It would be useful if I could add a delivery note for the postal service/courier when I place the order e.g. safe place if no-one in. I often don't pick up the notification from postal service until after they have attempted delivery.

Flores arrived dried out, bent, withered and broken. Colour of carnations were brown and discoloured. Eucalyptus bent and dried out.

Paid an extra £8.99 for next day delivery by 1.00pm and they were not delivered until day after that. Apparently my postcode means it can take an extra day - buried in Terms and Conditions. Other sites flag up there could be a delay. Payment for next day delivery should not have been accepted by Prestige Flowers. Will not use them again - should have used local florist and will do so in future.

Useless Ordered flowers for anniversary Didn't arrive when they were supposed to Ruined the day completely During thr day sent emails no replies No communication Called the following day would not refund Rubbish do not use these people

Nice and simple process with clear images and options. Start to finish less than 5mins so cannot recommend highly enough.

I have used prestige flowers quite a few times and always pleased - not this time the flowers were very sparse compared to the illustration photo. Will try another company next time.

Absolutely shocking! Paid for next day delivery before 1pm and never received a tracking notification. Phoned to ask what was going on and they said they would re-send the tracking notification and no-one had been in the receive the flowers. Asked them to leave them on the step but they said I have to request that through the tracking link which they didn’t send. Now over 48 hours and nearly £50 and not heard anything about the flowers. Would NOT recommend.

Flowers are really bad quality and not what was pictured at all. Roses are almost dead. I've ordered a second bunch on the same day waiting to be delivered on Friday, I regret spending my money! I won't be ordering again.

Ordered flowers and a card for our first wedding anniversary. They still haven’t arrived two days later. Safe to say it didn’t go down well. For the cost, highly disappointed.

My friend has just rung me to say she has received the garden planter that I ordered from yourselves as a house warming gift only yesterday ! She says it is absolutely beautiful and arrived in wonderful condition . Received flowers from my son from yourselves very disappointed receive the first Box of flowers and I thought maybe it was just a one off so I didn’t mention it to my son received the second Box sunflowers and roses roses were all droopy sunflowers were all dropping very disappointing. I had to tell my son as I didn’t want him wasting any more of his money with this company when I know he would’ve paid a decent amount to which he could’ve Gotten far better from a petrol station for less totally disappointed wouldn’t recommend to anyone These are the photos after two days
