My brother from Australia bought flowers for my daughter’s 30th birthday. The instructions for looking after the flowers were followed, I have sunflowers regularly from shops and have never had any problems but after 2 days these were wilted, hanging limply over the side of the vase and tired. Two of the flowers were fine the rest clearly not. Customer services were very unhelpful with no replacement flowers sent or refund, will not be using this company again. Couldn’t download my photo as it said it couldn’t be updated ….. how convenient.

Their reviews are fake What they send is £5 flowers No box , half are dead , rest will die a day after Horrible service and false advertisement BEWARE

I ordered a £25 wild flower bouquet and what arrived was disgusting, nothing looked like the picture and 2 of the flowers (out of only 5 in the bouquet!) were wilting! I complained and they advised the florist manager saw no issue. We have had 4 people come to the house and have seen the flowers and they couldn’t believe for £25 what we received and they will also not be future customers. I will be avoiding in future!

This is the second time I’ve received flowers from here, on both occasions the flowers aren’t at their best and have started to wilt almost immediately. Very dissapointed😩 Unfortunately it will not upload my photos of 1 day old roses which are withered and heads hanging.

My mother received a shoddy bouquet of flowers. Actually started on M&S site, not sure what the tie in or fudge was. Even before the poor product arrived had an issue because I noted delivery was charged which would have been free with M&S. My credit card company forced the delivery charge element to be refunded but the flowers were not impressive. Avoid like the plague and be careful. I was tired after work but these people used deception to firstly get my order then by using a subtotal shown to you which tally’s with what you bought flowers and card then taking you to payment methods but below off screen was the delivery element which you were not expecting anyway was ‘planned’.

Terrible company, can’t deliver on date that they promised, order for special occasion. Just kept saying to wait. That they don’t offer next day delivery it could be 3 days. So be careful ordering with them.

&Appalling customer service. Made a mistake with the address for flowers to be sent to, contacted Prestige with 10 mins to correct it, they would not help and hid behind their “terms and conditions”. Flowers were sent to my house, within two days were wilting, poor quality. Will revert to Inter Flora next time, more professional all round. Tried to add a photo to illustrate, website does not function well.
