Flower heads arrived damaged and squashed, bouquet was so small even though I paid for a medium. Arrived a day late than requested. Hand writing on the note was awful. Wouldnā€™t recommend

Hi there, I ordered flowers on Friday 15th no issues with delivery on the 16th and my friend was delighted with them but today, 17th, the roses are already wilting. I would expect at least 5 days before this happened.

ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC, THERE IS NO NEXT DAY DELIVERY, FALSE TRACKING IMFORMATION, NO ONE YOU CAN GET HOLD OF AN ABSOLUTEL RIP OFF, I SPENT OCER Ā£40 on flowers for my poorly daughter and nothing , complete and utterly arseholes !!!!!!

Flowers sent should arrive before night time for a gift for that day. Too late at 7.30 at night. Will not use you again. greatly disappointed.. Not arrived at 6pm

DO NOT use prestige flowers to provide flowers for ANY funeral if you need to the flowers to be in time. They will not guarantee they will arrive on time. IF the are late they will NOT take any responsibility for the delay. They will simply blame the third party courier for the issue and wash their hands of it all. No refund.

Got these from friends when my mum died. There were cheap and nasty. They down Ā£50 on them and I wouldnā€™t have paid even Ā£2 for them. Absolutely disgraceful. I wrote to complain as was grieving initially, but was told I only had 3 days to complain.

Absolutely shocking service Ordered in plenty of time for a specified date if 16th November for my mum's 80th birthday only to find out they are being delivered a day late when she won't be home because she's out for her birthday celebrations.

Absolutely disgusted at the bouquet that was delivered. 5 roses & 3 lilies which did not resemble the photo. This was a birthday celebration so what should have been a happy celebration turned out to be a nightmare. Less than 24 hours of receiving the flowers, 4 out of the 5 roses were wilted and dying! Never again

Utter rubbish. Order not fulfilled despite the cost. No updates given on missed delivery. Just a refund. Not good enough. I'll share my experience on trust pilot and others.

Flowers didnā€™t turn up until 4 days after delivery date so I missed my gfs birthday. Tried contacting prestige flowers for a refund on the 9 pound 24 tracking postage I payed for but got denied with attitude and terms and conditions. Best to avoid!

Missed the day - they insist on using Royal Mail - as often is the case said we were not in - when we most definitely were Two main objectives / nice flowers and on time delivery. I wouldnā€™t use this company again - interflora in the future - until they switch carriers
