I ordered 2 sets of flowers for Valentines Day and guess what, they haven't been delivered. I am so gutted. These were order and paid for in advance on 03/02/25 so not only did this company have my money in advance, but they didn't deliver on time. Tried calling the at 4.45pm (website advertises 9am-5pm) and all I got was answering machine that they are closed. Absolutely useless! Never ever bothered to write any reviews for anything but I am so incensed, that for the first time I decided to make the effort. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE if anyone s thinking of ordering flowers from this company, then please think again. I don't care about the money lost but think of my poor wife and daughter who are probably thinking what kind of a father or husband am I?

Very good service, delivered next day as promised, a little underwhelmed by what arrived compared to the picture online, seems extremely expensive for what actually turned up. Other half was happy with them, but i think a more accurate description of what to expect would be better.

I ordered a bouquet for Valentines day and it hasn't arrived. The customer support line for both phone and online list chat was closed at 16:30 when on their website it's advertised open between 9-5pm. Awful service

i ordered valentines large grandeur love bouquet and the roses are wilting and look half dead i am not impressed after spending over 65 pounds on these,very very disappointing i will not be ordering from prestige again if this is the quality of flowers you are sending out to customers

A lovely bunch of flowers but I paid £50 For flowers and a candle the candle is a small one and the flowers I thought were going to be bigger not that small!!

Embarrassingly bad. Bought flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day and wish I hadn’t. What has been delivered is a joke, total misrepresentation in the images online. No agents available to talk to to rectify, presumably because they’re dealing with other complaints. Avoid

Absolutely shocking company. Bought some flowers for valentines on Monday and when I go to check if they’ve been delivered for today I can’t login to my account or phone up as it says the lines aren’t open??? They say the lines are open 9-5pm Monday to Friday? It’s 4pm Friday and it’s saying they are closed? What a waste of money. I want a refund straight away. Unless someone can provide me with something saying they’ve been delivered or are out for delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Paid close to £40 for a bouquet of flowers. Looks nothing like the photos. Arrived late. Flowers are already blackening and some arrived damaged and even had stalks with no flower. Definitely not worth the money. Absolutely con. Supermarket flowers look better.

Ordered twice from here, had one decent bunch of flowers and the other were mostly dry/dead. Tried again, ordered a £45 bunch of flowers as a gift for someone. Nothing like the photo at all, small bouquet, barely any flowers. Was really embarrassing to receive a photo where they were nothing like the website photos. Very disappointed, won’t be ordering here again. Really not ideal when gifting to someone else. Don’t use.

Absolutely awful,spent alot of money just to receive a small bottle of champagne, seven roses instead of the promised 12.Just to make it better the 7 I got was small and dying.Never using this business again,I want a refund!!

I can’t believe how bad they are. I spent £45 on a bouquet and what I got was a joke. The bouquet is very small and the flowers look half dead. You are better off calling a local florist and organising for them to deliver flowers. This service is very over priced, it’s day light robbery.

I don't even want to give a one star, but unfortunately there isn't an option for a zero star. Bought flowers for valentines, all dried and look end of life. One flower was already broken. Never again using this company And when contacting them to complain. They tell me it's normal and nothing wrong even with photos to prove.

When the flowers arrived they didn't look like they did in the picture, the petals are already dying and blackening. The store also specified large roses and they look like i could have got a lot better for a lot cheaper from a local supermarket.

Quite disappointed ordered flowers on the 10th for delivery of the 14th close to £70 of flowers with delivery and I’ve checked with local post office and seems the delivery isn’t even present with them which means no chance of arriving for my delivery date and I thought I’d given sufficient time for the order to be on time! Lesson learnt buy local from now on! :( Tried to contact them On the support section get a message no one is available wtf!
