappointing. The number of flowers and the vibrancy of the colours was nothing like the picture on the website. These were for a 60th wedding anniversary for my parents and I was quite embarrassed as they looked like they had been bought from a garage forecourt. I have a second set ordered for Saturday for my in laws 61st anniversary and I am wishing now I hadn't bothered. I

Gave 2 because flowers arrived on time. Chose September flower selection for my friends 60th. Absolutely shocking 3 large purple flowers all the rest were small purple stems. Do not use this company.

Very disappointed with the flowers. Small not a bit like the pictures and almost dead after 3 days.Will go back to M&S next time . Photo upload did not work either🤬

Absolute disgrace of a service. Ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date with three days notice and they could not achieve this. Whats the point in delivery service?

Heard about Prestige Flowers on the Virgin Radio breakfast show and have just ordered a beautiful bouquet of stargazer lilies for my mum. Good value and very easy process to follow on line. Would definitely recommend. Sam

Ordered flowers on 15th September. Royal mail had to redirect as sent to another county. My sent bouquet has still not arrived. Very cross. Won't use again.

50% discount offer a total con. Received 5 roses, 2 stems of lilies and 2 stems of greenery. £50 worth of flowers apparently. Customer service was satisfied they looked nice, so that's fine then. Avoid!

The flowers sent were not what I ordered. I ordered Alstroemerias but a mixed bunch of flowers were delivered. I was very disappointed. The packaging was excellent so the flowers arrived in good condition.

Flowers were of poor quality, didn't look anything like the photo on web page, bunch was less then half the size pictured, would have got a larger bouquet at Tesco at third of the price, flowers were ordered via Haute.com but communication is with Prestige gifts, it appears they have another brand name, careful when ordering they are the same company

I purchased this ‘Rose and Lily’ bouquet from Prestige Flowers for £25, half of the original £50 price. Are they half price because you only get half the flowers? I was so excited for a friend to receive this for her 19th birthday, and when she sent me the picture, I was shocked at the lack of flowers. Looking side by side at the image on the website and the image she sent, it’s clear that they’re nothing alike and the real bouquet is highly disappointing and underwhelming. Being a student on a tight budget, I ordered these flowers expecting a quality product and was really upset and embarrassed by how poor the quality of the gift was – a £5 bouquet from Morrisons is more impressive than this. 0/5 stars, will not be ordering again.

I was ripped off I got no flowers or no refund when the flowers went to the wrong address (my mistake) when they told me this I offered to go and pick up the flowers myself cost me £76 They said that was not possible as they are an online company and they were returned to the dispatcher. I’ll never deal with this company again. Proper flower shops from here on

I ordered a large bouquet and despite making a complaint. I ordered a large bouquet at a cost of £40. I don’t believe the bouquet I ordered was correct as it had very few stems in it and feel I could have got a better bouquet from a local shop or supermarket for half the price. Very disappointed. Won’t be using them again.

Really disappointed in volume if flowers sent as doesn't match web pics against price. They have cut down on amount of flowers but increased prices but not changed original pics on their Web. Will go elsewhere next time

Don’t expect them to let you know if your flowers are not delivered for any reason. Where not interested in resolving to any extent, will go elsewhere
