Shame they don’t have a zero star rating shocking with how they deliver I’m sure others don’t have problems but when you pay extra for delivery and they don’t show and to be told they out for delivery Sunday and to be told that they couldn’t gain access lies all the way round

I'm afraid I'm not so happy with the flowers I ordered for my sister, they're a poor show to the beautiful flowers advertised on their website...very disappointed indeed.

The flowers arrived exactly on the day that I ordered, plus they looked just like the flowers that I chose on the website. Brilliant service. Would use them again 100%.

Stay far away as possible. Ordered just shy of £50 of flowers to be delivered next day to my mother in law. Who was home all day with a ring doorbell. They were marked as delivered to a random person in the street. No attempt to even knock on the door or ring the doorbell! I emailed the company who said it had been delivered I then explained it hasn't been delivered to the person or address I gave them! After a while just started ignoring my emails. So no flowers and £50 down. Waste of time won't ever bother again and stay way clear of this shambles of a company.

This is the first disappointing bouquet from Prestige flowers. Broken stems, thin bouquet for the price. Was for my mother’s 80th birthday.

The pictures on the website are misleading and the flowers delivered were nothing like the pictures. I am disappointed with the size and number of flowers.

Absolutely awful experience, I was gifted flowers for my birthday by my mum. Initially the order was sent to the wrong address somewhere in the midland when my address is Bedfordshire. The flowers were reordered and the 1st order arrived a week later obviously all flowers were dead. The replacement flowers arrived in poor condition too. Beyond disappointed and sad my mum paid for a service that didn’t meet up to its claims. Have tried uploading photos and the complaints won’t upload my photos that demonstrate how awful the flowers were

Hello, in stark contrast to my experience last week, today a lovely bunch of red roses arrived for my wife as a complimentary delivery from Prestige. Thank you very much! Unfortunately I the facility to upload photos wasn’t working otherwise I would have included a picture of the beautiful flowers.

Flowers didn't even last 5 days before I had to throw them away because they were dying. The flowers arrived in bloom, would have been much better if sent pre-bloom. Disappointed

My daughter in law thought her flowers were stunning which is good but she hasn’t seen the advertised photo! It would be helpful if you could show a photo of a standard size bouquet so buyers would know exactly what they were getting instead of just showing photos of the large size bouquet which is misleading. I have shown a photo of the actual bouquet my daughter in law received and the one I thought I was buying for comparison.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered the next day to a colleague. When the order did not arrive the next day, there was no apologies. I was simply told I signed up to terms and conditions which state that I need to wait at least 3 days. Please invest in better customer service training. The entire conversation was really frustrating. The flowers did arrive the following day but unfortunately they were too late as my colleague had left to stay at her mother’s.

I purchased a bouquet as a sympathy gesture after a loss. The first bouquet never turned up and got an email to say they’d sent it to the wrong depot. I then emailed PF and never got a response. I phoned them the next day and arranged another bouquet to be sent to my address so I could deliver them myself. We are now nearly a week later so the relevance of the flowers had passed. I then received the flowers which were not sufficient for the price. The roses were wilting and losing petals. They were browning and just looked old. I contacted PF through a live chat and they admitted to a quality issue with them to then offer me a £15 credit to their website. They refused to refund me as they had to cover the second bouquet aswell as the postage of the flowers which was not my fault. I did not give these flowers to the intended recipients as I would have been embarrassed. I would have given 0 stars for service and quality if I could have.

Don't believe this bunch of good reviews, this company is not trustworthy. I ordered a big beautiful bouquet, along with cookies and a scented candle and a note for my loved one. The note was written in our native language. After placing the order, in the order confirmation, I found that instead of text, the note only had this: “ , , ... :- “. For some reason, the * in :-* was also cut off. I immediately wrote to their support team about it. There was no warning about the restrictions on the use of certain characters during the ordering process. They use Royal Mail to deliver flowers. This confused me a little, but after looking at the large number of good reviews, I relaxed a little. But it was too early. Royal Mail sent the flowers to a completely different post office, in a completely different county... Their support service is absolutely useless. Also when I asked for a refund, they refused and assured me that they would "look into the situation".
