Looked dead upon arrival. Too ashamed to put on Facebook as afraid to disappoint my daughter who had sent them as a gift. It's the first birthday of my mother who died recently.

Very disappointed with box of dead flowers that were delivered today (12th June) when they were supposed to be delivered on 6th June according to the box.

Really small. Ordered the large as a gift but in real life the bouquet was tiny. Considering it was so expensive and it looks nothing like the photos, I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from Prestige again!!

My sister sent me a bunch of birthday flowers last Wednesday, arrived very late and when unboxed had less than half of the expected blooms based on sales pic. Two dying gerberas either damaged in transit or (I suspect more likely) poor quality blooms at packing. I hoped the Lily's would open and save the bouquet but only 2 did by yesterday so the whole ugly bouquet dropped in the bin. The photos show what I was expecting versus what I received. There is no manipulation either, they really were this bad. My sister contacted Prestige to complain last Thursday, day after arrival, and their florist said the bouquet received was of an acceptable standard. No new flowers, no refund, just doubling down on their belief that this desperately awful flower gift was at their standard. Trust me, not ok to receive these in your birthday. Prestige should have some pride in the flowers they send out in their brand. My poor sister mortified that this was what I received and some £££ out of pocket. Try interflora or a local florist where you can see the work of the florist first hand, Bloom and Wild also recommended for letterbox flowers that last.

Very disappointed I had an email stating the flowers where coming in the morning it was for my mothers 80th birthday so we arranged to go out in the early afternoon for lunch but no we had another email in the afternoon saying they were now coming anytime up until 7.30 pm so totally ruined planned day they finally came at 5.30!! And definitely not what we expected from the picture!

I ordered some flowers for a friend on a Wednesday and these arrived on the Friday. The box was a bit bashed-in and as you can see from the videos, some of the flowers had fallen off their stems. Altogether 'dog-eared' looking. When I complained about this, I received a generic, legally-worded reply stating that they were not responsible for their courier. Another bouquet was organised for yesterday but.... did not turn up. My friend should have received a beautiful bouquet which sadly did not happen. I was offered a £10 credit against future purchases which if it was not slightly criminal would be comical. They have a blatant disregard for customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Having made my complaint about my daughter’s 21st birthday flowers arriving a day too late, I’ve just been told that Prestigeflowers.co.uk’s terms and conditions state that they don’t actually guarantee a delivery date. I’ve been offered the money for the delivery (£5.99 out of well over £50!) as a refund to ‘my account’ - which means to my Prestige account!! Haha, as if I’m ever going to use them again! Never mind, at least I’ve managed to take a tiny bit of their inordinately large and unethically earned profit away from them. What a rip-off company with pathetic customer service. They can easily afford a refund to a very dissatisfied customer; they just couldn't care less and are only interested in profit. Must be horrible to work for them!

I ordered a large bouquet and this was small for £40, had £10 off as a offer otherwise I would have been charged 50 pounds for a small hand full of flowers.

Prestige flowers sent the flowers but when Royal Mail failed to even attempt delivery, they don’t take any responsibility. When I contacted them after the first fake delivery they said it was my problem!!!! They are refusing to refund and refusing to contact Royal Mail to find out what they are playing at! Never Buy anything from these people!

Extremely disappointed with the flowers delivered. I ordered these for my mums birthday and when I received the picture of what she had received I was not impressed in the slightest. They look nothing like the picture ordered and not one single Lilly had blossomed and left the roses looking dull and boring. I will definitely not be ordering again and would not recommend unless you want the flowers to be unopened. (Attached what I received and what I ordered)

I feel quite annoyed at the default size being 'medium' while the price shown is for 'standard' so basically unless you're hyper vigilant you end up paying more than you expected to. Also delivery charge is added and seems ridiculously high. I won't be shopping here again.

Ordered Wild and Wonderful medium sized arrangement. They arrived late and looked nothing like the picture with about just 25% of the amount of flowers illustrated. Very disappointed.
