Received chocolate hamper as a gift. I think the chocolate hamper for the most part is very cheap quality. I really enjoy chocolate and this tasted so badly half of it went in the bin. The truffles are hard pieces of cheap chocolate for example. I would recommend going elsewhere, for example a chocolatier somewhere with the word hotel in the name. Photo upload won't work for some reason...

A good range of bouquets available, with a prompt service, and good reports by the recipients. Would prefer delivery charge to be more easily viewed on the site as you only seem to discover this when you get to checkout. I put delivery charge in the site search engine to check it before ordering and it didn't come up. Thanks for your service

Very disappointed. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for delivery to my younger sister who turned 60 on 29 September, choosing her big birthday as the delivery date. The flowers weren’t delivered and when I phoned customer services on 30 September I was basically told that the date asked for delivery was a “requested” and not a “guaranteed” date and was advised that as explained in booking T&C’s, there is a three day window for delivery. I was advised that the flowers will be delivered on 1 October by Royal Mail. Fortunately I was able to send a photo of the flowers to my sister although this was of little consolation. I chose to send a bouquet because of the substantial distance that my sister lives from me. Customer services were very apologetic but also pretty unhelpful. This is the first time I’ve used Prestige, doubt there will be a next time!

Flowers were wilting roses were old and browning off not worth the cash should’ve gone to Sainsbury’s

Very very small bouquet for the standard. Nothing like the images shown. Approximately 11 stems for £25 is extortionate. I would have been better going to a supermarket. Contacted customer services to be told that the bouquet I recieved is correct and up to their standard. Won't be ordering from here again and will ensure I spread the word to avoid other people being disappointed. This review also conveniently doesn't let me upload photos.

If you could see the flowers I received, you would be ashamed. The tops of the outer petals on the roses were brown and wrinkled and the greenery was not attractive. I shall not be buying from you again,even at half the price. Could have done so much better at Tesco's.

Very disappointed with the VINTAGE MAPLE (DD250904) bouquet ordered as a gift, arrived with lots of broken heads and is sparse in a vase - certainly not the beautiful image shown in the picture. Won't be ordering from here again.

I paid extra for a large bouquet of flowers, and appear to have only received a quarter of what the photo showed. The quality is also less than what I’d get at a petrol station. Very unhappy with them, and will not be using prestige again.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on my best friends birthday yesterday they still havnt arrived and she’s away now for a few day!! The tracking just says they are in transit but to be honest after reading the reviews now and how bad they are I’d rather not have them delivered at all 😡😡

Received roses and lilies. Looked beautiful on the arrival day. One rose died next day and the rest 1 day later. All not lost as I waited for the lilies in bud to bloom but they never did and just died.very sad as a relation had spent a lot of money on these and i did not have the heart to tell her. Very bad. Please do not buy. Go to a reputable florist instead.

Order supposed to be delivered by 10am turned up at 1:30 pm. Crushed and half dead. Looked like had been rammed in box. Went straight in bin. But thought I would share, so people can judge against how advertised.

Dreadful flowers! Paid £33 for a bunch of flowers that looked like a reduced to clear bunch from the petrol station. Would strongly recommend you go elsewhere as the bunch I bought were an embarrassment.

Very disappointed in these. Firstly, the flowers were no where near the quality or standard or size of other florist delivery companies. This was for our anniversary. The flowers didn't even last a week. The bunch was small and I had paid £45 for the largest bunch. Absolutely awful. Secondly, I emailed customer service and they just had a whole bunch of delay tactics. They asked for photos which I sent through. Then they asked if I could send them through individually as their system couldn't cope! They finally came back and said that this was the large bunch! Seven red roses and 4 lillies. Seriously? No different to the small bunch then. I cannot advice people more strongly never to use this company. This is the first and last time I will ever use Prestige Flowers. I will go back to Interflora and M&S whom I know I can trust and who deliver good quality, value for money flowers.

Came in good time and are very nice but would expect more for the money. I'm disappointed that these flowers would have been more than 50% cheaper from Waitrose.
