The flowers have nothing to do with the photo, it's a complete lie and a disappointment, don't believe it.

DO NOT USE! I ordered the crimson flowers for Christmas Eve. I payed extra to have the bigger size and it was definitely not the bigger size, they was not even half the size of what it look on the image. They also do not last, had for a few days they was looked after well, by someone who has always had flowers and made them last, and they died so easily. Such a joke! I have attached the images of how they looked on the image, how they looked when came and how they looked the morning after just 4 days. Hope this review is read by someone about to purchase so they know not to, as I deeply regret not reading the reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! They sent dying flowers to my mother in law, which I provide photos for below. After back and forth emails with their customer service, they stated the flowers are in “perfect condition” I paid for early delivery & a bigger bouquet too!! Horrible flowers better buying elsewhere

I ordered a bouquet for Christmas Eve for my parents, when I saw them I was so disappointed. I ordered the 'Noel' bouquet that was white and blue in the picture, with a purple star. I paid £10 extra to make it a large bouquet. What I received was an all white bouquet with a silver star. I have emailed stating the difference in the picture to what was received. I was told that from my photos, they could see my bouquet was not upgraded to a bigger size and offered a £5 voucher towards my next order! What a joke! I asked for their complaint procedure as half of my email was disregarded about what the bouquet looked like and again my response was about the £5 voucher because of the size upgrade. Is this what they do when you upgrade, they hope the customer doesn't notice as they're not the ones receiving the flowers? It's a shame I can't upload pictures to this review. From looking at reviews elsewhere for the bouquet I ordered, mine is definitely not what was pictured. Annoying that it has come to this. If the robot emailing, told me how I could file a complaint, I wouldn't have needed to publicise this. Definitely Avoid if you aren't able to see what is received.

Worst flowers ever. Delivery was 3 days late. Flowers were dry and already dying. Customer service no help. Offered refund on postage. My son spent a lot of money to send these for my 60th birthday!

Order arrived on the day requested but very disappointed with the number of blooms apparent in the recipient’s photo as they did not resemble the photo for a medium display. Would not trust this company in the future.

I don't think they deserve even 1 star TBH. The bouquet received for my daughter's birthday was nothing like I thought I was ordering. The flowers were tatty and half dead and totally incorrect colour. Customer service not interested. I have used this company on many occasions even paying a premium delivery as I use them often so to get such terrible response on the first occasion I have an issue is simply unacceptable. Will not be buying from them again

Misleading. While placing the order, decided to add a bottle of wine. Size wasn’t clearly shown, only after payment, in the confirmation email it stated that the bottle was only a small one - half size. Priced like a normal size one. Two stars for delivery on time. Then we had a photo sent to us from the flowers receiver. She was thankful, but we were very disappointed with what we saw. The bouquet didn't look like the one we'd ordered at all. It looked smaller and not as near as colourful as we expected. Half of the flowers weren't even opened. For the price we've paid, very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted! the price I paid for two floral bouquets which when arrived looked like they had been sitting on some poor souls grave for a few weeks. They looked nothing like the photos and the heads fell off even before one recipient got though the door! Will never use again.

I'm not a very happy customer, I want to know what is happening with an order I placed on Dec 26th, I am from Canada and purchased a gift fir a friend. They told me it would be delivered today, they are in limbo somewhere, I can't get answers from you or royal delivery on what is going on. This had better get resolved soon and someone should get back to me on what is going on or will take this to a different level.

Ordered flowers advertised for delivery Christmas Eve which arrived 3 days later. A refund request was declined as the “Terms And Conditions”’apparently allow a 3 day window for delivery from your chosen date. What a joke. Avoid.

Flowers arrived on time 24/12 and looked lovely, by the 27th were looking very tired with the purple roses deteriorating more than the pink I was under the impression we would have a week or two on display so definitely not happy.

This order for flowers was placed on 26th dec. asked for a delivery date, clicked 28th Your company accepted payment. I was left with the understanding the delivery would be made on date stated. Received an email on 28th at 19:45 stating delivery would be 31st. Totally unacceptable. How can your company offer out delivery dates that are deceiving. Please explain this. Total disappointment with this company. Would never use again or recommend. Ken brown

I wish I read all the bad reviews first before placing an order. I wanted the flowers to be delivered on the birthday of my sis in law. It is obviously going to be two days late as they use royal mail, the flowers was not delivered on the date that I requested. Never again I will be using this company.

If I could give you no stars I would .I ordered and paid for what I believed was next day delivery to find it wasn't till a week later .thought it may be my mistake and so thought no problem I ll just ring .tried numerous times but just got cut everytime after being on hold for 10 minutes or so and no chat available .both weekdays .when the flowers have finally arrived at my son and his wife I'm just embarrassed .medium sized £40 in all and the flowers I could have got for a few quid at a supermarket .I'm shocked and won't using you again

DO NOT USE! Wish I had read reviews before spending £40 on a Christmas bunch of flowers! The flowers I received were nothing like the pictures on the website. Made a complaint and absolutely nothing was done about it, will never use company again and would advise others to not waste their money on this company also! Pictures attached 1 of what I was meant to get and the other what actually arrived .

Flowers arrived at the wrong address. By the time received not looking their best and the card was all wet and there was a white stick sticking up in the middle (not seen in picture on the web site) I contacted prestige but didn’t get any help or support numerous emails sent with repeat response. I have now contacted the financial ombudsman and the retail ADR for advice. Not reliable, take no responsibility and poor customer service.
