The flowers that I received were at best 30% the size of the photo on the website. It was a miniscule bunch of flowers. The customer service is non-existent. I'd avoid at all costs. A total rip-off.

Seems good value, although haven't seen the flowers that were ordered yet. Site a little tricky to navigate on mobile phone.

Hugely disappointed on bouquet ordered. Felt it was way smaller than the one I ordered adding extra money. Got email asking for feedback and answered honestly. Several emails back and forth with photos and told Florist Manager thought it was OK. Did feel they were condescending telling me that 'buds bloom' I would of never known that!!! Also several of the flowers were wilting or had died within days. This was meant to be a special gift to my sister who had just lost an extremely close loved one. I was very embarrassed when I saw the flowers. It made me look like a cheapskate. I would of never complained but they asked. Obviously don't expect that. Also I could not type on some of the questions below.

I placed order with Interflora and they sub-contracted with these clowns who delivered wilted flowers for my mother's birthday. Pointless waste of money. Next time I'll grab flowers personally, not delivery.

Do not buy these flowers. The roses were dying when we received these and nothing like the picture shown. We sent a photo of the roses and they said it was just the outer leaves and to expect this so would not refund. We then sent another photo clearly showing it was the actual petals that were brown and asked for a refund. They said that as it was slightly faulty they offered a £15 voucher. As they whole bouquet was ruined and it was for a 60th birthday we said this was not good enough. They don’t even know the meaning of prestige!! Please don’t buy from this company as you will be disappointed. After a couple of more emails they said that they would not refund and to try with our card provider. Tried to upload photos but wouldn’t let me, funny that!!!

I live abroad and find Prestige great for sending loved ones gifts for occasions when I can’t be there. I’ve received their flowers before as well as sending them as a gift and find they are always so fresh and beautiful!

I spent £ 40- on a failed delivery of a birthday bouquet. The flowers arrived a day late, they were parched and of poor quality, the lilies never opened. When I complained to "customer service" I was addressed with automated AI responses, there was almost no human intelligent response from Prestige Flowers. After some wrangling I was offered a gift voucher for future purchases, equivalent to the value of the failed 24hours delivery charge. The third party carrier, Royal Mail, would give cash refund for a failed delivery, but Prestige Flowers refuses to pass on this cash refund to their dissatisfied customers. This is highly questionable business practice and it may well be in breach of contract law.

Pls pls do not purchase any flowers from this company. I read some of the reviews and they were all mostly negative but stupidly still went ahead and ordered flowers for a colleague’s birthday. These photos were taken on the day of delivery! The flowers won’t last more than a few days with some already dead. I have emailed their customer service who have repeatedly said there’s nothing wrong with them. All they are willing to do is give a £15 credit when the bouquet cost a lot more?Absolutely disgusting. If they think delivering dead flowers is acceptable, what kind of company are they??

Mmm…. Ordered these flowers for 12 year anniversary. Now I get bouquets and flowers may vary but kind of hoped they would be better than this. Paid extra for a large bouquet. Then this arrived by the postie!!!

My friend arranged for me to have the flowers for my birthday, I was disappointed as 2 days later the roses were already drooping and even the leafy fillers were dry & dusty. She saw a photo that I-took of them and she said the bouquet was nothing like she ordered. Would not use them again.

Flowers when delivered look nothing like the advertised pictures on the website. I also paid an extra £10 for a 'large' bouquet and have no idea what I got in return for this. Very poor service as the product and does not resemble what was advertised.

My order of funeral flowers should have been delivered 19 June, not 26 June. Flowers were funeral flowers. Too late delivered! Sorry to say I will not be using Prestige Flowers again.

Extremely underwhelming bouquet that for a whopping £36 was seriously overpriced and looked nothing like the photos. 2/5 instead of 1/5 as the online service and delivery was smooth and painless, just a big shame that the actual product is such poor value for money. Will not be buying again

I received a bunch of your flowers this morning , cut the end , straight in vase then I noticed that all the leaves are down and flowers are wilting. Absolutely worse I ever received. I wish I could find out how to complain .
