I received these flowers yesterday for my birthday. This bouquet cost £35 and is classed as a medium bouquet. What a joke! I had other flowers from TESCO and a local florist that were both considerably cheaper and had 50% more flowers. After raising a complaint the response was "The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered" I would disagree. This is not the first time I have had an issue with Prestige Flowers, last time they were all dead. We will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a lovely autumn bouquet with chocs & a personalised card for my mum’s birthday & when they came, she said they were the best flowers she’d ever received & was very happy with them. They arrived nice & early & were well packaged too. I’d definitely recommend Prestige Flowers. 👍🏻

Beware! I ordered an expensive bouquet online on Monday evening, after the shop was shut for the day. The flowers were to be delivered on Wednesday to a friend who's ill. I told her on Monday evening that she would be receiving them, but she asked me not to send any. I immediately tried to cancel the order. There was no chat, no cancellation link on the order, and the shop was shut for the day. I rang first thing the next morning to cancel the order, more than 24 hours before the order was to be delivered, and was told that the order couldn't be canceled because it had ''already been printed''. Printed is not the same as prepared and on its way to delivery; but it would seem that if you order from Prestige, you cannot cancel that order at all. I tried to ask if the flowers could be redirected to myself, and told the person to whom I was speaking that I'm isolated and cannot open the door, so I asked if that would be a problem for the delivery person. The person on Prestige's customer service team replied that the delivery person would not be allowed to come into my flat. *facepalm*. I'm not ordering from them ever again.

Sent these to my sister and brother in law when they had a family member pass away. They arrived on time and were beautiful. Sent them over a week ago and flowers still stunning. Thank you

There is absolutely nothing prestigious about this company other than the pictures of the flowers I ordered look absolutely nothing like what was delivered. And 7 flowers for £34 is a ripoff! I felt embarrassed by this sparse excuse for a bouquet of flowers. But then the response to my complaint was dismissive & unhelpful. Needless to say I will never buy flowers from this company again.

Awful customer service. Accused me of lying. I don't like to leave bad reviews as I know how damaging they can be to a companies reputation. I gave Prestige the option to resolve this amicably and offline, but no..I am so disappointed with Prestige Flowers and their truly awful customer service. For the sake of refunding my £40 rather than all this bad publicity. Silly mistake. I ordered a bunch of flowers. They arrived 3 days late at which point they were obviously quite wilted. They refute this to be an issue, even accusing me of lying about the late delivery. Whilst it seems like Royal Mail have let them down, I am a customer of Prestige and it is for them to resolve. So upset at their accusations and refusal to deal with this.

I received some flowers for my anniversary yesterday from my husband and was very dissatisfied with them . Over priced , my husband would have been better off going to a local supermarket and he would if got better flowers for a lot less money . Will not be using prestige flowers again .

I bought what I thought was a large bouquet of flowers - I even opted for the top of the range bunch. However, the bouquet that was delivered would only (just ) have met my expectations for the ‘small’ bunch on offer. Very disappointed!!!

I bought a CELEBRATION DELIGHT standard bouquet for my Sister’s birthday. She’s had a very tough time recently, her daughter is dying. The bouquet did not resemble the advert.It was very poor. I complained when asked to review the experience. I was told as 3 days had elapsed they wouldn’t do anything about it. But said I could have a £10 voucher against another purchase. I explained as my niece was dying my priority was with her. I told them the cut and paste reply was insulting and I would not shop with them again. Handler passed complaint on to the supervisor and still no reply.

Very disappointed with the flowers sent to my mum for her birthday. They bore no resemblance to the photos on the website and are already fading after 2 days. Also there did not appear to be a card as my mum didn't know who they were from

They have a headline of ‘Order before 10pm for next day delivery’ It’s not until you have ordered and paid that I found out that it would not be the next day. You give your business to a company based on there pitch and it turns out to be incorrect. The flowers that did arrive a day later than expected were ok.

Megan from customer service was very insulting, misleading and shifted the blame on to me to leave me without any recourse except to let others know to stay away from this company. I ordered before 10pm expecting to be able to select next day delivery which the website advertises in BIG words at the top, however when selecting delivery date on the calendar, the next day was greyed despite it being 21:57. I had no choice to select the day after next. Also I had a 10% student discount with StudentBeans, which did was accepted at checkout and was not applied after the order was processed. I emailed about both of these issues and was met with a defensive and shift-blaming response. I selected the date and thus it was my fault? I had no choice, so I was misled by the false advertisement. If you can't deliver on a promise, you should not make it, especially as a business. "Unfortunately we do not have student discounts" despite it being accepted! I was stone-walled and am leaving this review as I have been left no other option and the customer service has been terrible.
