Ordered flowers for a special occasion for a friend. The flowers came in a box that looked like it had been run over. The flowers inside were wilted and unsalvageable. Contacted customer service who offered a £10 off for the next set? Not appropriate considering the flowers were worth a lot more and damaged! Asked for refund or another set to be sent. They eventually sent a new set and this was equally awful. Flowers were brown and ruined. Will never be using them again. Please don't waste your money.

First time order, the website is very cluttered and messy (on iPad) - it's not really not clear the total that's in your basket, and trying to sneak in extras. I hope flowers and delivery live up to promises!

Tried to order flowers for a funeral 3 times and the website kept putting the order through twice making us pay double the amount. This is already a stressful time. If we tried to remove one order then it deleted our whole order. Have used them before with no problems but disappointed on this occasion.

Terrible quality. Not even close to what ordered. The florist who put this together and sent it out should quit their jobs and find a new career because they clearly do not care. I am trying to get a refund because it's a bunch of sticks and sad roses.

I ordered some flowers and chocs from here they sent flowers (if you can call them that) and they happy birthday cake. They were for someone who just had bad news so wasn't appropriate. So will attach a picture so you can all have a laugh

I ordered a bouquet of flowers, vase, chocolates and personalised card for my step-daughter on the first anniversary of her husband's passing. Everything was fine, except she received a card intended for someone's birthday. I emailed the company three times, saying that I wanted her to be sent the card I ordered. Three times they said it could not be done. The third reply offered to refund me the cost of the personalised card. I said no, I wanted what I have paid for. This has not been done, despite giving them three chances to put things right before I left a review. Not happy.

The item was not delivered to the given address. Don't know where it has been delivered to. The intended recipient has been through a very difficult time and this was meant to try and cheer here up. I will have to order some more flowers but it certainly will not be with this company

Unfortunately cardboard box containing flowers was squashed on arrival (presumably in post) and roses died immediately due to being damaged.

This was my experience 1. Communication to me was addressed to the recipient 2. The delivery was left in a safe place which I didn't agree to but I was told this was the agreed safe place. There is no such safe place it was prefabricated because they couldn't be bothered to deliver to the door 3. When I complained they said that the flowers had been delivered but the next email that came back said what is the recipient name and postcode 4. I ordered a large but the bouquet was far too small This company is not interested in high standards just want your money. Don't be fooled as i was.

I‘m sorry to tell you that the roses in this bouquet lived just for a day. This seems to be strange even for cut roses. My daughter looked very sad.

We’ve had the flowers for less than 6 days. We followed the instructions strictly. They were so expensive compared to other flowers we bought off different companies. Not worth it at all. Disappointed.

The flowers turned up in good time and they look great trouble is they look nothing like the ones ordered and where is the other 2/3rds of them? £45 for what I could have bought for less than £10 at a supermarket. So disappointed. I will be seeking a complete refund you can have them back.

Bought the medium June bouquet for my daughter-in-law. Was more like a small bouquet. Nothing like the picture. I’m very disappointed and embarrassed to give these as a present. For the price I would have got more and and better bunch from the supermarket.

I need to get some flowers to a relative super quick. I'd heard of Prestige flowers, but didn't think that I'd be able to get the flowers I wanted to them in time, not only where Prestige flowers able to help they also offered excellent addtions, like the ability to have free delivery for the next six months for an additional 20p, who does that? Clearly this company, I've taken that offer too and I'm greatful to the team for their help and support. Blooming Great Service :)
