After reading some of the negative reviews after I ordered was abit worried but flowers came on time fresh looked lovely on downfall I might have is I order large 2 bouquets came to £117 including delivery so it's definitely on the more exspensive side I thought they might have been bigger and expected a wow factor which I dunno if the price justified but still lovely flowers although for that price defo only for special occasions M&S do lovely flowers for a fraction of the price.

This is my first visit to Prestige Flowers website. There is so much choice, and such good prices. Its a wedding Anniversary bouquet for my brother and his wife. We live a long way apart, but keep in touch. I never miss their Anniversary, they have been married over 65 years, and still very happy.

I suggest you never use Royal Mail ever again because they are absolutely useless. It’s my anniversary today, so I posted some flowers to be delivered today. Royal Mail sent me a photo of my delivery which clearly isn’t any flowers, plus didn’t even deliver the parcel they had. Shocking really I got home from working a 14 hr day to no gift for my anniversary for my missus

My son ordered some flowers which arrived late. The roses are already droopy and look dead. So disappointed. I tried to upload a photo but it didn't work 😞

Flowers arrived a day late. The flowers do not look like the photo, nowhere near as vibrant or colourful. There were even a few moldy flowers when they arrived. I would not use ever again. Won't allow me to upload a photo for some reason.

I made a 1 digit mistake in my postcode which I could never get rectified. They kept telling me they take no responsibility for the address and so my order was just never delivered. The particular postcode didn’t even exist but they didn’t bother to check the address existed or attempt to have the “courier” redirect it. I spent 5 days chasing the Helpdesk as to where my delivery was only to get “we take no responsibility for the delivery of your product”. I couldn’t even chase it myself as I was not the sender. So £60+ for no product and no ability to even chase it down. I’m not 100% convinced this website isn’t some sort of scam. Ridiculous.

Absolutely disgraceful bunch of flowers sent to a friend, I was completely mortified.. I would have been better spending £6.99 in my local garage because that’s what they looked like. Will never waste my money with them again!

Flowers were arranged for a specified date as they were for a first anniversary of a bereavement. I was advised the flowers would be delivered on that date. They were not delivered until the next day which was very upsetting. When I asked why the delivery did not take place on the arranged date, I was advised they could not guarantee a date as they used an external delivery service. This was not relayed prior to payment. I would not use this company again.

I ordered for next day delivery, they were delivered two days after that ,(missed the occasion). The flowers looked okay from the photo my friend took but much smaller than the photo of the item I purchased. I added the delivery pass, which I'm now regretting as I probably will source elsewhere.

Fantastic service start to finish. I ordered flowers at 9.42pm last night and they were delivered by about 10.30am this morning. The recipient was over the moon with the flowers. I won't hesitate to use PF again and to recommend them. I have to say I am pleased I didn't read the reviews beforehand. Some are not very flattering and certainly nothing like the service I have personally received.

Can't fault the delivery and flower quality was good. However, the pictures of bouquets on the website are misleading (photoshopped?) - what you will receive is MUCH less. I defy even the most creative of florists to produce the bouquet shown on the website from the ingredients delivered!

Was worried a little when I saw some of the negative reviews but didn't need to worry at all. Ordered before 10pm last night, delivery at 4pm today as planned. Lovely bouquet, flowers all looking good , well put together and a very pleased recipient who had been very unwell. Great service,well done.

I ordered flowers for my mum's 70th Birthday. I ordered the flowers in the 1st picture and received the clowers in the 2nd. Paid nearly £70 for flowers and not one flower resembles what I was told she would receive. Prestige flowers, if you don't have said flowers then make it known. They are not £70 flowers. They look like they've been thrown together from bunches from Asda. Ripping people off and sending flowers that are NOT described on the bunch which I purposely picked out for her birthday. Will not be using again and will be spreading the word to avoid!!!!!

If I could put 0 I would! My mother was sent flowers for her birthday. After 4 days the lily’s hadn’t opened and had started to turn brown. I contacted PF’s only to be told they couldn’t speak to me. My mum then contacted them when she was able to only to be told any problems she had to report within 3days. She was offered a £10 voucher. There are no flowers for £10. Awful and a complete waste of money. Low and behold, it won’t let me attach the picture of the ‘flowers’!
