DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN THE HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND!!. They hide their policy of 'delivery within three working days if the address is in the Highlands' and use it as an excuse when you contact them. I ordered flowers and chocolates and they were stuck in a van, in hot weather, for three days, before being delivered. They were in absolutely diabolical condition and the only thing this joke of a company did was to offer me a tenner off my next order.

Flowers ordered Wednesday for Thursday delivery but damn I forgot to read the very small print that means the order won’t be delivered but that’s not your fault. Lack of transparency at the order stage doesn’t go down well and means I will not be ordering with you again The order is VERY clearly going to a business/office which means the order will not be delivered until Monday at the very earliest, which is unacceptable. Oh and I forgot; if they are not delivered or indeed turn up dead, this is also my problem and a refund isn’t give. I will order from a reputable company going forward. Save your money and order from somewhere that will deliver when expected.

I was very disappointed in the medium bouquet they sent. So few stems. Nothing like on the picture they used in their website. How many stems would they put in a small one? Three? It’s quite shocking, and they asked me to send pictures to see how bad it was. I did. Then they said they needed more pictures. So I sent more pictures. Then they offered a £15 credit. I accepted it. But then they got back to me that they couldn’t issue a credit, that I could dispute the charge with my bank but that was unlikely to achieve anything. Disgusting! Never again!

The flowers received were awful. A better bunch you can get from the supermarkets. The customer service team equally awful with no resolution. wasted £50. DO NOT BUY at all cost.

I ordered and paid 3 weeks ago. The money left my account then. On the day the flowers are due to be delivered (a significant birthday for my mum) they tell me my order is a fraud risk, cancel it and say they are refunding me. AFTER I have already paid in full weeks ago. Of course no one available to speak too. Outrageous

Ordered bouquet costing £49 for a dinner party welcoming relatives home from living abroad. Delivered Friday morning, attended to the flowers to the letter on the advice sheet. Saturday they were looking a bit sorry for themselves so changed water. Sunday there were wilting roses, broken gerbera stems and leaves dropping off the greenery. So the beautiful dining table is planned had to be revived by flowers from the Co op!! Complained to prestige flowers who arranged for another bouquet to be delivered. I saw little point as the event I bought them for was gone. This next one arrived and again I had exactly the same issues. Contacted them again asking for my money back. I received an email saying they're going to give me a. £60 credit note, I acknowledged receipt of the offer but did not agree to this. Contacted customer service who said I'd agreed to the credit, why would I, and that there's nothing they can do. Why would I want more rubbish flowers, I wouldn't so would never have agreed. Abysmal customer service, abysmal quality bouquets. I would never recommend, I will use the credit as it's there but would have preferred a refund.

Don't order through this company!! Spend your money elsewhere that's more reputable. I wish that I had read reviews on Facebook before ordering flowers for my Niece who had surgery. The bouquet arrived and the 5 Roses were completely open and bruised around the edges and the next day she had them, petals were beginning to fall off! I sent photos of the arrangement to customer service, and they said there was nothing wrong and they believed them to be beautiful roses that should be open when the recipient receives them!! This company is laughable. Please please please go elsewhere!!!!!!

Although the service and delivery was good, unfortunately the flowers I had ordered and delievered the next day had dead roses in the with the buds falling off along with mouldy leaves. Really disappointed that the person I was sending them too had received them like this. Ended up chucking a quarter of the bunch away. Also while trying to upload the photos it says that ‘we could not upload your files, please try again’ tried many times.

Ordered the large June bouquet for my mums 80th birthday, she said they were absolutely beautiful, she said there were a lot of flowers and not much foliage which is a good thing as other flower businesses bulk them out with foliage, many thanks you always do a wonderful job, also I worked in a florist for 17 years so I do always shop for the best.
