If 0 stars was an option I would’ve gone for it. Ordered £60 worth of flowers for Valentine’s Day expecting a good quality , good sized delivery. They arrived looking like they’d been run over and about half the flowers already looked dead. To make matters worse, I was essentially told by the customer service team that I was wrong, the flowers were of good quality and that they were the correct size. They also told me that I had to follow the feeding instructions and that they bouquet would be fine in 3 days. To my surprise the feeding guide did not involve magic beans or a defibrillator as that would’ve been the only way to resuscitate the dead flowers. The customer service team have been shocking, and I will certainly be in no rush to order again. Petrol station flowers for florist money

Says next day delivery not next day ordered Thursday won’t come Intill Monday by that time quality will be poor. Used before but won’t be using again!

The order was received on time; however, the flowers received were different and less from the pictures, the card without an envelope, and the wet, mixed with varieties of advert slips. It was not what was expected, like the previous orders.

it was supposed to be a bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day. it was supposed to be bigger but unfortunately it wasn't. it came a day later. customer service put me off with their answers. they didn't take responsibility for the delay and incorrect sending of my order. please be careful the company is not trustworthy

Not impressed at all with the Bouquet received. The first picture is what you see on the website. The second is after delivery and the third is after 7 days. When they say “less is more” that really applies to my order. I will not use Prestige Flowers ever again and do not recommend them. This is their response to my complaint: Thank you for your email and for providing us with the pictures. Upon reviewing the photographs with our Florist Manager, we have confirmed that the bouquet you received is of good quality and is the correct size as ordered. Please note that the bouquet includes some flowers that are intentionally delivered in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. We believe that delivering flowers in bud form is advantageous as it guarantees the freshness of the bouquet. As the flowers gradually bloom, the bouquet will begin to resemble the advertised arrangement. If you require any further assistance or have any additional concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are here to help.

The one star may be harsh on the product but we can't establish this due to the fact they haven't been delivered. My rating is due to the delivery provider used for the order. Having ordered a 92nd Birthday bouquet, cake, jellies and vase for my Mum 11 days ahead, I was confident they would arrive today. Royal Mail tracking showed they were at the local sorting office (2 miles away) at 6:58am and were ready for delivery. The first tracking alert said a lunch time delivery, however this time passed and an email informed us it would now be between 5pm and 7:30pm. This time has now passed and I am really disappointed in the service. Trying to explain to my Mum we didn't forget your 92nd birthday is not something I enjoy having to do. I understand this is Royal Mail delivering your product, but I'm feeding back to say perhaps you should look at alternative delivery solutions. I'm extremely disappointed in the delivery service and will probably look elsewhere in future. 😞

Too many pop-ups on website and repeated upselling attempts are annoying. Additionally, for "Get Well Soon" category, my wife suggests that "non-intervention" offerings should be increased. E.G. self-contained flowers that don't need to be put in a vase or arranged in any way, as poorly people often don't have the inclination or energy to be processing flowers.

To be honest I was disappointed with the roses in the bunch. They had brown edges on the petals from day one and the heads started drooping after a few days despite keeping them watered and fed. When my wife wasn't about I pulled all the brown petals off to make them look better but they kept coming back. I ordered two bunches (the other on my sons behalf for his fiancé as he's deployed with the army) and that bunch was absolutely fine. Perhaps the wrong choice of flowers but I probably wouldn't order these again.
