Paid for a large bouquet of flowers (Rose and Lily) off the page and got the worst bouquets I’ve ever paid for even after paying a premium + extra for a large bouquet.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend Prestige Flowers. Firstly I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday but when the delivery was at my parents house they didn’t stay for long and my parents didn’t get to the door in time. The delivery was then prosponed til Monday. We payed for a guaranteed delivery before 1 pm. Also the size of the actual bouquet is ridiculous. It was only 6 lillies on two stems, 6 roses and nothing else. No filling! Nothing like the photo when I ordered. I ordered a medium size. Because of that I won’t be ordering from Prestige Flowers again.

Next day flowers arrived late (company saved by the small print) despite ordering the largest bouquet the amount of flowers in the bouquet was no where near the amount in the photos

Don’t bother with this company, ordered for our anniversary asked for a specific day and guess what NOTHING!!!! What is the point in asking for a specific day and not getting them!! DONT use this company you are just wasting your money, should have stuck to going to the florists only one star because I couldn’t give them no stars

Again paid for next day delivery. Didn't turn up! The reply was "it's OK it's been delivered now" a day after the birthday. Not acceptable I wanted them delivered on time as per their advert! Will wait and see what they come back with

I ordered flowers for a work colleague. They looked really pretty in the picture on the website. After receiving the flowers my colleague sent a photo of the flowers. The flowers looked so much better in her picture! Really pleased with the service and the flowers looked really beautiful on delivery.

Flowers were not delivered on my mother’s birthday. Just had an email from Royal Mail at 2pm saying they wouldn’t be delivered on that day. Service isn’t fit for purpose and very disappointing for me and my mum. On telephoning them today there was no apology whatsoever.

Terrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a bouquet for my wife's birthday on the Monday, four days in advanced, to ensure that it would arrive on time on the following Friday On the due delivery day, after waiting until 4.30pm, and still no sign of the flowers, I rang the number on their website, that should be available until 5.00pm, only to hear a message that they'd all gone home for the day! The tracking details off the website said that the bouquet was still at the Royal Mail Depot. so I knew it wasn't going to arrive on the correct day. I emailed them over the weekend and, surprisingly, got a reply, but after constantly being fobbed off, with the blame being put on their courier, I asked to have it refered up to a senior manager. Someone came back to me on the Monday morning, with the same excuse, and there was no offer of even a small gesture. Bottome line was - the flowers arrived around midday on the Saturday - so a day late. If you're thinking of using this company, please read the reviews on their own website first, and then order from someone else. The '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' is a joke! Waitrose, M&S, John Lewis and Interflora all provide a proper after-sales service.

DO Not USE PRESTIGE FLOWERS! My friend who herself is very poorly sent some flowers from prestige flowers recently to my niece who is very poorly with stage 4 cancer which I explained when addressing the complaint. I received a message from my niece saying the roses hadn’t opened after around 5 days. So to avoid causing upset to my friend i tried to resolve the issue myself. I received an email saying they would only deal with the sender so reluctantly I forwarded the reply to the sender. They have now said they will only address flowers upto 3 days after the recipient has received them. I’m disgusted with the whole set up and indifference shown throughout the process. Only gave one star as can’t review otherwise.

The discrepancy between the online photos and the actual order is major. The bunch is nowhere near as full as advertised and missing certain flowers. Very sad to be ripped off. You get nicer flowers for £10 in the local shop.

I ordered flowers and paid for next day delivery. My flowers are still undelivered three days later. The customer service is not helpful and keeps blaming their third party delivery agent. Not my problem. They aren’t interested that the flowers will not be fresh when delivered and will not cancel my order or refund me. I will not use this company again.

Don't be fooled by pics placed order for wifes birthday flowers arrived day late Also upgraded to large bouquet which on arrival was small/medium at best with broken flowers Proceeded to chat with customer services just get fobbed off with excuses what a waste of £60
