Very disappointed with the delivery. I asked for rhem to be delivered today (Monday 6th) as today is my partners 30th, but will not arrive until tomorrow the 7th. I understand I ordered them on a Saturday but then maybe do not offer the Monday as a possible delivery date if it's not.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED 4 DAYS LATE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL THE FLOWERS WERE LEFT SITTING IN A VAN FOR 4 DAYS THE RECIPIENT REFUSED DELIVERY THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY SO BASICALLY LOST £35 SHOCKING WOULD YOU ACCEPT FLOWERS 4 DAYS LATE THAT ARE HALF DEAD MY POOR MOTHER GOT NOTHING FOR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE OF THIS

Poor quality for the price paid. The bunches were smaller than competitiors yet charged same price. The flowers were dead within 3 days of delivery.i wont use again

I absolutely love prestige flowers. I use them every time I want to send flowers and I have never had any issues and the flowers are gorgeous 😍 would definitely recommend them to anyone x

I ordered this from you as you could deliver on the 6th which is my sister's birthday. I am horrified to have received an email to say this will not be delivered until tomorrow the 7th.She has already cancelled going out for lunch as I told her it would be delivered today

Worst company as well as customer service I have ever come across. I wish I had read the Google reviews before placing an order with this company who scams people. I am so disgusted. I have tried over and over to get my refund for flowers delivered that were not what I had ordered and when delivered, they came damaged and wilted. Customer service offered me a £10.00 compensation. What a joke of a company. Never again!

I specifically selected the company because it advertised that delivery could be made the next day, and this was confirmed via the expected delivery date during the sale process. The next day (when delivery was presumed to be taking place) I received an email stating that delivery would, in fact, be taking place the day after - thus missing the birthday of the recipient. Pretty frustrating.

Delivery was confirmed but flowers were not delivered, unable to contact via telephone as phone lines not operational. No contact at all from firm to confirm when order was being delivered and as yet they haven’t been but they have taken my money. Terrible customer service as no response to emails and online chat just automated responses.

Awful company to deal with. Don’t believe the delivery date they provide as when it doesn’t arrive, they simply rely on small print to say that they can’t guarantee delivery. Also, their 100% satisfaction guarantee is not of any worth as they won’t honour it. Order from a more reputable florist.

Shocking service, ordered before 5pm and paid for next day delivery for the flowers to be delivered 5 days later. Customer service on the webchat is terrible. Wont be ordering again and will be doing a section 75 chargeback.

Not luxury at all......a 'large bouquet' cost me more than £30 (excluding postage) to send to my Mum who had just been told she had shingles. I dread to think what the medium or standard ones would have looked like. (Have messaged directly with a photo as it wouldn't upload here.)

Delivery is now 48 hours late. Birthday missed and somehow this is not down to you as you use a third party to deliver. I think we all know The Royal Mail is totally unreliable so at this stage I think we can expect the flowers, despatched by you on Friday, to be ruined. Therefore can I expect is a total refund?

Well I too wish I had seen these reviews and if I was part of there management team and seen all these bad reviews I would be disgusted or they just don’t care about customer care. It was my wife’s birthday today and was expecting prestige flowers to arrive nothing without no notification no interaction nothing. I understand that’s it’s Sunday but if you can’t deliver on the date don’t have it available (I’m working on a Sunday). So thanks prestige for spoiling my wife’s birthday and I will not be using you again and I will not recommend you to anyone and if I haven’t heard from you by end of tomorrow I will be demanding a refund as your not keeping to your core values.
