I was told that lady l sent my flowers and tea hamper was very happy with it and said the flowers are beautiful yellow orange in colour that's is what l pick ,it was day late but it is Christmas thank you from bev dore

Wish I had read reviews flowers are 2 days late no sign of them tried phoning no answer messaged on messenger to be told they could be an extra day as I'm in Scotland no offer to chase up courier total waste of money I dread to think how the flowers will look after 3 days in transit don't waste your money on this company as they're not will to help in anyway now I've had to order flowers from another company with no compensation from prestige flowers you should do the right thing and refund me my money

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and the arrived a day late and looking worse for wear. I tried calling several times and no one answered, so tried an email. Still waiting for a reply. Prestige if you read this please answer me so you can redeem yourself.

Medium sized bunch of flowers a lot smaller than in the photo online. Very disappointed especially for the price. Will not be using Prestige again and suggest no-one else does either.

Awful. Not delivered by the florist but by parcel delivery service. Should have been delivered Tuesday 17th and were left in a box behind a wheelie bin on Thursday 19th. Not likely to be alive. Not the cheapest either. Buyer beware.

I made a mistake with the address and they didn’t help me to correct it. I was told it’s been already issued. But I couldn’t reach them earlier because they made me wait in the hold for a long time. I would never recommend this place.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday. They weren't. Nor is there any indication when they will be delivered. I've spent 2 hours on hold with them and no answer. Really not happy

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Prestige flowers. I recently ordered flowers for my parents along with a Hamper. The flowers were not delivered in a professional manner, on notifying Prestige flowers they professionally and promptly looked into this & rectified the issue. The flowers & plants are always beautiful & have an impressive display. I would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately the picture on the website and the bunch that arrived were nowhere near what I ordered , and paying extra for a large I expected a half decent bunch of flowers , very disappointed with this considering the price I paid.

Ordered flowers day before friends birthday, hoping they would arrive the morning of their birthday, but tracker said arriving 7.30 pm! Now have email saying sorry could not deliver flowers today, will try tomorrow 🤬 what is the point of that! Awful service!

Wouldn’t recommend, I paid for the large and when they turned up they look nothing like the picture advertised for a large bunch. Very expensive considering the size of the bouquet of flowers.

Unfortunately, the delivered flowers were sparse and unlike the advertised image. While I ordered the 'Standard' size, I would have expected that for an original price of £40, this would be a substantial flower arrangement. Very disappointed as I could have gotten double the size at a fraction of the price, for a similar product from Tesco.
