SCAM. Nothing like the picture, I ordered a large size and what came was 7 actual flowers and a few leaves. I could have found so much better in my local supermarket for less than half the cost of these. Will never buy from here again.

I’ve used prestige loads of times now and couldn’t get a better bunch of flowers if I picked them out myself, absolute value for money I won’t use any other flower company, the friends and family I send them too have not had a bad bunch.

Very difficult to understand the web site. Not clear when asked for a name and address whether it's for the recipient or the sender. And made a mistake when putting in card details and had to cancel and start again. Also what's the extra 50p for on the bill. Named Addons. ??

Do NOT buy from this company. They use Royal Mail which is a shambles and the company take no responsibility for this. I ordered flowers two and a half days ago for my daughter and they have still not arrived. I explained these flowers were to buck my daughter up having recently lost her brother and asked for a refund or for the flowers to be returned as they did not arrive before she left but the company do not want to know. Flowers are meant to be delivered fresh ! These flowers are now two and a half days in transit ! And I’m not the only one this has happened to. When telling my friend about ‘ prestige’ flowers she said oh no, I would have warned you off ordering from them as her flowers took 5 days to arrive ! Make sure you order flowers from a company that care and don’t use royal mail

My relatives in Australia sent me flowers from you company as my son has recently passed away, the flowers were well packaged and roses beautiful colours, I did exactly as per your instructions to the flowers, sadly after two days roses wilted, so disappointed.

Just ordered some beautiful sunflowers for a cousin who has just lost her dad … lovely choice of bouquets (as per usual) with a delivery date of 2 days time as I am placing my order mid-evening on a Sunday so all good … we live some 350 miles apart & I feel sure she will be delighted to receive this lovely bright & sunny bouquet in a couple of days. Website so easy to navigate with a very easy checkout system … I use Prestige Flowers several times a year usually for family birthdays & Christmas flowers, they are great!!

I typed into Google looking for flowers to be delivered the next day. I came across this company advertising next day delivery if ordered by 10pm so I got my order in. This is false advertising. My flowers didn’t get delivered the next day. When I questioned this, customer services informed me that they make no guarantees of next day delivery. They were also very unapologetic and lacked empathy of the special occasion I missed. Would not use again! Beware!

my order number for birthday flowers is 8106201 the flowers were ordered to be delivered on the 28th of July which is a sunday. they were NOT delivered! whats the point of birthday flowers if they dont arrive on the birthday.? There was a tracking update from the courier Royal mail saying delivery attempted and mo one home ..but that is not true there is 24 hour concierge in the building and the recepient was at home all day

Ordered flowers for a family birthday as a new customer. They weren’t up to quality with a number of the roses in the bouquet wilting and browning on delivery. I complained and was told I was wrong that the flowers were up to quality when the clearly weren’t. I was refused a refund and ended up having to order another bunch from another website due to the poor quality. Don’t waste your money of this site, awful customer service. I’d give 0 if there was an option.

I am blind but find your website very quick and easy to use and an assistant is there online to help quick as a flash if I get stuck. The flowers are always so fresh and seem to last a lot longer than other suppliers. Prices are very reasonable too. A great team! Thank you so much.
