So disappointed with the lack of flowers and what I thought I was getting. Nothing like the photo on their website. They do not live up to their name. I ordered these from Australia for a special birthday in the UK. Will not be using again

Thought I had paid ann extra sum of about £10 to free me from paying any further delivery charges for a year Not £40 but £50 Where is there proof of that? Where is a ticket or number I can use when I make another order? HELP PLEASE

So very disappointed with the flowers again. Though it was just a blip but for what I’ve paid for the 2nd gift I’m absolutely gutted with what my friend received. I’m so sorry but I will never order from you again .

The worst flowers I have ever ordered, spent over £100 on two bouquets and the flowers were delivered half dead, brown and wilted. Customer service refuse to do anything, said the bouquets are the right size and will bloom in 3 days. Do not buy from Prestige, nothing Prestige about them unfortunately. I’m really embarrassed I had to give these flowers to two colleagues as a thank you.

Order placed on Friday afternoon for a next day delivery. Order was despatched on the Friday but the flowers were not delivered until the Monday. Customer service was no help at all with same automated responses. Highly disappointed

I ordered a close friends birthday flowers in good time but they have failed to arrive and Customer Service was unable to locate their whereabouts explaining that there was a Royal Mail tracking error. A fresh bouquet was offered but this would have meant being 3 days late. It was also not obvious from the website that these were letterbox flowers which I was trying to avoid. I requested a refund, which, after authorisation was granted! I trust I will receive my refund within the promised time. Altogether a shame as they seem to have good reviews..

Having made a technical error sending my gift to the wrong address , Prestige Flowers did their utmost to help me . A week later I finally tracked my gift down to a Royal Mail delivery depot ! The flowers were as good as new thanks to their wonderful packaging and the Prosecco excellent quality . We will definitely use your excellent quality products and superb customer service again . The flowers that arrived for my Nan’s birthday were wilted and older looking. This is very upsetting as I rarely get to see my Nan. Sadly this cannot be rectified now.

Disappointed they saying is fresh flowers but is not all was disgusting, this is not fresh and they put some random not was nice made.. Never not ordering anything from them, when I send the pictures they saying it’s delivery problem and they finding excuses…

Such a disappointment and awful customer service. I understand they have to advertise but they clearly photoshop and edit their picture and send out old brown flowers. They are so stingy with the flowers as well I think I got around 3 roses and 1 flower with a couple leaves and sticks trying to make it look more full. Do NOT order from here, name any shop Lidl, Aldi, Tesco any flowers would be better than these and the price we paid is disgusting for the product that came. There emails are ridiculous, refusing a return and refund. STAY AWAY. Waste of money and time. They shouldn’t even be a business I hope they are ashamed.

An abysmal service. I ordered flowers, a card and chocolates for our wedding anniversary. The card came soggy from a leakage from the flowers. The chocolates were some random inferior product, not even the Pralines we had ordered. Then the flowers were old-looking to start with, the roses in particular looked very sad. I complained to customer services and was asked to take photos from several angles which I did happily to show the state of the flowers. I was also asked to take the "guard petals" off the roses and wait as apparently, they were the cause of the roses looking old. They suggested that I follow the care guide which I did, (we buy flowers fairly often so we know what we are doing (though it is the first time buying from these clowns). After a week the roses have not opened and everything is ready for the bin. (see photo, day 8). They have refused to give a refund and keep implying that our care of the flowers is not very good. Very difficult "customer service". I will not buy from these unprofessionals again. I suggest you look elsewhere too.

Such an easy process to order and delivery has always been on time. Flowers are as seen, beautiful and fresh and they last a good while. So many happy faces and a feeling of delight when they are delivered which is just what I wanted. Highly recommend.

I don’t like to moan about things, but when I received a picture from my mother of her birthday bouquet, I couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming and immediate sense of disappointment at what she’d received. I get that there are times when you need to accept a certain level of “advertisement vs. reality”, but at £64.00 worth of expenditure, I am gobsmacked that this was considered acceptable by the company for that price. I did purchase these at the last minute, but if this is what you’re going to offer people, then please don’t offer next day delivery!
