When placing an order with this company I got the option to get the flowers delivered Sunday which I had intended for Mothers Day. The flowers were in fact not delivered today which ruined my mother's, mother's day! I am so disappointed with this company as my question is why did they give the option to deliver on Sunday?! If I knew they were not going to be delivered today, I simply would not have ordered them!!

Mother’s Day flowers order has not arrived. Hate to think what state the flowers will actually be in if they actually arrive tomorrow. Other more clearly decent and ethical companies that I looked at would not accept orders (made clear on their websites) submitted over the weekend due to risk of not being able to deliver as promised. Prestige had no qualms about confirming my order and then failing to deliver. Disgrace of a company - just shows that it is much better to use a more local established business, even if you have to pay extra.

Am livid that an order placed at lunchtime Friday was not fulfilled for Mother’s Day. Had a very disappointed and upset mum. It’s ridiculous that this couldn’t have been delivered with a whole Friday afternoon or Saturday day to let me know if issues with my (very expensive) choice. Do better! (Order 8715504)

I received a beautiful huge bunch of tulips and gypsophila from my son this morning via Prestige Flowers for Mother's Day. This is the second time I have received from them in last year. Flowers absolutely beautiful quality, so fresh and vibrant. All whole, no breakages at all and surrounded very classily with a matt white fluted cellophane. Boxed nicely and safely. They are perfect, really delighted! Thank you.

Roses were past their best within 4 hours of receiving. One order I ordered for Mother’s Day has not arrived in time so very concerned about the state the bouquet will be in when it does finally arrive given that the one that did arrive had roses that have died

Just the worst. They delivered the most pathetic bunch of flowers to my mum on Mother’s Day. Absolutely nothing like what they advertised online and the flowers almost dead. Complained and was offered a £5 voucher (having spent £45). These guys are sharks

A little disappointed in the flowers I ordered, ordered delivery for my mum on Mother’s Day, cost me £46 with delivery, paid for the larger bouquet, have previously ordered for friends and flowers have came open in a cardboard holder and the message card attached, came in a closed box and the card just thrown in with various other leaflets, small bouquet, probably could have bought a bunch just as pretty and bigger in Tesco for £15

The £45 bouquet my mum received for Mothers Day was so disappointing, the roses were brown and the bouquet was a lot smaller than the website described. I emailed to advise this and was ultimately told to remove the bad petals and use the correct vase. At the grand age of 73 I think mum knows how ensure her flowers stay fresh as long as possible. I will not be using this company again. I’ve tried to upload photos but it won’t allow me to.

Its mother's day , ordered flowers for my 95 year old mother, with cake and card , no delivery arrived , all her friends in the next rooms all have there flowers and cards , my poor mum has nothing thanks to you guys at Prestige . No person I can call or no way of finding out what's happened to her delivery . So disappointing , certainly a learning curve , always order by phone a nice local company you can trust will deliver.

Only giving one star as it’s impossible to give zero. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day two days in advance. Nothing arrived no message no contact no clue. Do not use if you want the recipient to talk to you again. Awful, may be a con.

Flowers were delivered to another street but to be fair, this was the Royal Mails fault and I was lucky the home owner delivered it. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture as seen compared to what was advertised! Such a disappointment, the flowers did not look healthy either. I would think twice to use them again and will just go to Asda where the quality is better!

Ordered for mothers day around 4 weeks ago. Tracking said no one was in at my wife's workplace which has open doors between 6am and 11.30pm. It was a more expensive option than some other sites. Tracking says they will reattempt to deliver tomorrow (whats the point of that?!) Would not recommend or ever use them again.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers and they will not be delivered until Tuesday. First world problems but what’s the point in such a late delivery. If they couldn’t fulfill order then don’t take my money. Won’t use again
