Terrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a bouquet for my wife's birthday on the Monday, four days in advanced, to ensure that it would arrive on time on the following Friday On the due delivery day, after waiting until 4.30pm, and still no sign of the flowers, I rang the number on their website, that should be available until 5.00pm, only to hear a message that they'd all gone home for the day! The tracking details off the website said that the bouquet was still at the Royal Mail Depot. so I knew it wasn't going to arrive on the correct day. I emailed them over the weekend and, surprisingly, got a reply, but after constantly being fobbed off, with the blame being put on their courier, I asked to have it refered up to a senior manager. Someone came back to me on the Monday morning, with the same excuse, and there was no offer of even a small gesture. Bottome line was - the flowers arrived around midday on the Saturday - so a day late. If you're thinking of using this company, please read the reviews on their own website first, and then order from someone else. The '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' is a joke! Waitrose, M&S, John Lewis and Interflora all provide a proper after-sales service.

DO Not USE PRESTIGE FLOWERS! My friend who herself is very poorly sent some flowers from prestige flowers recently to my niece who is very poorly with stage 4 cancer which I explained when addressing the complaint. I received a message from my niece saying the roses hadn’t opened after around 5 days. So to avoid causing upset to my friend i tried to resolve the issue myself. I received an email saying they would only deal with the sender so reluctantly I forwarded the reply to the sender. They have now said they will only address flowers upto 3 days after the recipient has received them. I’m disgusted with the whole set up and indifference shown throughout the process. Only gave one star as can’t review otherwise.

The discrepancy between the online photos and the actual order is major. The bunch is nowhere near as full as advertised and missing certain flowers. Very sad to be ripped off. You get nicer flowers for £10 in the local shop.

I ordered flowers and paid for next day delivery. My flowers are still undelivered three days later. The customer service is not helpful and keeps blaming their third party delivery agent. Not my problem. They aren’t interested that the flowers will not be fresh when delivered and will not cancel my order or refund me. I will not use this company again.

Ordered flowers on Friday for an important birthday on the Sunday. Now arriving on Tuesday late afternoon (when recipient will be at work) Spent £57 on late flowers. Massively disappointed. Will not use again

Don't be fooled by pics placed order for wifes birthday flowers arrived day late Also upgraded to large bouquet which on arrival was small/medium at best with broken flowers Proceeded to chat with customer services just get fobbed off with excuses what a waste of £60

Complained same day of delivery, definitely not the medium bunch ordered. Within 3 days half the flowers have lost petals and died. Customer refusing to do anything and was told to contact card provider but prestige will dispute it!!!!!! AWFUL customer services

Would not be happy if I had sent these to someone. Received yesterday and roses are very limp. I am sure the Lilies will be lovely but suspect the roses will be dead before they open. Not quite the bouquet pictured in the advert

Had some amazing sunflowers sent to me for my birthday. They lasted nearly 30 days. Very unusual other flowers nothing bog standard about these flowers. Have now sent them to two of my friends who also commented how lovely they are. Keep up the good service 😊

I am discussed with this Company. Ordered expensive flowers to be delivered on Friday 04/10. Flowers never delivered and it now 5.30 on Saturday 05/10 and still no flowers. No contact telephone numbers to chase and I don’t expect to get my money back. I will never use this Company again.

Hi there, I am really disappointed at your delivery. The flowers and the birthday treat box was left on the floor at the first floor. The delivery address is on the forth floor no body knocked on the door! My niece was waiting for her surprise. The flowers went missing and also th treat box, I have trusted your website and placed this order from Canada. I would appreciate either a refund or sending a second order without charging me but deliver it with a trust worthy delivery company.

I actually cannot believe what I have received!! A £50 arrangement for our mum's 80th birthday and I should have saved my money and went to Tesco!! Disappointed does not even come close.

My order was sent to the wrong house number and I arranged collection myself. When opening my package, the flowers were brown and busy dying. Prestige flowers also missed parts on my order and not included the birthday hamper, only the cake. After multiple email complains and proofing photos. After a week or two, Prestige flowers then said they will refund £15 pounds via voucher to my account to purchase another product from their online account. This was never sent. Please don’t waist your money. Their services are really bad.

Ordered the Ivory Harmony, which includes white or cream roses and peonies. Topped up £10 for large size. What was delivered was a small bunch of daisies.
