I used this Prestige flowers several times and was qwit happy, but last delivery was stressful and disapointing, the roses was too old and daid in 2 days the middle of the flower was rotten and braun instead of lavander color. We order this buqet for Birthday surprise, but was very unhappy. Sorry i have foto on my fone, but not on comp

Hi I have just spent £35 pound on flowers for a special occasion. The flowers you sent me In my opinion are never £35 pounds worth of flower. I will not be using you again. I have had better from a real local florist. I just didn't have time to get them from my local and thought your service would be perfect. It wasn't and has made me feel like a real cheap scape. Would not let me upload a pic.

The roses ordered by my husband for our 55th Wedding Anniversay were not the best quality for the price and died within one week. He bought these in good faith for your advertised excellence and ability to deliver on time. I was unable to proceed with a complaint as I was not the purchaser, even though I had explained that my husband has Parkinsons/Dementia and unable to deal with this further. I dont call this good service and am very dissappointed.

Just really disappointed with the size of the bouquet I have received. I ordered medium as I wanted the same size (roughly) as what was shown as the display picture but my bouquet has much less volume. Granted some flowers still need to bloom it still isn't a fair representation of what you receive. I can see several blue eustonias in the picture presented but can only count 2 in the bunch I have been sent and there is about 3 times more of those little purple daisy's on the picture. This was meant to be a birthday gift but I'm too embarrassed to hand it over if I'm honest I've seen bigger bouquets in my local grocery store for half the price. Delivery was on time and apart from a few snapped foliage all good quality.

Ordered flowers for our anniversary, happened to be going through my spam email box the next day to see they had put a hold on my delivery. They said they had the wrong details. They did not have the wrong details at all and could have delivered the flowers. They admitted their mistake, however, only asked if I wanted a refund or flowers delived another day. It's not my anniversary any other day, there was no effort to rectify their error. Poor service.

Prestige flowers? More like p*ss take! Please avoid the company it is an absolute scam from unauthentic advertisement of the products and delivery times. Ordered for next day delivery and came a day late. Taking no responsibility for their incompetence and refused to refund the fee for next day delivery. Don't bother calling the customer service line because no one ever answers. Paid almost £40 for flowers that costs £10 in Aldi.

I sent my daughter flowers in another city as she was unwell, I sent them to her work, no parcel from the post man and no delivery of flowers declined to give me a refund, really disappointed payed to have delivered by the post

I am absolutely discussed in your service I purchased flowers, wine and chocolates to be delivered Thursday but I get a message from the post office saying these cannot be delivered until Saturday ! I have spent nearly £100 to be told there is nothing you can do !!! these flowers are being sent as a thank you for a lady who did a good turn to a stranded family whilst on holiday ! its a business address so there is every chance the business will not be open Saturday ! hence the flowers will probably be dead on arrival !!! but all your company can do is send apologies absolutely discussing service !! PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible service. You give them the full address for delivery and specify the day for someone's birthday. Order confirmation received. Then they question the address (through their system error the support staff said) and are told by me the address I gave is correct and the same as in the order. Nothing changed. They then use that as an excuse not to uphold your order because it was an email later and they missed the birthday with the delivery. Very poor customer support just blaming their query of address even though I gave them the full address from the start. Never use these again and they will not refund your money even though they breached the contract They should refund when they take your money for a service they later do not provide.

I am very disappointed with the bouquet. I ordered as a birthday gift for my sister and I was shocked with the way it looks comparing to the online picture. I got it in medium size but it looked liked something that I could have gathered from farm market .

Have used this company once before but the experience this time is so embarrassing as the receiver of the flowers has actually sent me a photo of how bad the flowers are as concerned it’s a waste of money - they received them in a bad condition (they were home when delivered) - very dry and droopy and the photo shows how bad they still are after a day of great care There’s a website photo and a real life photo here Would have emailed direct but all emails I received do not allow replies

Ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary today and it’s 8pm and still no delivery despite saying they’d be here by 2pm. I feel let down and my wife is let down. I’ve had to tell her that I’d ordered flowers so the surprise is ruined. Will never use prestige again.

I could not fault the ordering process or delivery time. However, the flowers that arrived were nothing like those advertised and ordered. We paid the extra for a medium bouquet paying £32 which was actually 'half price'!! What arrived was 6 roses and 1 stem of lillies with a very small amount of foliage. I realise the lillies will open out but still nothing like the voluptuous bouquet advertised! Very disappointing as they were a surprise thank you gift. I have not been able to upload a photo of the flowers as the review site won't let me.
