I submitted the correct address for the person I sent the flowers but Prestige flowers changed this address. Fortunately they did arrive at the correct address eventually and the plant was well received.

I ordered a large bouquet and vase when it arrived it looked like a small bunch of flowers I felt really embarrassed when my friend saw them it was like a £15 bunch from tesco not £51 from you it was a disappointment for her 50th birthday

Quality poor and not many stems which were dead within 4 days very disappointed in an expensive order will not use again. Spoke to customer service who informed me have 3 days to report orders. Item received looked nothing like photo on website.

Why give wrong info? Flower deliveries next day if ordered by 10 pm. Have came back to order after browsing other websites only to find most won't be delivered till Tuesday!! Daughters anniversary tomorrow.

Ordered the flowers for my wife for our 23rd wedding anniversary, I even paid extra for the lager bouquet. The flowers that turned up looked like £5 bunch you would buy from a forecourt of a petrol station. Not impressed at all

Worst company ever flowers nearly dead when they arrived roses where all opened and petals falling off. Sent me a cut and paste answer on how to look after them and then said there quality control had looked at them and they were ok,when I asked for a report and details they said they would replace them. The next bunch were in the bin within 3 days absolute rubbish and very expensive. Customer service is none existent fob people off with a £10.00 voucher to use with them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

The website was difficult to fill in as there was duplicate writing at the top of the screens. Hence I put in the receiver’s address in the billing address.

Sent this message as feedback on 31st July in reply to an email asking how they’d done and heard nothing since! I am exceedingly disappointed with the use of your service which didn’t come up to scratch at all with the promises made on the website. I am feeling really let down by the whole experience. These flowers were for my daughter in law Kristine’s 40th birthday as she was at her Mum’s that weekend in Aberdeen in Scotland for a party. I used your company after googling flowers, Aberdeen and ordered from you as was reassured by your advertising that the order would be delivered the next day with you running 7 days a week claiming to be the UK’s most reviewed online florist. My order showed my requested delivery date of 27th July (Kristine’s actual birthday) paying £5.99 delivery. The next day much to my horror I saw that evening I’d received an email from Royal Mail saying they’d be delivered Tuesday 30th July between 10:07 and 2:07pm. Talk about false advertising. My daughter in law messaged on Monday afternoon on a stop enroute home (to Norfolk where they live) at nearly 3:30pm saying some flowers had arrived at her mothers house, two hours after they’d left to drive home. Feeling totally disillusioned with Prestige and despite the very professional looking website, my experience with your company was anything but and I certainly didn’t save any money. All Kristine saw of the flowers was a photo her mother sent.

Flowers arrived half dead - unlike picture , I received 3 roses and 2 almost dead wilted lilies- predominately cheap greenery. I was ashamed to send photograph to sender.
