After ordering the merry Christmas bouquet. For my mum, she sent me pics of the flowers, they looked flat, and almost done! Customer service was quick to dismiss my complaint, telling me they’ll flourish within three days! The lilies hadn’t opened in three days, (that’s fine) but the roses petals were curling up brown; and dying, but that was ok so all I kept receiving from customer service is a generic response! Safe to say I won’t be using again! Even though I’m a prestige member and don’t pay for postage!

Ordered birthday flowers for my sister’s 50th for Christmas Eve and still no sign of them or word to say what’s happening. Thought it was too good to be true a delivery on Christmas Eve.

A terrible terrible terrible company I don’t know how to say much more The didn’t deliver to my 91 year old grandma and then lied about tracking and refused a refund Please I beg you to stay away and never use a 1 star rating is too high

Ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for Christmas. Arrived with only 4 flowers in each one. So disappointing. Nothing like the photos, false advertising of what is actually delivered. Will never use this service again.

Flowers ordered for Christmas, still no tracking information from Courier, even paid extra for a morning delivery. Why promise to deliver when obviously this hasn't happened. Extremely disappointed will not use again and will ask for a refund

Terrible company to order flowers of ordered flowers for a 40th wedding anniversary arrived Late on the wrong day with damaged packaging got no help from customer service although going by the consumer service i should be entitled to a refund ruined the day terrible company would not recommend them

I ordered an Amaryllis plant to be sent to my disabled brother, looking at the picture it would be simple for him to look after and would brighten his Christmas. I have heard from him saying that he received the bulb in a pot with some soil, that he is now expected to grow. this did not provide him with the cheeriness that I expected him to receive. I will not be dealing with your company again. a Amaryllis bulb does not cost 29.99. Marian Pickton

Can’t family deliver time as it was delivered next day as ordered however the flowers were a disappointment! I had ordered a large bouquet and by no means did it look like a good sized bouquet; the flowers themselves were not fresh looking nor have they lasted. Only one day later and they’re starting to wither away! I would recommended using a high street florist or even good quality supermarket bouquets than ordering through this website.

The pictures shown are a screenshot of the flowers I ordered at a cost of £40 and a photo of the ones received (I've blurred out family photographs they were placed next to) Please don't fall into the same trap that I did.

My son sent me a luxury Tikal arrangement for xmas. Arrived 23rd dec.in the evening. By the following day 2 roses and 2 cala lillies were dead. One cala had black all over. Even some rose leaves had shrivelled and died. Obviously not fresh, i have 40 years experience with flowers and these were awful. I know they were expensive so would expect a first class standard. My son should have a refund. Will tell him never to use Prestige again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for Christmas Eve and they didn’t get delivered this is second time it’s happened saying it be delivered and still not!! So if ordering flowers from this company be aware the person will get them wilted or dead… oh and still waiting for delivery

I ordered Flowers to be delivered on December 5th for my sister's 90th birthday, a very special occasion. I was informed this morning that they never arrived. This ruined the whole day for my sister and for me. I received an email from 8local florist who confirmed that the oder had filled and was ready for delivery. The order # is 8333286. I contacted the local florist who was responsible for this order and informed them that unless I received an immediate refund, I will inform the appropriate local authorities of ONLINE CONSUMER FRAUD AND DECEPTION. The Service itself was Spot on, the flowers arrived on time. Sadly the Bouquet looked like they used the leftovers in the Florist Shop and nowhere near the offer…

Ordered on 23rd for delivery on 24th. Now the 25th and no flowers. Had I known you couldn't deliver on your promise I would have collected from the shop - as I will do in future.

Order was delivered on time, after much to and fro regarding the delivery address, ( it was on the original order). Biggest disappointment for my 84 year old mother was the roses that were very , very sad. She had to remove the dead and black outer petals. Nearly £50 spent for dying flowers. First time customer and unless I get a response from this review, I'll never use you again and will advise anyone I know to do the same.

Only gave this a 2 star rating due to delivery being on time. Very disappointed with the flowers that arrived. The flowers that I ordered was Rose and Lilly with plenty of green foliage plenty of pink lillies and pink roses. Instead I got 4 red roses couple of freesias and a few green foliage and gold sprayed leaves. Yes it was last minute but paying £31 in total I could have bought these for £6 at the petrol station. First photo is what I ordered and the rest is what I received.
