Terrible floral arrangement. Paid 60 pound for a special birthday for my mam who is in liverpool, i ordered from ireland. Flowers dead and wilting. Was offered 10 pound compensation.

Very poor customer service. Delivery was a day late and this no one was in. They then claimed that because no one was in the goods had been refused and that they were keeping my money. Do no use this company.

I am very disappointed with Prestige flowers. My order and order acceptance shows delivery today 7th April but I now get a notification to say delivery will be 8th April. These flowers were for a 70th birthday today. I actually had a choice between the 6th and 7th April. Considering they charge £5.99 for the delivery it’s annoying to say the least.

Received flowers on Mother's Day from my family. Extremely disappointed, when I opened them one gerbera was already dropping. The flowers only lasted 3 days even the eucalyptus was dropping. We will definitely not be using Prestige Flowers again. I wish I had taken a photo when they arrived.

Not happy! I ordered a large bouquet for mother's day. My mother recently passed, so I wanted to ensure fantastic quality. I ordered a large bouquet so me and my sister could have half each to display in our homes. What arrived was definitely not this! It was a small bunch! I reached out to customer care who advised the photos I sent are showing good quality flowers and the size is correct and to their standard. They also mentioned to allow time for the flowers to fully bloom. It been couple of days and the flowers are already dying, not good quality whatsoever despite following care instructions!! They offered a £15 voucher which I found to be an absolute insult!!! I paid alot of money for a bouquet I've had to throw away in just a few days. I Will NOT be ordering from them again, absolute disgrace! I wish I read the reviews beforehand as this seems to be a regular occurrence :(

My flowers arrived on mothers day from my son who is in British army.. Beautiful roses. But the lilies weren't great. Disappointed that Only 3 opened. So not so beautiful. Son who sent them also disappointing and said won't be using you again. I have tried to upload photos but the system isn't allowing me to post..

The delivery was prompt on Mother’s Day, however, I was somewhat disappointed with the flowers my mum received. I feel what was delivered does not represent what was shown in the photo of what I ordered.

Ordered flowers for my wife's bday, they arrived 3 days later, I sent an email stressing my frustration and poor quality of service haven't received no reply and its been over 2 weeks. I will never be ordering from here again and didn't receive any refund. Your better of buying a bunch of flowers from Tesco at least you get what you pay for.

Overpriced for the poor quality of product you receive. The flowers bought for Mother's day lasted less than 4 days. Not even provided in colourful bouquet wrap just standard cheap black wrap. Also no flower food provided. When raising the issue of poor quality the company hid behind terms and conditions. Terrible.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day, they arrived with some flowers broken off and missing petals and did not match the picture on the description. Spoke to someone at customer services regarding this and they dismissed what I was saying and that with the correct water and feeding solution it would blossom into that picture. It has not done this. The system is not allowing me to upload photos however these have been sent to the company

Flowers came looking like they were already dying and were all green bar one. I ordered pink roses. 3 days later of taking good care of them and they are still mostly green. Really disappointed.

The flowers for my Granddaughter's Birthday have not been delivered. Royal Mail say that they will deliver on the next working day. I imagine by then the flowers will be on the wan and not in the condition they should be. She will be taking photographs of them when they eventually arrive. I was charged £5.99 to have them delivered today being the 15th. April and this has not been the case. This is only the second time that I have used your company and it will be the last.

I ordered flowers for mother's day. They arrived ontime but they started to wither within three days and had to be binned on day six. Even though my Mum had done everything to help them along. I contacted prestige flowers to complain and I was informed that I should have complained within three days. I find this ridiculous as my mum had to bin them after six days. Total waste of money you would be much better getting supermarket flowers as they last much longer. Very very disappointed and I will not be using prestige flowers again. Ps they offered me a £10 voucher which is useless because you cant buy anything for £10 and I would not be giving them any more of my money.

We ordered 2 lots. 1 to go to Lincoln which were perfect, and have lasted 2 weeks. The other to go to Brecon, which were to be honest rubbish, the roses had to be discarded on the 2nd day and the full bunch thrown out within the week.
