Absolutely nothing like the picture, I know the lilies need to bloom but these are just shockingly bad quality. Paid for "premium card" too which is basically a bit of folded card with perforations along the bottom. Not one think is prestige or premium about these flowers, just go to Tesco and you'll get better for 1/4 of the price.

I have used Prestige twice now. Once for a birthday and the other for Valentine’s Day. Both occasions the flowers were immaculate and delivered on time. Highly recommend.

Ordered a bouquet of roses for valentines, the arrangement was lovely and the flowers are amazing quality, 10/10 can’t fault any of it! The pictures on the site don’t do the flowers justice, they’re even nicer in person!

Avoid, avoid, avoid - overpriced, poor quality and bad customer service. The worst Valentine's flower delivery I've ever had in over 25 years. The recipient of my flowers was hugely underwhelmed. The smallest "medium" sized bouquet I've ever seen. Better off going to a supermarket for a quarter of the price and picking your own. Just to finish off a bad job, they are not willing to listen to feedback or offer to rectify the situation. Customer lost for life.

The quality of the flowers were extremely poor, the chocolates that came with it were one month out of date and the personalised card was bent. Definitely not fit to give as a gift For 50£ in total I would have expected more. If you're planning on buying from here, rethink it and just go to M&S they actually have better quality.

Not very impressed, definitely not prestige. The delivery was on time however, £40 for petrol forcourt standard of flowers! I won't be using again. Morrisons sells better quality.

Twice I have used this company and the actual products themselves are good... What really let's them down is the delivery. BOTH times I ordered from them at least TWO WEEKS before I needed the flowers, they ask what date you want them delivered... And both times they have arrived LATE. A day or two AFTER the date specified. What is the point of asking when you want them if you can't actually fulfil this specific and basic instruction?

I requested delivery for tomorrow 14th February (Valentine's Day) when the recipient would be in - Flowers have been delivered today when recipient is at work !!! So they have been left outside - just hope they will be still be there !!!

A little disappointed. The flowers were a gift for my mother on her birthday. I paid for next day before 1pm delivery and weren’t received until 4pm. The flower were not as what was shown in the image.

They flowers were awful. The problem is they are not the florist or have anything to do with the flowers. They are the middle man. Take your money then send the order to a florist! Give the florist half the money and keep the rest. Please order flowers straight from your local florist who know what to do and how to look after you. Not a company that just posts pictures!! They have no idea of customer relations.
