I bought a CELEBRATION DELIGHT standard bouquet for my Sister’s birthday. She’s had a very tough time recently, her daughter is dying. The bouquet did not resemble the advert.It was very poor. I complained when asked to review the experience. I was told as 3 days had elapsed they wouldn’t do anything about it. But said I could have a £10 voucher against another purchase. I explained as my niece was dying my priority was with her. I told them the cut and paste reply was insulting and I would not shop with them again. Handler passed complaint on to the supervisor and still no reply.

Very disappointed with the flowers sent to my mum for her birthday. They bore no resemblance to the photos on the website and are already fading after 2 days. Also there did not appear to be a card as my mum didn't know who they were from

They have a headline of ‘Order before 10pm for next day delivery’ It’s not until you have ordered and paid that I found out that it would not be the next day. You give your business to a company based on there pitch and it turns out to be incorrect. The flowers that did arrive a day later than expected were ok.

Megan from customer service was very insulting, misleading and shifted the blame on to me to leave me without any recourse except to let others know to stay away from this company. I ordered before 10pm expecting to be able to select next day delivery which the website advertises in BIG words at the top, however when selecting delivery date on the calendar, the next day was greyed despite it being 21:57. I had no choice to select the day after next. Also I had a 10% student discount with StudentBeans, which did was accepted at checkout and was not applied after the order was processed. I emailed about both of these issues and was met with a defensive and shift-blaming response. I selected the date and thus it was my fault? I had no choice, so I was misled by the false advertisement. If you can't deliver on a promise, you should not make it, especially as a business. "Unfortunately we do not have student discounts" despite it being accepted! I was stone-walled and am leaving this review as I have been left no other option and the customer service has been terrible.

Terrible service Flowers were not delivered and the trouble I had with back and fourth e-mails trying to resolve the issue , which was finally resolved by me going through my bank to get refund. Would not recommend

Easy to use website! Clear pictures with a friendly nudge for reasonably priced gift add ons, should you choose! I have happily paid £9.99 for 12 months free delivery, decided I deserve a nice bouquet now and then as well as sending beautiful flowers to my loved ones. Thank Prestige Flowers

Would never order through Prestige flowers again, not only was my order damaged they wouldn’t resolve by sending another box due to delivery cost. Avoid at all cost

This is not the level of service we strive for, and we completely understand your frustration. We are unable to send out an empty box because it wouldn’t contain the wooden support stick that helps protect the bouquet by preventing the box from crushing the stems. Without this, there’s a higher risk of the box being damaged in transit. Since there were no quality issues with the flowers themselves, we were unable to offer a refund for this order. I ordered rose and lily bouquet for my partner, well what turned up was an absolute disgrace for the money i paid i contacted customer service and was told there is nothing wrong with them and they have not even replied to my 2nd email, awful awful company my partner is so devastated and disappointed in the quality and price i paid for it.

First time customer with Prestige. Order flowers for next day delivery for my Wife's birthday. Flowers did not arrive the next day. Royal Mail confirmed it was because they received the item too late from the seller. Contacted Prestige and was met with a barrage of defensiveness and an unwillingness to offer any kind of help or support. Basically was told it was not their issue. Prestige need to know that if they have issues with deliveries, it ultimately falls on them and looks very bad on their business. Once they have your money expect no kind of after care should you run into any issues post purchase.

My son sent me a lovely bunch of roses but they literally were only good for 1 day!! He mustve paid a fortune and is working overseas for our country, I havent the heart to tell him they lasted literally one day :(

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, transit times can occasionally be longer than expected, which we do mention on our website. As you reached out to us over a week after the delivery date without any photos, we were unable to investigate the issue further. Flowers just looked awful. Really dissatisfied. I never usually leave reviews good or bad but at 40 pounds I feel so disappointed. Could have gotten a more impressive bunch from local supermarket.
