Good morning. I translated with google I live in Italy. For the fortieth birthday of my niece who lives in London (in South Ealing), I instructed her brother (also in London) to order an arrangement of flowers, chosen by us, on your site. He placed the order. We waited all day to make a video call with the birthday girl at the same time as the flowers arrived, to read the greeting cards we had sent. Unfortunately there was no delivery. My nephew also called to say they were no longer needed, but you said they had already been sent. The flowers arrived only in the late afternoon of the next day and among other things compared to the one advertised on your site, the bouquet of flowers was particularly poor. Now, taking into account that flowers are mainly given on the occasion of anniversaries, if you are not able to ensure delivery within the appropriate timeframe (the day of the anniversary), it is better to change jobs. And don't find the excuse that to ensure delivery on a certain date you must have a minimum amount of notice, because if, when ordering, you know that you cannot deliver on the scheduled date (too soon due to your previous commitments) you should not accept the order. If I lived in London I would have brought you the flowers back and demanded a refund right away. I saw that others on your site have complained for the same reason: it's my fault for not reading the reviews! I can't imagine what would have happened if we had booked the wedding bouquet with you when my niece got married.

Disgusted with what my best friend received. I am actually Scundered. I could have got a nicer bunch in Tesco for less than half The price.

Had a message to say my ''24 hour delivery'' would arrive today between 11 and 2pm It didn't!!! "2nd message at 320 to say it had arrived at midlands hub?! Complete let down.....thanks!!!

Ordered standard 'Ivory Harmony' bouquet on Wednesday 9th October for next day delivery. Not even 24 hours after receiving them the roses have turned brown and dying. Going by photo on website there are flowers missing? Quite disappointed for the price paid. Also wasn't aware of it being delivered by Royal Mail. Gave an addition star only because I emailed regarding delivered time wasn't met by RM and I received a reply saying that they would definitely be delivered by the end of the day.

Have to say, first time using Prestige and definitely the last. Ordered a £35.00 + delivery bunch of flowers only to have delivered and very small bunch of flowers that could have come from a supermarket for £15.00. Really disappointed, one lily stem and 7 roses. Was expecting a high quality full bunch but sadly not. Nothing like the website picture. Bit embarrassed to give these as the gift they were intended for and may have to go and buy another.

What a pile of dog s**t paid nearly £50 for a bunch of flowers I could have got from Tesco for £15 and I know this because I did to prove a point..!!! Photos won’t upload shocker!! Don’t use this company save your money.

DO NOT USE!! STRESSFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I had previously used the company several times, so thought I’d use again!! This time the flowers were never delivered! Prestige said it’s nothing to do with them as Royal Mail were delivering! Royal Mail claim the recipient refused the flowers twice!! Why would you try twice if already been refused!! This was not true, the recipient was in all day! Prestige customer service were uncaring and showed no sympathy that I’d just wasted over £30! I asked for the flowers to be returned to me, again they said no!! Please be careful, they really don’t care about the customer! There was no help/refund or offer of a substitute! No meeting in the middle or offer of anything! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! (They won’t care as already have the money)

Absolutely awful embarrassed not in any way looked like flowers in picture. Recipient sent me a photograph of flowers two days later roses dead and no foliage as advertised.

I sent flowers, vase, chocolate and a birthday card to my Goddaughter. The order arrived the next day as requested but without the Birthday card so my Goddaughter did not know who had sent them. This caused us both embarrassment and spoiled my surprise gifts. I contacted customer support who have just said there is no card on my order but I completed the personalisation of the birthday card to be included. They don’t think they are at fault and basically said not their problem! I will not re order from them due to the poor customer service and can’t rely on their services.

Great selection of flowers, pretty reasonable price. Very easy-to-use website. I've used them twice this week and the only negative is the rather small range of flowers available for sending internationall (to Germany).

AS OTHERS HAVE SAID DO NOT USE !!! Spent £55 on flowers that on their website looked lovely ( paid extra for large ) what was delivered I could have got for £10 at the petrol garage when I emailed to complain they had zero interest in offering an resolution other than let them bloom in 3 days ….. they’re a gift for tomorrow and won’t be given as they’re embarrassing. Awful flowers , even worse customer service !!

Ordered 4 days before specified delivery date for someone’s birthday and received Royal Mail tracking info saying they wouldn’t be delivered until a day later. Paid £65 for an arrangement that will have been without water for 2 days by the time they arrive, plus £5.99 for Royal Mail 24-hr tracked. Contacted customer services who proceeded to share the small print from their website, abdicating all responsibility for deliveries to ‘hard to reach places’. Reader, I live in a commuter town 13 miles south of Glasgow. Won’t use again.

I wanted to send flowers for a birthday surprise, when they arrived the roses were already dying. My sister-in-law contacted Prestige direct as she wanted to save me from the embarassment of the poor selection of flowers. Certainly Prestige sent another bouquet but again the roses were past their best and drooping, not able to open. I would like to ask for a refund as two bouquets failed to live up to your publicity claims and photos.

I found the website firn for choosing what to send, but fromthere on it was not clear how to get orderto the basket. Then get confronted with rabgr of additions plus deliver chareg. The checkout system was weird and confusing.
