The flowers delivered were meant to be medium which is the same as the picture depicted however they were not even close to the same size not even 1/5 of the flowers shown

This would be a zero if I could, on my previous review I was prepared to just comment on the third party delivery being bad, not necessarily their fault, but there seem to be numerous reporting the same. Once the products arrived very late for my mothers 92nd birthday, the vase arrived smashed. When contacting customer services I was told they use high quality packaging, one very thin layer, please see the picture and make up your own mind. So having responded with an offer of credit, I have had to threaten this review and I have been offered a replacement. Seems too little to late, why wasn't this the first response? Like previous reviews, the flowers delivered are not as anticipated, paid for a large bunch...didn't look like it to me. I will use local florists from now on and advise anyone looking to fo the same.

AVOID! I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a 70th Birthday surprise. They were truly awful, half dead and dry. It was embarrassing to have my name on the gift tag. Offered a paltry £10 credit which I refused. Given a £10 refund in the end. I paid £36 in total. I could genuinely go to any supermarket and get some beautiful flowers for a quarter of the price I paid. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING DON'T!!

Be wary of the price structure on this site, particularly the transparency surrounding the delivery charge. When confirming your order, you will see subtotal and notice the £5.99 delivery charge is already tucked which would indicate the subtotal includes three £5.99 ... beware, it doesn't! You'll only find the delivery charge once payment has been processed. Very misleading and sneaky. BEWARE!! I tried to query this and they're not interested. Also, limited access to customer service. Use a more transparent website. I will not use Prestige Flowers again.

Paid extra for a larger size, unless standard size is extremely small, did not get what I'd hoped or thought I'd paid for. Written message was on four lines, the actual card had it printed on two lines The afternoon tea hamper was ok-ish The Delivery wasn't as early as I'd hoped for, but it was the correct day. Should have read the reviews before ordering. There are a lot of negative reviews, does not look like "Prestige" take any of it on board.

I was really disappointed with these flowers. They did not look at all like the presented photo and the flowers where limp and dying within 2 days of receiving them. The Lillies didn't even open and instead shrivelled. See pictures 2 days after receiving the flowers.

Ordered flowers paid extra for large bouquet, in picture looked amazing when delivered only looked like VERY SMALL Bouquet, not very happy as could have got lot better for a lot less , Don't think I will use again, Delivery was very good !! Flowers not so !!

The bouquet was one of three all to be delivered on Saturday 22 February but one was then scheduled for the following day - this was embarrassing as I wanted to them all to receive same day. Makes me question reliability and I now worry about quality. Disappointed with service

Terrible Service – Missed Delivery on Special Occasion I selected a nominated delivery date of Saturday, yet the flowers still haven’t been received by the recipient. The tracking information shows them as "in transit," even though they were supposed to be delivered already. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a time-sensitive gift. If you can’t deliver on the date promised, don’t offer the option in the first place! I paid for a specific day, and now the moment is ruined. Avoid this company if you actually want your flowers to arrive on time!

Delivery was very good and on time for Valentines Day. However, quality of the flowers was very disappointing. Roses very droopy, half the lilies didn't open and they only lasted a couple of days. Won't be using Prestige Flowers again.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered £86 worth of valentines flowers and gifts. Delivered to someone apparently a neighbour. Signed for by an unknown name no photo of doorway. And not at the neighbours it was supposedly delivered too. Refused a refund even though I did not sign for it and was not delivered. Ruined Valentine’s Day for my fiancée. Lost £86 for nothing. Absolutely abysmal service, no customer service or apology. Disgusting. Never ordering from here again.

The flowers my wife received were of poor quality and limp. Two were broken and customers services said they were satisfied they were ok. They highlighted that they preferred to send flowers that were still buds as an excuse. Only one was still a bud. Very disappointed and would not recommend. No help from customer services: The reply I got from them Hello Ian Thank you for your email and for providing us with the pictures. Upon reviewing the photographs with our Florist Manager, we have confirmed that the bouquet you received is of good quality and is the correct size as ordered. Please note that the bouquet includes some flowers that are intentionally delivered in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. We believe that delivering flowers in bud form is advantageous as it guarantees the freshness of the bouquet. As the flowers gradually bloom, the bouquet will begin to resemble the advertised arrangement.
