Brought a cheese hamper for father's day from this absolute joke of a company. It said handmade trudge, all items looked great in the photos. The items came in a box five times the size of the contents and the handmade trudge, was certainly not a trudge, it's a basket smaller than a child's head. Customer services said they can change items whenever they feel like it, was actually embarrassed to see what I had sent my dad for his father's day present, could of spent near £40 on something a lot more desirable and enjoyable for him. I'm so disappointed.

I spent almost £70 for my order and there were hardly any fliers in the bouquet. Customer service were poor and refused to resolve. Would not use this company. Spend your money elsewhere!

Do not buy from prestige flowers. I bought a rose plant for my aunty for her birthday who is in a nursing home. I am hee only relative. Plant did not arrive and I’m still paying on clear pay! Had to spend money at interflora on top of what I’m paying to prestige still! Poor lady was very upset as she thought I had forgotten!

I received a bunch of flowers from someone who was very grateful for looking after their cat and wanted to show their gratitude, I thought I should review these flowers for her. The flowers had been thrown over a 8ft back gate, ( don’t know who the delivery driver was as no card had been left) when I opened the flowers there were 2 dead ones and the greenery was very dry and in a poor state, I followed the instructions on how to care for the flowers but unfortunately 2 days on they are looking very sad. Don’t think I would order flowers from Prestige Flowers.

I had a awful experience with prestige flowers. The delivery was not made on the date they agreed and all I get from them is automated responses. I would never order from them ever again. They said it will be delivered on Sunday but still not received it. It is so stressful. After all sending flowers are a thing to make you happy but prestige flowers only made the experience a nightmare. Never ever ever again flowers from prestige

I was really disappointed with the service I received. I ordered the flowers for my mum, paid for next day delivery so she would be in to receive them. I received an email from Royal Mail confirming "They were unable to attempt delivery" meaning the flowers had been sat all day and now night. When they were delivered the next day they had already started to brown and they didn't even last a week. If you can't guarantee next day delivery then you shouldn't advertise/charge for it. It wouldn't allow me to upload the picture I had taken of the flowers.

Very disappointed with the "large" bouquet that I ordered. Goodness only knows what a standard size would have looked like. I went for large to show how much I love my wife but it actually looks like I couldn't care that much at all. Delivery was charged separately (fair enough) and it was delivered within 24 hours as promised so that bit worked. I'll stick to my local florist from now on.

Do not use this vendor ! Flowers were over £50- promised a bouquet and to be delivered before 1pm. Flowers were delivered late, brown and less than 9 stems (hardly a bouquet). AVOID unless you want rotten flowers and rotten customer service !

Going by the good reviews I took a chance on Prestige Flowers, but after selecting and paying an extra £10 for a large sunflower bouquet, which promised extra stems of sunflowers, what my recipient received was in fact the smallest bunch. Customer services admitted fault but it like dealing with a bunch of robots who only offer £10 off the next order and do not resend or compensate for the poor quality and mistake made on the current order. They have a copy and paste method to every email. Infuriating. Although it was received with heartfelt thanks, it is beyond upsetting to have given a bouquet that looked more lack lustre if not completely poor in comparison to petrol station / service station flowers. I would avoid at all costs and always opt for local florists with more care and consideration for customers, to ensure your gift and what is received is always of beautiful quality. I was abroad so I took the chance, never again ! I did not listen to the bad reviews and opted to only consider the better reviews, my mistake … take note and please avoid. Spend locally for quality florists and beautiful bouquets.
