I wanted to use my free delivery for a gift, however the email telling me that the free delivery time was elapsing was misleading. So the day it was supposed to end, I chose my gift only to find out that it expired the previous day. If the email was clearer, I would have tried to order them earlier. Very disappointing.

Terrible company. They overcharge and then the flowers that are sent are mostly dead and look nothing like their pictures. I could have bought better flowers from Lidl for £3. I was charged £81 for these dead flowers . DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. AWFUL COMPANY

Extremely disappointed with the service. I had paid extra for a named delivery on 5th of August and clearly the flowers were not delivered to the requested address even a day after !

Totally rubbish from start to finish,do not purchase ever with this company.Large bouquet is not even a medium size.Delivered 6days late,blamed me and wouldnt refund. I said i will write a letter of complaint and they instantly stopped emailing me back. They stole my money for a useless late shrivelled bunch of rubbish. Let my mother down on her b'day,no bouquet received on the day,6 days late. I am sorry i didnt read reviews on this site beforehand because no way on earth would i have bothered. I would of rated no stars but that option isn't available.Please dont waste your money,absolute rip off.

I have bought from here before and they were ok but after this experience I won't buy from here again! £59.99 for what I thought were being sent as a bunch but turned out to be sent in a box letterbox flowers that my sister said looked like they had already gone, all the roses were dead after 3 days and were pulled out, the rest she got another 2 days out of, my sister said half were browned in the box. Absolute waste of money. Just under £65 with delivery! When I told her this she was horrified, she has a thriving, beautiful flower garden and knows how to look after it. It's not nice sending a cancer sufferer dead flowers! Cheers Prestige!

We just received the flower and the way it was delivered it doesn't look like it's in good condition anymore. The leaf looks very dry and the petals around the sunflower looks dead. I've ordered to you guys before and was handled and delivered carefully. This time I'm fully disappointed as it is my auntie special day and turning 60. This bouquet was meant to represent me as I'm not able to be at her special day, but was presented with poor of an excuse of a bouquet.

Order 8127777 Delivered Monday 5th (not sun 4th as requested) by royal mail. There is NO sunday delivery by royal mail on Sundays (here). But there was nothing on your website to advise me of not getting a sunday delivery. Our Ruby wedding anniversary was Sunday 4th.

Delivery prompt, for being in Northern Ireland. But I'm sorry, I was very disappointed at flowers I received!! I honestly would have been better going to M&S and paying half the price mostly with double amount of flowers. These were for a special occasion and we all felt they were poor!!!

Please do not order from them! What an absolute scam. I wish I have read negative comments here to make an informed decision, as I too just had the worst experience of ordering flowers. I feet scammed and gas lit. Absolutely atrocious and the worst customer service. You are better off by ordering flowers from a local company, who will be much more willing to resolve an issue if there is one. When you look at Prestige Flowers front page, you see all these glowing promises of next day delivery, 7-Day delivery guaranteed - lies! You don't even see that the delivery is done by an external company, such as Royal Mail for example, and then they leave you to deal with the delivery company when your order does not arrive on time. Why would I send a birthday flowers to be delivered within 3 days? But I only found out of all these things after I placed my order. So first they trick you to buy, and after you do, they do not take care of their customers, they send robotic emails quoting their policies, and there is nothing you can do, as they are not interested in their customers, only in scamming them. Absolutely stay away!

Beautiful flowers with lots of options for different price ranges. The next day delivery service is brilliant for those last minute (or forgotton about!) occasions. Easy to use website and love the option to do a recorded delivery message. Very reliable service, would definitely recommend.

I am not one to complain … and have always been really happy with Prestige Flowers … but my last experience has been more than disappointing … I ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday … a week in advance … and when it came to the delivery date (Friday) … Royal Mail didn’t deliver them citing incorrect address … which wasn’t the case … I obviously couldn’t contact Prestige Flowers until Monday … 3 days after my sisters birthday … they confirmed they would resend next day … and apologised … but this meant it is 4 days after my sisters birthday … they didn’t offer compensation for this … I asked if maybe an upgrade to the next size (£5) … as compensation to my sister as this wasn’t our fault … but it was a resounding No from the manager … unfortunately this experience has made me rethink whether I would use them again

Ordered some beautiful flowers. paid £8 extra for tracked courier delivery. wasn't sent tracking so had to chase up. flowers arrived, very pretty but 2 cut flower heads sitting on the top of them, no water, drooping flowers. I contacted the company and had to play email ping-pong for FAR TOO LONG and finally got a £10 refund, which by no means covers the stress and upset this caused. the flowers were for a special friend's big birthday, and it was too late for me to replace them. very disappointing. When they sent the "how did we do?" email, they didn't bother responding.
