Absolutely disgusting service! Delayed delivery, absolutely not respectful customer service. Flowers delivered late, ablosutely not fresh, all roses dead! Do not want to refund. Say, they guarantee 100% complete satisfaction but do not guarantee delivery on named date and cannot guaranree freshness of what's been sent out! Terms & conditions signed on purchase mean customer is happy with the above! Never ever again! Do not recommend!

Atrocious - ordered on the 4th for next day delivery. No communications until a note from Toyal Mail informed me the flowers were delivered succesfuly... Monday the 8th... When questioned the excuse was that Edinburgh is remote and therefore cannot garantee delivery! Beware and do not trust - better stay away all together and go with a reputable florist, like Interflora.

Website is misleading as delivery to some postcodes takes much longer. This should be flagged when entering the postcode. Flowers very poor and not good value for money. The pictures of the bouquets online do not reflect the actual quality or quantity of flowers. Very disappointed.

Over half the flowers were dead or dying…..slimy rotting leaves and petals, Had to throw a large amount away immediately, I dont want to tell the person who sent them as they’ll be so upset, but they were absolutely shocking.

The flowers were for my mother’s 70th birthday and she was very disappointed that she only received about 10 flowers in the bouquet and 2 were broken! I have used this company before but unsure if I will again! Very disappointing!

On times and safely delivered however nothing like the online image against which I chose. I also upgraded to medium expecting a bigger number of blooms yet didn't even get the basic.

The flowers were nothing like what was advertised on line. They were thin & no roses. Quite frankly I was embarrassed when I saw a picture of them from the recipient!! And at that price too! It was supposed to be a special bouquet but looked worse than something I could have picked up from the local garage!!! I won't be using you again.

The flowers I received were unsatisfactory, the bouquet that was ordered was for Pink Lilies & Roses.....what I received on 2/7 does not represent what is being advertised. On 8/7 I have flowers which haven't bloomed & only thing I can describe is fit for the bin. Very disappointed 😞

Bad service this time not happy at all gave 24 hour notice for flowers to be put on hold as my friend was not home mo one even tried to do that so I want refund apparently to late for that too won't use again.

i ordered for flowers for my wife as her sister died they arrived on wednesday and tbh the flowers were passed it by saturday very wilted For the price should lasted longer and flowers i've bought from M&s and waitrose lasted a lot longer very poor value for money
