Placed a order for flowers to be delivered and on a day and they didn’t arrive, no contact from company or delivery company at all. No use selecting a day as you probably won’t receive them… hope whenever they do arrive they’re at least in a good condition

The flowers arrived and were a disappointment! They were mostly fillers and not what is shown in pictures online

Flowers didn't arrive on requested delivery date. Flowers are date sensitive, this just isn't good enough.

Fantstic, excellent service. Site was easy to navigate. The flowers arrived in excellent condition. the experience seems personal and that somone cares. You want someone has gone the extra mile and this service certilnly does. Coudn't recommend them highly enough

Nobody can do it better than prestige flowers I love ordering from them and my aunt loves receiving them she tells me they last a long time I know I can depend on them to send my flowers even tho I do order them few months before my aunts birthday and Christmas I've been ordering flowers from them quite few years now and they have never got it wrong even if it's a Sunday well done

Having sent flowers to a bereaved colleague whose husband had died the day before, I was not made aware of the state of the flowers due to her being otherwise occupied and of which £57 was paid. When I emailed pictures and requested some form of recompense, the £10 offered was totally inappropriate and just meant us having to spend more. CS showed no empathy for the situation and replied in scripted form dismissing how bad they were.. Don't be convinced by reviews on their site look at dates chart made over 3 years ago. Leave well alone and spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered a large bunch of the “Joyful” flowers, with a vase and birthday card. What turned up was a poor small bunch of flowers that was not representative of what is being sold on the website. I feel misled and miss-sold too.

If I could express less than 1 star I most certainly would. Paid the extra 8.00 plus for signature etc. Flowers delivered to entirely wrong house! No idea which from photo as it’s the wrong house! I am VERY VERY angry about the inept delivery and will never use again.

I ordered flowers on Tuesday for my mums birthday and paid extra for next day delivery, received an email from Royal Mail saying flowers will not be delivered to Thursday the day after my mums birthday so disappointing..

The website has not asked for a delivery address it only asked for a billing address. The flowers are now incorrectly been delivered to the wrong address. The website has not clearly stated the delivery address and was poorly constructed when trying to get my billing details

The order was delivered one day late. The tracking was all muddled with different days being shown. I was asked to confirm the address, which was correct and then asked to confirm it again. The bunch of flowers was small. I was e mailed with a list of locations which take longer to deliver to, but my delivery address was not an offshore island etc. I got the impression that it was my fault.
