I have not received an update on flower delivery. Flowers should have been delivered yesterday. Order placed online in the USA for UK delivery. Very disappointed. Mother’s 93rd Birthday.

Poor quality flowers. I have had to go out and buy other flowers from Morrisons. I have put picture side by side one cost £35 and one cost £15. I will let you decide what one. Tbf they were due to be delivered 12th jan, but got email from Royal Mail, to say will be delivered 14th. Staff did sort it and were delivered on 12th jan as requested. But would not use them again as flowers do not match what is advertised on website, very over priced for what you get and better going to supermarket.

Wow I ordered the Ivory harmony @£26.99, they look nothing like what was advertised. I could have went to Tesco and got more flowers for less money absolute rip off. Never will I use this company again Order no 8474147

Picked 12th of January delivery for a birthday, 12th happens to be a Sunday. Placed my order on the 7th, and prestige flowers dispatched with royal mail despite them not operating in Sunday making my chosen delivery day impossible.

Absolutely devastated at the state of the flowers, received today for my mother in laws birthday & it was an embarrassment when she opened them. Paid £45 for these however I wouldn’t have paid £5 for them. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. I am absolutely gutted because I’ve ordered from this company several times , but unfortunately I won’t be anymore. Order number 8469849

Will never use again. Flowers delivered 26 hours after leaving the shop. Just to say how unhappy I am with your service. I specifically chose a florists in Rhyl (or so I thought) expecting the flowers to be prepared & delivered the same day. Sadly not it seems. They left the shop at 17.30pm on the 10th, received at Midland hub at 18.35pm, Chester 3.24am on the next day... the 11th, Rhyl DO at 12.13pm and now at 18.13pm on the 11th they are still out for delivery. Actually delivered at 18.40pm. Sad looking flowers too. Definitely not worth £59 Poor customer service. Order #8472977

Poor quality bouquet, and this is the first time I have had this. I have used Prestige plenty of times previously, and this is the fist time I have had to provide negative feedback. Sorry,Prestige,but on this occasion the flowers weren't up to their usual standard. It was for my friend who needed cheering up on her birthday, as she had recently lost her husband.

If I could give no stars I would have. Absolutely shocking company. Quickly take your money then no flowers turns up. For my mums 78’th birthday too. Disgusting. Offer you a credit to spend yet more money with them only - no refund. Do not use them. Absolutely just throw £50 in the bin it would be much less stressful than dealing with these thieving clowns.

The flowers that were delivered seemed much less than the advertised picture. Despite sending photos to compare the actual flowers with the picture on the site, we remain in disagreement about the quality. They offered a £10 voucher towards my next purchase which I refused as I told them that I wouldn't be using their services again.

Ordered flowers for my mother as a get well present, we ordered the largest bouquet which was just under £40 and I was disgusted with the size bouquet that turned up, I got in contact with customer services believing they had sent a small bouquet I sent photos only to be told it’s the correct size! Disappointed and absolutely disgusted, don’t bother ordering from them they are a total rip off. Picture of what I thought would be delivered and what was actually delivered and they say it’s the same and right amount.

I have been using Prestige Flowers for years, I have ordered expensive flowers & the cheaper ones, In ALL of my orders they have been beutiful boquets, vibrant, and have lasted, ALL of my orders HAVE been on TIME!!.. Very disappointed with this company. I ordered from overseas for Christmas gift. Flowers arrived late and looking way past it. My in laws showed me via FaceTime and were comparing them to a very beautiful bunch of flowers someone has bought them from the supermarket. The supermarket market bunch put my expensive Prestige flowers to shame. I won’t be using this company again.

Poor quality of flowers, I order these flowers for my mother's birthday. Unfortunately she rang me to say the flowers are old and looked dead. The flowers were half the size of what was pictures and was not arranged well. Do not use this company. Complete waste of money

If you’re considering using this company - personally I wouldn’t bother! It took 6 days for the bouquet to arrive from ordering. The roses look half dead! Customer services are useless and blame the courier.

Most of the flowers were dead on arrival, 6 DAYS LATE and all 3 emails to PRESTIGE FLOWERS about this fact, totally ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you are very lucky if they actually arrive in good condition. I would give NO STARS if I could. My son says that even if they respond on this review page or Trustpilot, , it is JUST WORDS, they DO NOTHING about their incompetence.
