I love prestige flowers I always use them. It's a shame the app doesn't work anymore and can't download their new one as it's not compatible with my phone which is a new phone.

Wouldn't really use this service again. Then roses were damaged and bruised.

Received a mix of roses and lily's as planned but multiple lily head were broken when the box was opened. Disappointing because it would of been a great gift.

Ordered a nice bouquet of flowers for my mom, and it was (not) delivered with Royal Mail. First of all, in which state are those flowers when picked up a day before by someone, in order to be delivered the next day. Moved around so many times.. Secondly, the proof of delivery picture was showing the flowers literally thrown into someone’s garden, definitely not my mom’s. Very bad service and very dissapointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ordered flowers and chocolates for elderly relatives birthday. They supposedly tried delivery at 9pm, which was far too late and pointless when birthday was over. Still not received any flowers or chocolates. Three emails and they’re still refusing to refund. They said the 83 year old relative can arrange to collect the item themselves. Even though we paid delivery and relative unable to collect them.

The flowers did not look like the image on the site and stems were broken. Disappointed that they did not have the wow factor I thought they would for the recipient. Wanted a local florist but could not find one on line. Would not use again as expensive for what they were.

Buyer beware, don't expect the delivery next day. If only I could give them 0 stars. Flowers ordered for a special birthday and were advertised as next day delivery, placed the order in food faith only to find out that they can't deliver on what they advertised. 2 days later and still no flowers. Despite reaching out to customer services there has been no resolution or flower's. They continually spout rubbish about 3rd party suppliers/ couriers and how it's outwith their control. I have now had to escalate the issue to PayPal. I would advise you purchase from a more trustworthy retailer as Prestige are certainly not trustworthy.

Well done sending your next day delivery via Royal Mail. Only took them 3 days. Flowers are nice, but essentially pointless! Have had much better experience with you in the past. Suggest changing to a more reliable courier

Small bunch of flowers for £40 Was very disappointed with flowers could of bought a bigger better bunch of flowers from Asda for £15. I literally receive 7 flowers for £40

Purchased a bouquet in good faith as it was clearly advertised that ordering before a specific time would be next day delivery @ £6. The next day came and despite being notified by Royal Mail that the item wouldn't be delivered that day, the customer services wouldn't accept any responsibility. Blamed it on 3rd party florists, couriers etc. Personally I will never use this company again, and would advise anyone thinking of ordering to think again.

Ordered a bouquet for my mothers birthday, ironically called 'joyfull' and what turned up was a very sad few flowers, all drooping and extremely sparse. It ruined her day and mine. I contacted customer services, only to be told there was nothing they could do and I was told to contact my bank. Shocking service on all fronts. Certainly will not be ordering again!

Awful quality. Flowers were scarce, mostly weeds, and looked near dead on arrival. Terrible customer service, I ordered them as a gift, and after just 5 days when visiting the receiver saw what state they were in (they were sent as a gift, and so the receiver did not want to complain out of politeness). I was very embarrassed and disappointed. I would recommend using other more trustworthy suppliers if ordering online, or buy from a store where they are much nicer but less expensive. Will not be using prestige flowers again. Flowers are advertised falsely, and they take advantage of the gift-giving scenario where receiver cannot complain and the giver will not be aware. Their 3-day policy to submit any complaints is ludicrous, unfair, and against consumers basic rights under the sale of goods act.
