DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Maybe contact a local florist who would do a much better bouquet. I ordered a large bouquet, but my sister received a small bunch of flowers! This was the response, I wonder how many more people feel duped? I have added a photo of what I ordered to what was received. This was the response from Prestige flowers - Upon careful review of the photographs you provided, our Florist Manager has confirmed that there was an error in the size of the bouquet delivered. Instead of the Large size that you ordered, a Medium size bouquet was sent out. We sincerely apologise for this oversight. To compensate for this issue, we would like to offer you £5.00 voucher to be used towards a future order. No thank you! Lesson learned, I will not be buying from Prestige Flowers and I will be spreading the word that others' shouldn't either. A full refund would have been more appropriate.

DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR ENERGY ON THIS COMPANY. Totally appalled at the lack of compassion given over a late delivery but no its ok cause its in the small print that even though you choose and pay for a delivery day its not guaranteed and they have three days in which to deliver them, 😡😡😡 yes cause its not like you want them for a special date do you. Also looked nothing like the picture and didn't look as big as the picture, but without an aerial view they can’t do anything. They were a gift. Really????? Why would i get the person they were delivered to sort out their shoddy gift. Speechless and £60 out of pocket. I repeat. DO NOT USE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid £30+ for a large bunch of flowers for my mums birthday and all that was received was the tiniest, broken 'arrangement'. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Do not use!!!!!

Ordered flowers from NZ for my mums birthday, requested delivery 28/10 and no sign of them!!! Don’t offer delivery dates you know you can’t meet, very disappointing.

I am very impressed with the ease in which I was able to use your website to order flowers for my cousin who has just lost her Mother. I tried placing an order with another Aberdeen Florist but wasted so much time trying to get through to the payment section. I left a message, but have heard nothing.

Prestige flowers should stop using The Post Office for deliveries , the flowers arrived two days late and appeared to have been kicked around the sorting office , some of the flowers were squashed and had broken stems and were embarrassing to present to my wife . Next to a bunch some friends had bought from Lidl , they just look like petrol station flowers. I know it's not Prestige's fault but I feel I should get a partial refund . Please note flowers on right in photo are from Lidl

Extremely disappointed at the quality of flowers and customer service. I ordered and paid extra for a large bundle of country flowers costing about £45 for my sons’s wedding Anniversary but what was delivered was a very poor thin dry and scraggly version of the photo on the website. with a few flowers missing despite paying the extra £10 for a large bundle! I complained by email and sent photos but was told they could see no problem!!! Their customer service and quality of flowers are extremely disappointing. By the way despite paying extra for a next Day delivery and getting an email that flowers would be delivered between 9am and 1pm next day, it was delivered next night after 7.30pm causing inconvenience for the recipient. I will never order from prestige again. Worse experience ever!

Delivered on time however the gel in the bouquet had leaked and my Mom couldn't separate the card stuck to the ad leaflets to see who they were from. Appears the transportation needs some work. Won't use them again.

Flowers ordered for 30th wedding anniversary. The bouquet looked nice, but only lasted a few days. I ordered a box of luxury chocolates with the flowers which were very disappointing. Despite there being a guide on the back of the box explaining the assorted flavours they all tasted the same, faintly of marzipan and little else. It’s the first time anything chocolate has sat around my house uneaten ( even by the kids).

My friend and I were extremely disappointed in the quality and presentation of a so called ‘bouquet’ I ordered from this awful company. Contacted customer service who stated: ‘ Having reviewed the photographs you provided with our Florist Manager, we have determined that there are no apparent quality issues‘ Absolute rubbish. Do not use! Ordered flowers for next day delivery for a Thursday, sat at the Royal Mail depot for two days before attempting deliver on the Saturday. Customer service say not their fault and they cannot guarantee next day delivery - don’t advertise as next day delivery then! Cannot comment on the flowers as still waiting for delivery but not hopeful after 3 days travelling (we are not in a difficult to deliver post code). Do not waste your money buying from here. Requested a refund but all I received was an apology which sounded like a cut and paste response. I paid for next day delivery flowers which you didn’t deliver so I’d like a refund.
