Selection of flowers and gifts very good. Downside is website operation when trying to pay. mutiple appmts toget correct address with postcode, but got there in the end

Purchased a bouquet in good faith as it was clearly advertised that ordering before a specific time would be next day delivery @ £6. The next day came and despite being notified by Royal Mail that the item wouldn't be delivered that day, the customer services wouldn't accept any responsibility. Blamed it on 3rd party florists, couriers etc. Personally I will never use this company again, and would advise anyone thinking of ordering to think again.

Ordered a bouquet for my mothers birthday, ironically called 'joyfull' and what turned up was a very sad few flowers, all drooping and extremely sparse. It ruined her day and mine. I contacted customer services, only to be told there was nothing they could do and I was told to contact my bank. Shocking service on all fronts. Certainly will not be ordering again!

Awful quality. Flowers were scarce, mostly weeds, and looked near dead on arrival. Terrible customer service, I ordered them as a gift, and after just 5 days when visiting the receiver saw what state they were in (they were sent as a gift, and so the receiver did not want to complain out of politeness). I was very embarrassed and disappointed. I would recommend using other more trustworthy suppliers if ordering online, or buy from a store where they are much nicer but less expensive. Will not be using prestige flowers again. Flowers are advertised falsely, and they take advantage of the gift-giving scenario where receiver cannot complain and the giver will not be aware. Their 3-day policy to submit any complaints is ludicrous, unfair, and against consumers basic rights under the sale of goods act.

Very disappointed. The flowers I ordered for my elderly relative did not arrive on her actual birthday. I now find out that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. I'm most upset that she will think that I have forgotten her birthday. In future I will order through a local florist who can deliver on the actual day.

Your Web site is a maze of offers and codes that don't add up at check out, always a reason the code isn't valid. It has put me off ordering with you in future. 3 attempts to get it right and then you take the order before I choose to proceed. Not a happy customer

Offered a specific day for delivery as you would expect. Also paid for morning delivery. Flowers didn't turn up, I asked for a refund, they refused saying the delivery will be made tomorrow. I said that's no good, the birthday is today. They still refuse a refund and state that they cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. Surely that's the essence of their business? Still not had a refund, not even for the extra money paid for a morning delivery. Terrible service.

I ordered a celebration bunch of flowers . The picture on line was beautiful and full . I ordered a vase at £4 and my total was over £35 so I expected a really nice bunch of flowers for £30 . I could have bought the same bunch from the garage up the road for £6 . I was very disappointed . Was and I actually had to apologise to my neighbour for how bad they were .

I ordered a large rose and lily bouquet- the illustration on the website showed a full bouquet with lots of flowers. The one we received only had 4 roses and 1 Lily stem AVOID AT ALL cost - absolutely NOT worth the money - I hate to think what you would get with a small or medium bouquet!
