I am fuming I’ve specifically asked if you sent hampers to Ireland and you’ve messaged back sayings yes .I’ve ordered and paid for one and then today I get a link about flowers I haven’t ordered flowers this Hamper was a special gift for my father and I don’t Eve know now if he will get it on time NOT HAPPY

Only chose 1 star because I had no other choice absolute zero from me also wish I'd read the reviews. I arranged a bouquet for my mums 70th as a surprise with a voice message from me and my daughter. The flowers never arrived tried to contact them next day via phone and they said unfortunately the lines ar down. Had to communicate via email couldn't get a straight answer eventually realised I'd made a mistake with the postcode ok fair enough,but I checked the postcode I put in and address doesn't exist they had the full address other than that and also had my phone number. I get it's dealt by a 3rd party but this cannot be the first time this has happened with a typo. They wasn't interested in helping me out resolving the issue and guess what the flowers arrived 6 days later and were in a terrible state. There was no correspondence to say we couldn't deliver your order for whatever reason and possibly sending them to post office at least they didn't contact me at all. Considering it's flowers and not a pair of trousers I'd say they should be doing all they can to ensure delivery is made they are relying on people not telling the sender of any issues and poor quality flowers. Ultimately it was a mistake I made but to try and simply solve this customer service was no help whatsoever I needed to talk to someone immediately not bouncing emails back and forth will definitely not be using this company again please please read reviews before you purchase from here

I purchased a moderately expensive Bouquet for my mum on the day one year after my stepdad passed away. Thebunch of flowers we got were not like the picture at all. The amount of flowers we got was definitely not like the advertised picture. Long story short I could have got a bunch from my local M&S up to par with the ones we received. Im fuming. I tried to do something nice for someone else and feel like I've been scammed

That’s lucky for one star! Absolute DISGRACE. Still have not received the flowers. Had to be directed to the nearest post office for pick up tomorrow! Goodness knows what state they are in for a friends surprise at work. Disgusting - when I see the state of the flowers tomorrow if and when I pick them and they’ve been delivered I’ll be writing another review - DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY!

Really poor quality. Paid extra for a large bouquet and got a bunch that looked like it had been bought from a truck stop. Customer service is also dreadful. Would stay away and spend money elsewhere!

Ordered Next Day delivery and a day late still no sign and customer service have no idea if they will arrive today just told to contact them after 730pm (when they are closed). According to the small print, provided by the Customer Service Agent, remote areas (I live in Glasgow, UKs 3rd largest city) need another day. Honestly I just wish I'd bought from somewhere local.

Still waiting for flowers for my bereaved daughter in law. What's the point when they were meant to be a comfort on the day . Also worried that by now they may not be in good condition. Will never use Prestige Flowers again and will pass on to others.

The flowers arrived dry, without water and according to tracking would have not had water for nearly two days. Half of them had to be thrown away. On speaking to other people I've had flowers sent to (I wanted to check theirs were ok) I was horrified to hear that 90% had flowers arrive nearly dead, looking awful and small. I'm mortified and embarrassed. I trusted this company and will never use them again.

I paid nearly £50 for a bunch of flowers to be delivered for my girlfriend’s birthday. What arrived was an incredibly sparse smattering of flowers. If I knew the “quality” of the bouquet was like this , I would’ve just gone and got a much better bunch for far less money from a supermarket or petrol station. I sent my mother flowers for her birthday on the 22nd November spending £30 on a large bouquet and she told me this morning that they had all died. I can honestly say how disappointed I am as what I thought was going to be a large beautiful bouquet going by the picture on the website I could have got better at the garage on the way to her house. Truly awful.

The service is cold and impersonal. I don't appreciate being issued with a 'ticket' when I have a problem. That's not customer service. I don't appreciate being sent 'standard' replies either. Royal Mail let you down badly. I won't be using your services again. I suggest you use another delivery company - one that can deliver to addresses on time without fuss. Dreadful.
