Gutted. Ordered my sister in law flower's from here for her birthday. After a terrible year health wish I knew these flower's would cheer her up. Nooooo she sent me a photo of them, the roses were dead some of the flower's were bent over there was even a flower with no petals on it. Just not good enough Prestige. People are paying good money for a good service and not getting it , I feel conned by you by sending rubbish flower's. I will never buy froe yous again.

Not impressed with what arrived, the wicker basket lock would not close. You put shredded card inside it to fill the gaps, the product were slightly damaged. For the price it is, it is better to go to hay hampers as I ordered from them as well and the quality and care was far better.

I ordered a bouquet that was reduced from £69.99 to £49.99 I then paid £10 extra for a large bouquet. They have arrived today and are awful two stems are broken and I could have probably purchased a similar bouquet from a local florist for less that £20. I contacted there live chat service and was told oh it looks like we sent medium and not large I will give you a £5 credit for the inconvenience. It’s not for the inconvenience it’s the amount I have been overcharged and seems as though this is done on purpose with the hope people won’t challenge it. I have sent gifts directly from prestige before and would be heartbroken if they have received similar to me today.

Theses are the flower my sister received not what I paid for they look horrible. So disappointing because I have ordered from you before and the flowers received were lovely. Look at them quality is horrible. Confirmation 8380064).

Found very easy too order, plenty of add ones if your looking for that little extra to send with flowers. My order will not be sent for a few days due to my own choosing of dates. Unable to comment any further on the delivery or quality of flowers for the money paid.

Purchased a £35 bunch for my parents anniversary. Some buds failed to bloom, and the whole bunch wilted and died within 4 days. I was not offered a refund as they argued that I should have flagged this within 3 days of purchase. Very disappointed

My Son sent me a bouquet & card for my Wedding Anniversary which arrived Thursday 12th December. I followed all of the instructions & although the flowers didn’t look great when they arrived I thought they would perk up. Quite the opposite, they are all now dead. The company won’t give my Son a refund! Very annoyed & do not recommend this Company at all.

Absolutely appalling company. They charge for next day delivery - the flowers don’t arrive and then they have the absolute cheek to say they can’t control the delivery! DONT CHARGE OF YOU CANT GUARANTEE! I spent £90 on flowers for a friends dads death! They still haven’t arrived on writing this review and they have offered me a £5.99voucher! They are a scam! Take your money and then deny any responsibility for their terrible service, quality and lies. This is across the board on multiple review sites. They should be investigated. I’ve had to report it to my bank.

Very poor service. Having bought from this company many times, I purchased a hamper and it arrived with half the flowers near dead, when apparently dispatched the day before. They then offered a replacement, which when ordered on a Monday for Thursday delivery turned up 2 days late, the flowers again dying and absolutely no care at the fact they missed my daughter’s birthday. Add to this the ‘sparsely’ filler ‘bouquet’ made it clear there was no care whatsoever. Will never buy from this company again. Kept continually saying ‘next day delivery’ might have helped if they actually achieved this!!

Shocking quality nothing like the picture probably because you dont make CLEAR that its royal mail that delivers them so the flowers are packed in a box for 2 days before you even get them then you have to arrange them yourself. Some gift that make it clear that you dont have a personal touch its via parcelforce, amazon, yodel etc. Order 8362397. No wonder it wont let me upload a picture

NEVER USE! Flowers ordered for delivery day before my relatives birthday. Birthday came and went and still no delivery. Customer services team were appalling and offered a £5 credit against another order... are you really that out of touch that you think we would use you again!!!!

Avoid this company to avoid disappointment! The flowers are substandard & the customer service is even worse. I ordered a large bouquet of Christmas flowers which looked wonderful on the website but bore absolutely no resemblance to the flowers delivered. When I complained I was brushed by telling me to check the terms & conditions for substitutions, completely missing the point of my compaint. They just dont care.

If I could award PRESTIGE FLOWERS no star, I would. The website may be easy to use, but after this, PRESTIGE FLOWERS fail in customer service and delivery times. I made an order on Tuesday for Saturday delivery (I wanted the flowers to be at my mum's home for Sunday, thus giving Prestige Flowers an extra day for delivery). It is now Monday, and the flowers have not been delivered. This reduces the flowers' shelf life, which is not good. I contacted the helpline to be told that parts of Scotland take extra time due to their remote location. The delivery address is 5 minutes from one of the major highways on Scotland's eastern side, and it is between Edinburgh and Dundee (both a 1-hour drive). It is anything but remote. After my experience, I will never order from Prestige Flowers ever again. This was my experience with Prestige Flowers.

Good morning I ordered some birthday flowers for my Mother in law ( I am in Syd Australia). Order done, no flowers have arrived 5 days . I contacted Prestige flowers & This is my ticket no. 2051841. An automated response that the flowers were despatched .” close ticket” This is no resolution. It is up to “Prestige” flowers to follow up why they have not been delivered. If your courier partner Royal mail doesn’t follow through that is your issue not mine. Yes there is a tracking no. “Item rerouted” . Wonder what state the flowers are in now!! Today the flowers have still not arrived. This review I hope will be forwarded to Prestige flowers for Another review . 1 star

DO NOT USE. A group of us ordered funeral flowers for a friend who’s lost a parent. Flowers didn’t turn up. Prestige advised flowers were lost and washed their hands of the issue offered £5.99 refund for postage. Absolutely useless customer service. Bitterly disappointed.
