Flowers ok, vase shattered to peices, whoever prestige use for delivery, they should be sacked. Must have been used as a football.

Mother’s Day flowers arrived and mum put them in a vase and took a photo and I’m not happy the roses in the bouquet are already brown and look like they are half dead already

I so wished I had read the reviews before purchasing from this terrible company. The flowers were absolutely nothing to right home about. The local supermarket are 100% better for £5. For what I spent on this flowers, I should be getting a full refund and a compensation for my troubles.. pls don’t waste your money on this company.. disappointing is an understatement. I wish there was a -10 stars..😡😡😡😡😡

Received flowers for my mum today (mothers day) they came absolutely ugly and dead. Nothing like the picture and for £40?! flowers came brown not white and lillies are wrinkly and ugly. Mostly bush/plant/tree than flowers. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Wont even let me put pictures up as they know its bad.

Have use this company a few times and never had a problem until my recent order. Had 3 orders and paid extra £10 on each for the largest size. Very disappointed with the amount delivered, just look like a regular size and the condition of the flowers not as good as before. I've basically paid over £120 on half dead flowers. Will not be using this company again and will be fighting to get a full refund.

Although the confirmation email said that I'd receive tracking info, I didn't. So had to phone to check that they arrived. Although Mother liked the flowers, when I saw them (next day) I was shocked. Looked less than half the number of flowers showed on the website. Very disappointed.

Flowers were not worth the money. I could have got the same ones at a supermarket for a fraction of what I paid. First and last time ordering from prestige flowers. almost 50 quid is a joke..nothing like the pictures also paid delivery for before 1pm and got it much later

Our Mother's Day Flowers arrived this morning, and I am very disappointed in them, they look nothing like the picture, they are all drooping, I have seen better in our local petrol station, absolutely disgusted for the price that I have paid, I will not be using you again, I can't even update the photo

Absolutely awful flowers. Apparently no issues with them and they are fine according to the florist manager. Wouldn’t even bother ordering from this company. The quality of flowers are far from prestige! Shocking with dealing with customer complaints also. No reimbursement or compensation for such shocking flowers.

Very disappointed paid for a large bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day Mum received the flowers took a photo and sent it to me and thanked me When I saw what had been send I was horrified 7 small rose buds and 3 lilies For £49.99 all nearly dead Email company and told they look fine I think the staff need to go to spec savers Will never use them again Rip off

Ordered flowers for delivery the day before Mother’s day, there’s been no delivery or even contact since the order was placed. I’ll be seeking a full refund and wouldn’t recommend Prestige Flowers to any one. Absolute shambles, avoid at all costs

Terrible company do not buy from here. Delivered late. Ordered Monday night for delivery Wednesday turned up on Thursday afternoon. You must order at least 3 days in advance. Company doesn’t make this clear. Missed the birthday. Still haven’t even seen the flowers as still away! Expected I was paying extra for a good service.

Very very poor experience compared to last time on Valentines day. The flowers arrived on the correct day but, the were half the volume the was advertised, sad, parched, dead and dreary looking. With broken stems and too much greenery, I am not hopeful they will come back to life, and for the price, a complete rip-off. I purchased Premier delivery as I was going to use this service in the future however I have requested a refund and will not be using this service again.

I ordered the Pink lilies and roses bouquet for Mother’s Day. The flowers came with barely any flowers, and not a single colour in sight. I am so so disappointed as I had high expectations. Now it won’t even let me upload the photo of the poor excuse of flowers they’ve sent me. I will try again later to post the images. Gutted that this happened on Mother’s Day.
