I was looking for some way to give flowers to the one person that matters to me and up popped Prestige flowers. The website is clean and not too clutered with stuff you dont need and does everything very efficiently. Good pictures of the flowers making things a very easy choice.

Brought flowers for my moms 10 year anniversary free from cancer...find them in the porch, no one knocked, paid for a large...I think I could get a larger bouquet from tesco and a quater of the price, my dad recommended them and they've always been great but not this time, so disappointed, nearly £60 for those

Terrible trying to order online. I had to keep filling all the details out over and over until I finally gave in! So frustrating band very annoying!!! I’ve decided to shop elsewhere. It’s bad enough having to do every online but when the systems don’t work it is infuriating!! Whatever happened to good old chat services? Phone and speak to a human being and pay with your card??

Excellent online service I needed to send flowers for a funeral in the UK from lreland and this site was so easy to use with so much choice I thought the option to leave a personal voice message was a wonderful touch, well done I'm sure the flowers will be amazing when delivered thank you Prestige flowers

No mention on the website that they are delivered in a box just advertised as a bouquet. Ordered pink lilies and roses for the recipient to receive a few white roses and cheap chocolates for over £60 pound. Time of delivery changed once order was placed, being that I ordered because of when the advert said delivery would be. Shocking Absolute rip of and will be requesting a refund

If I could give 0 I would. Had flowers delivered for my birthday. Not as shown on website. 2 dead within 2 days and the rest not at their best. On complaining my friend was told they had trouble with some suppliers !!! but yet they still seem happy to send out. She was offered a £15 voucher but why would you risk buying again. Save your money!!!

I have used this flower company twice. Both times I ordered lilies and roses , the first time I received such a beautiful bouquet which was presented and made really well. The second time I sent them to my friend and it was the most ugly bouquet ever. It didn’t look professional at all and it was a waste of £32 I could have gotten better flowers at Waitrose than this. I tried contacting customer service but they refused to accept there was any issue or difference in the bouquet which I was shocked about as you could see a very visible difference. I never want to order from them again and their customer service was the worst I have experienced it was the same standard robotic reply and sounded like they lacked comprehension in terms of what I was saying. The flowers were for my friends graduation and I was so embarrassed at the bouquet they sent. The pink roses are the ones I sent for my friends graduation and the red roses are the ones I received in May , my first prestige roses interaction.

The whole point of ordering flowers is because you are away from the person you are sending them to. This company flags up buyers as fraud for purchasing away from home, what’s the point in the service in the first place?

Looking nice with great display of flowers and a decent range of prices. Easy to follow instructions and I had no difficulty writing the note. I promise you I'm a complete technophobe (I was brought up with pen and paper and face-to -face deals in a shop) so to make it simple for me, you have done very well. No problems and my order was accepted OK. Fingers crossed my order will be deliver to my friend tomorrow, looking good so far.

First time using Prestige. The ordering process was easy and all seemed well. However I received a photo of the “medium” bouquet and champagne I ordered and I am disappointed with the size of the bouquet. There were only 4 roses and it did not look anything like the medium bouquet shown on the website. Although the flowers did look fresh this package was not worth what it cost. Not sure I will use Prestige again.

I absolutely love Prestige Flowers. I live in the USA now, but always use Prestige flowers to send my loved ones in the UK flowers throughout the year. Their arrangements are always beautiful and fresh. The recipients are always thrilled to receive gifts from here and always send photos. Plenty of options, even the custom cards are wonderful quality. Delivery is always on time & I’ve not encountered a single disappointment since I started using Prestige flowers. Exceptional! 💕
