Very disappointed. Flowers arrived yesterday - roses already drooping and losing petals. Think half the bouquet missing as looks nothing like the photo on website.

poor service do not answer the phone paid for them to be delivered on my mothers birthday did not turn up. do not order from this company i want a full refund as you have not kept to the purchase agreement that i entered into

Order some flowers for my 80 year old but entered the wrong date in error somehow. Totally my mistake but as I IMMEDIATELY emailed to ask if the date could be amended as my aunt is away for a week, i hoped this could be updated. I received an email back a few mins later from AaronT simply pointing me to the terms and conditions and that as the order had been dispatched already and nothing could be done. It's 3pm on a Sunday afternoon - i very much doubt you work this quickly. Shocking lack of interest and I'll not be using you again. AVOID

I was so worried about my order after not reading the reviews until after i purchased, but my order was so perfect. Came the next day(a sunday) and they were so beautiful and wrapped perfectly so the rain didn’t damage them after being left outside by royal mail. i couldn’t recommend anymore and i will 110% be ordering again. This has made my christmas!

A very thin bunch of flowers were sent not at all like the photo Really disappointed and certainly not worth the money This was supposed to be big bunch for my favourite aunt and it was very poor

What a joke, £39 for 5 flowers, SHOCKING. I want a refund ASAP, they meant to be a Christmas gift, total cost around £45. Do not use.

Very disappointed with the flowers and amazed by the lack of empathy from customer services. I ordered large at an extra £10 cost and one would expect more flowers than the picture that shows as Medium. Not the case and a wooden stick without a star on - pretty shoddy 😢

I ordered Christmas flowers from London to Lincolnshire and my friend who received them said they were absolutely beautiful and fresh. She was over the moon. I certainly will continue to use this florist from now on.

Terrible service. This company took advantage of my elderly mother in NZ. Refused to give her a refund even though the Christmas hamper was sent back to them as it was returned to sender with a street number error. AVOID. Unscrupulous and MEAN.
