Was not impressed with the quality of the flowers at all, they had already started to darken when my wife received them, not the happy experience I hoped for - chocolates were greatly but the flowers were meant to be the star of the show and sadly they were not.

The ordering process was very efficient, as was the delivery. That's the best I can say. And I notice that's how you rate yourselves - based on the timeliness of the delivery, not on the quality of what's delivered. I ordered the medium sized Rose and Lily arrangement from Australia for family in Scotland on the occasion of my sister in law's death. I wanted to send something uplifting and special. I sent three bouquets. One of the families sent a thank you note and a picture of the flowers that were delivered. What I ordered and what was delivered was very different. What was delivered was very disappointing and embarrassing actually. I am including photographs of what I ordered and what was delivered. You may pride yourselves on delivering happiness. Unfortunately you have failed at a sad time for our family. I am so exhausted from fighting on line companies around poor service. You are just another disappointing example.

Prestige Flowers provide an excellent service time after time. Even when there has been a problem or issue of the order or flowers their customer service has always dealt with it promptly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for placing an order with them.

Do not waste your money, received a delivery on 21 November afternoon and the majority of the bouquet was dead by the morning of the 22 November. Delivered as a gift, and so disappointed. Have contacted customer services who have requested numerous photos which keep bouncing back off their server and sent via Facebook, no resolution.

Have ordered your flowers before and the recipient said they were beautiful. Website a little confusing as to start the order it says ‘name and address’ but does not say of sender or recipient! Otherwise. Happy customer!

Received my flowers on Wednesday 20th Nov and already they look absolutely terrible. The flowers are wilting and foliage has turned brown. These were a get well gift from my son and family who would be extremely upset if they knew hence the anonymous review.

“Flowers arrived and the friend whom we sent them to for there Birthday sent me a photo to say thank you. Nothing like the quality of the boquet I ordered. Sent photos to customer service who then said they contacted the manager that said it was all correct. What a con and terrible customer service! Will never use this company again.

For the second consecutive time I have endured terrible service from this business. Having spent over £55.00 on flowers for my daughter my heart sank when I saw that they were once again using Royal Mail. I was advised of a delivery window which indicated up to 16.00. Then typically of Royal Mail that disappeared at about 15.20 and the tracking said “today” when I contacted Prestige Flowers customer service I got very short shrift. Firstly the woman kept talking over me spouting what sounded like a script abrogating all responsibility for their chosen delivery agents. Each time I tried to interject she resumed talking over me and threatened to terminate the call if ai didn’t stop trying to talk.Then she said that although I had ordered these flowers at midday on November 19 for delivery on November 21 they could be delivered any time up until 19.30 and that would have fulfilled their obligation. My daughter is now out until about 22.00 this evening so if the Royal Mail do leave them on the doorstep they will probably die of frost. I don’t know how they can claim to be award winning given their terrible service and appalling customer service. I will find better options who appreciate my custom. Customer service is rated below zero.

Absolutely shocking service from this amateur company quite happy to rob your money but offer no refund on extra delivery paid for a service they can’t provide over a week they had to deliver the items and couldn’t manage it Customer service absolutely useless Oh but sir everything is in terms and conditions fair enough but it doesn’t say you are happy to rob people and offer nothing back Will never use again or recommend Thank you for ruining what should have been a lovely surprise but hey you don’t care you got your money If you did care about your customers things would have changed but they haven’t as your happy robbing people with a shocking service Cue the rubbish response from Tom Katie Rosie or whoever with a copy and paste reply maybe just maybe man up and get in touch with your customers and offer something instead of being keyboard warriors on here I won’t hold my breath for a proper reply on here or phone or email One very annoyed and disappointed ex customer

Twice we have had deliveries not arrive in time for special occasions using Prestige Flowers we have them the benefit of the doubt on the first occasion but after failing a second time will never use them again

I paid £32.49 for some sympathy flowers for the funeral of my neice, JO penks. Absolutely gutted to discover the bouquet never showed up! I t was a time-sensitive delivery[ the funeral was on Friday 15th at 1.30]. What an poor service, especially as prestide sent an order confirmation....I am mortified and saddened by your terrible service. Avoid prestige flowers like the plague they are! I expect a FUll refund [I paid 5.99 for shipping]. My neive died very young, of cancer. Apologies are inadequate.

I am reviewing placing an order. The website was very comprehensive with beautiful pictures and excellent choices, including little extra gifts. I only gave a 4 star score because the 'chat' service went immediately on to a machine which then passed me on to a human. The human didn't seem to understand what I was asking and didn't know what narcissi were. Otherwise I am looking forward to hearing if my gifts were in good order and well received.
