This is the type of response you get from this company. If you know they will take an extra day do be delivered well would make sense to me to send them 2 days before the chosen delivery date? Very disappointed. Flowers did not arrive on time for what was a sensitive occasion. Flowers later than this date would have been pointless, which it was. Contacted customer services, who apologised. However, apologising is no good if the service is not reviewed and improved upon. Will certainly not be using this company again.

Paid for large and got delivered a small. Won't be ordering from here again as I expect that my recipient will receive something nice that I paid for instead a small collection of flowers which made it seem cheap. The image on the site was supposed to be a medium so I expected something better than that but received worse. Disappointing!

Do not use this forest if you expect special ocation flowers to be delivered on your chosen date. When you phone up yo complain you get a don't care attitude and told to read t&c's. What a waste of £62

I ordered some flowers as a thankyou which were delivered yesterday with some chocolates. My friend sent a pic today and I was dissapointed with the quality of the flowers sent. The flowers looked sparse and nothing like the lovely advertised picture and I wouldn't call the chocolates 'premium' they were not cheap and I'm very upset at the quality

I just want to order the flowers I dont need to create an account. I just want to pay and have the flowers sent to the address I requested. Please cease the upselling. As you have made it impossible for me just to pay.I cant order anything from you. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. I WILL BUY FROM A PROPER FLOWER SHOP

The bouquet looked nothing like the website. On the website the bouquet is at least 2 times the size as the one my sister received. I ordered the standard size, the page on the website only shows you the bigger size in full view, the thumbnail for the standard size shows it is smaller but it's still much bigger in this tiny thumbnail than what my sister received. I'd have got nicer ones from the supermarket, but my sister lives far away and is unwell so a flower delivery was the only option. Won't buy again. 2 stars rather than 1 because it was on time.

Delivered on time but the flowers are disappointing. The bouquet was nowhere near as full as the illustration on the website.... and I ordered the largest size. I dread to think what the standard or medium orders look like. I have attached the advertised flowers and the one's delivered to my wife.

So Bad minus stars if I could. Birthday delivery 2 days after event. They hide behind T&c. Their biz should ensure delivery date as they in business for special occasions. DONT USE THeM.

after the not so great generic customer service and looking at peoples reviews. cannot get myself to order for next day delivery. its to a work place address for an event, so evening delivery or if its not arrived ont he day will make it useless. cannot rely on the service as its says upto 7.30 pm for delivery!! not good. not ordering delivery is very expensive too and if you dont get order then its a waste of money.

Very quick and easy process. I bought some flowers for a friend and she loved them. They arrived on time. I had regular updates from Royal Mail to let me know about the delivery process too which was great. Thank you for your excellent service.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY..... for £25 bouquet I have had better for £3 from the corner shop and because I complained a day late they wouldn't do anything but give me a £10 off my next bunch like I would use this company again the picture was false advertising to what I received!!!!!
