I ordered a bouquet for my cousin who had just lost her husband, hoping the flowers would show I was thinking of her. Royal Mail misrouted the parcel several times and delivered it over two days late when the flowers were all dead. I reached out to Prestige Flowers during this process requesting that they halt the delivery and replace the flowers or give a refund. They failed to even reply and then to add insult to injury they dared to send me an advert instead!!!!

Abysmal customer service. Sent over 50 pounds worth of flowers not requiring a signature, they were "delivered" a day late, recipient never received them and when I contacted the company the best they could offer is script answers and a replacement (Oh yay, even later flowers). Currently disputing through Paypal. Should have stuck with Interflora!

I recieved flowers from prestige flowers for my birthday that arrived with wilted roses and lasted a few days. Contacted them and did not hear anything. Then just spoke to customers services to send images. Sent images and now being ask to do other stuff!!! I don't have the time for all of this & think it's a absolute disgrace. I would not recommend this company for flowers. Customer service cleary want unhappy customers. Unbelievable not help at all.

The flowers were fine, much appreciated by my sister in law for her 60th birthday. However, the price you see is not the price you pay, beware of all the add ons, it works out cheaper to go with interflora.

I sent my friend the Rose’s and Lilly’s bouquet as a birthday present . It arrived on time ordered for next day delivery but the initial time frame was all wrong . Despite this the flowers in the boquet were very sparse and few nothing like the pictures indicated. Having looked at some of the other reviews after receiving the parcel it seems uniform for deliveries yesterday I will attach picture of the damaged and dying flowers I received. I am far from impressed by the service provided and disappointed after having spent a considerable amount of money on a product to have it not be fit for purpose. I would like something to be done about the quality of the products you are sending out and your images to show a try representation of what will be recieved also compensation in a way of a refund as what I recieved was not fit for purpose. I had hoped to be a returning customer however after that experience and without any guarantee this would improve I cannot see myself coming back to purchase again.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery for my friends retirement night on Saturday 30 December 2024 and was shocked to find out these were getting delivered by Royal Mail on Tuesday 2 December 2024 therefore they sat in their delivery office for over 4 days, without any water. I complained and was told my delivery charge would be refunded. Very poor and disappointing response. Fresh flowers is what I paid for and this is not what I got.

Upon reviewing your order, I can confirm it was delivered on the 1st, with the flowers dispatched on the evening of the 29th. To ensure the bouquet stays fresh during its journey, we include an Aqua Pack/Liquid Gel. Would not recommend them. The flowers I ordered were delivered to another person and the costumer service does not help with anything. They do not hold responsibility at all. Tried emailing them on the issue and no answer whatsoever. I feel very disappointed. Should have read the reviews before ordering.
