Very impressed with Prestige Flowers. I ordered for next day delivery at 9pm the night before. The flowers arrived on time and I was really pleased with the quality and quantity of flowers for the price I paid. Definitely will be using again and will be recommending to my friends. Absolutely no need to use customer service, returns or refund services. I am ordering my Mother’s Day flowers from Prestige Flowers too

Expected a much fuller bouquet but as you can see in the photos it doesn't resemble what I expected to be delivered. I asked a colleague how much she thought I spent on it and she said £7. Will. Not be purchasing again.

Website is easy to follow and navigate. Payment details is straightforward. As Ive not use you befor and the flowers have yet to be delivered. I am unable to respont as to the quality nad delivery of the flowers.

I paid 50 pounds for a medium bouquet for my mothers birthday on March 5th but the flowers were an embarrassment to say the least. Small bunch of scruffy and drooping flowers, my mother threw half of them away the next day and had to cut off all the drooping leaves. Customer services didn't respond to my complaint including photos until a follow up from me. Now offering a 10 pound voucher for next time and after some discussion offering new flowers. A replacement a week after someone's birthday however is not an acceptable solution so will be challenging the cost via credit card. Do not recommend using them and certainly won't myself in the future.

Bought flowers for my wedding anniversary; upgraded to medium-sized, and my kids could have gotten a better bunch from the petrol station for £36, including delivery. It was my first time using this and my last.

My Wife received her birthday and Anniversary flowers today 10th March as requested. The large size Wild and Wonderful bouquet was not large. Wild (obviously someone very angry made it up) and wonderful, it certainly was not .For a bouquet priced at £40 it was a disgrace. A £10 bunch from Tesco would have been nicer. At least 2 of heads were broken off one pink snapdragon and one chrysanthemums. Not happy with this at all. Having used you for 2 previous orders to friends I now worry about the state of their gifted bouquets. You won't get a chance to disappoint me again and Word of mouth can be powerful. Please do not pay extra for early delivery. Prestige flowers use Royal Mail who cannot guarantee early delivery. Prestige flowers will not refund you if Royal Mail cannot deliver your flowers before 1pm. Scam.

Might as well go and buy supermarket flowers. Ordered these for my mother's 82nd birthday. Paid extra for the larger bouquet but when they arrived the foliage was badly wilted and a few flowers were broken, didnt look much different in size to the standard bouquet. Very disappointed in customer service.

Really bad flowers for the price that was paid. They arrived in a box and the roses did not seem fresh. I was optimistic they would freshen up once they were in water with their plant food.I was very disappointed that the roses in the bouquet of flowers that cost my partner £45, looked like this after 6 days. The bouquet comprised of lilies and roses only, and the lilies have just started blooming, so it’s surprising the roses have withered so quickly. I called customer services to let them know and they advised they could not assist unless a picture of the flowers were taken within 3 days of delivery. All in all it was a very disappointing and poor experience from something that was a lovely gift from my partner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

I choose the biggest bouquet and received a normal one , the flowers were fine but didn’t deserve £50 .

Flowers never fully opened. Roses turned black around the edges and lilys dried up and died before properly opening. All care guides followed. Flowers dead within a week. Very poor for the price.

Our order to my Aunt arrived on time and she said they were gorgeous and lasted for a couple of weeks. We placed our order online from Australia and are very happy with everything ie service, price and delivery.

I ordered flowers for my friends bday. Paid over the odds at nearly £50 inc delivery. Flowers did not turn up on time. When I emailed simply got a message with a link to royal mail. Not happy. Disappointing service. Shopped local to ensure on time delivery but disappointed that my order was stuck in the uk when I chased why my order had not been delivered. Will think twice next time. Would have ordered from a much cheaper uk supplier if I'd of known. Disappointing service, won't be using again!
