My daughter ordered me flowers f9r mon 23rd of Dec. Roses arrived dead. Flowers died within 3 days. Appalling customer service. My daughter complained they were not interested. AVOID. Do not order

Absolutely appalling company. Terrible customer service. Ordered flowers for Xmas for parents. Arrived roses dead. Flowers lasted 3 days. Absolutely rip off. Never using this company again. AVOID. Won't let me upload my photo's. Obviously on purpose

Again disappointed with what I presumed to be a service of Marks and Spencer. The first delivery was made by the recipients post man, having been thrown about in the sorting office. The latest flowers were delivered a day early, when the recipient was away. They lay overnight outside the house and received a visit from a fox. Never again will I order flowers from M & S. I fail to see how you can call yourselves the florist with the most positive reviews. Your service is positively abysmal.

I have used this company before with no problem before but this time has not been the best. I ordered flowers for Christmas Eve which had been advertised as 'in time for' but did not receive them until today 27th. They are dried/wilted and the box was damaged. They were delivered by Royal Mail. I have complained to the company as I had received no correspondence after the 23rd. I am also not sure if I have received the correct size either but, lesson's have been learned and will not use this company again.

I was supposed to get my flowers on Christmas Eve but did not receive them until the 27th. They have obviously sitting in a box for days as roses starting to wilt. Told my daughter not to use this company again. Very disappointing

Ordered flowers for my mum to be delivered Christmas eve. Still not received anything. I have e mailed but no reply. Today have tried ringing but no one answering. They were quick enough to take my money!! I will be asking for a refund and won't be using them again.

Absolutely abysmal bouquet was delivered to my daughter, nothing like the picture, I complained and sent a picture of what was received, I asked for partial refund but was told management could see no problem. I am so angry that companies can get away with this, I would definitely not recommend.

So disappointed as delivered 3 days late, spent a fortune too to ensure Christmas Eve delivery. Not spoken to recipient yet but hoping the flowers are at least good quality.

Better off buying from a local supermarket or supporting your local florist; I sent two bouquets to friends and had one delivered to myself. Top prices yet poor quality and few flowers for what you pay for. I contacted prestige and they ignored my complaint, arrogantly saying they were fine despite the pictures with many leaves falling off. Far from prestigious is all I can say!

After ordering the merry Christmas bouquet. For my mum, she sent me pics of the flowers, they looked flat, and almost done! Customer service was quick to dismiss my complaint, telling me they’ll flourish within three days! The lilies hadn’t opened in three days, (that’s fine) but the roses petals were curling up brown; and dying, but that was ok so all I kept receiving from customer service is a generic response! Safe to say I won’t be using again! Even though I’m a prestige member and don’t pay for postage!

Ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for Christmas. Arrived with only 4 flowers in each one. So disappointing. Nothing like the photos, false advertising of what is actually delivered. Will never use this service again.

Flowers ordered for Christmas, still no tracking information from Courier, even paid extra for a morning delivery. Why promise to deliver when obviously this hasn't happened. Extremely disappointed will not use again and will ask for a refund

Terrible company to order flowers of ordered flowers for a 40th wedding anniversary arrived Late on the wrong day with damaged packaging got no help from customer service although going by the consumer service i should be entitled to a refund ruined the day terrible company would not recommend them

I ordered an Amaryllis plant to be sent to my disabled brother, looking at the picture it would be simple for him to look after and would brighten his Christmas. I have heard from him saying that he received the bulb in a pot with some soil, that he is now expected to grow. this did not provide him with the cheeriness that I expected him to receive. I will not be dealing with your company again. a Amaryllis bulb does not cost 29.99. Marian Pickton
