No next day delivery despite all the promises and advertising. My order was placed 5 days in advance. After contacting the company I was asked had I read the small print on the terms and condition. Apparently all of Scotland is too remote and difficult to reach.

What was received was nothing like what was ordered. When contacted them about it they were quite short and refused to accept that the flowers fell short of expectations... they were NOTHING like what was ordered. They were ordered as a birthday gift. What a disappointment. Won't be using them again. Ruined the birthday present surprise. Here's images of what ordered vs what was received.... chalk and cheese and they insisted the delivery was correct. Disgusted!

They were delivered on wrong day because Royal Mail went to wrong address so the married couple never got flowers because it was wedding venue and it was to far for them to travel to collect I rang and complained and sent numerous emails like talking to robots they just kept repeating themselves and weren’t listening It cost me 51 sterling 71 euros because I booked on line from Republic of Ireland Got no satisfaction at all Order number 8172584

Expected a little cleaner given the price. Also arrived a day after the anniversary despite ordering a week in advance (in fairness, the anniversary was a Sunday - so would recommend removing the option for this day if it will not be received).

Flowers very disappointing for price. They looked half dead and a bouquet they were not. I could have bought that amount of flowers for £10 when it cost neatly £34.

I order flowers from South Africa to be delivered in London and it takes a few clicks and no more than a couple of minutes from start to finish. Could not be easier or simpler, what a joy

Worst flowers ever, expensive and dead when arrived. Would not recommend at all. Flowers are better in Tesco for £5 tbh. Will not order again. Size of flowers for the Money is ridiculous and quality is awful

Ordered flowers as I have many times but they were left in a Royal Mail hub for 3 days, arriving late and in poor condition. Prestige Flowers have offered a replacement bouquet free of charge. Their flowers are always of a high standard and customer service is excellent.

DO NOT USE. On two occasions now this company that promises flowers to be delivered on a special occasion have been delivered the next day. They will not help you just repeat the terms and conditions that a company that is supposed to provide a gift for a special occasion can’t actually manage to deliver it on that date. Be careful when ordering and don’t believe the 100% satisfaction guarantee it’s just a credit return of the delivery cost. If you want flowers to show up don’t use this company.
