Not very happy at all , All the roses are bruised, leaves still dirty,branches dry and broken, really not what I expected as a present for my wife's birthday. Will not be ordering from this shop again First and Last time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LATE DELIVERY ALL THE TIME. EXCUSES. DISAPPOINTMENT. 1 STAR. DO NOT ORDER WITH THESE CLOWNS. NAMED DAY DELIVERY BUT ALWAYS 1-2 DAYS LATE!

I placed an order for my wife’s birthday, while I was putting in details I was asked for my discount code(forces veterans discount), however the site just moved onto the next step in ordering not letting me enter my code. I rang prestige but could not get an answer. First time ordering and maybe the last.

I ordered a birthday bouquet, birthday cake and scented candle from prestige. To be delivered Saturday 6th July. My daughter and her birthday party friends stayed in the property only to receive NO DELIVERY, until I received an email stating the flowers had been (ATTEMPTED) delivery. I attempted to contact prestige who have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE WEEKEND! When they arrived the flowers were wilted due to having spent the weekend without water, the cake was inedible due to being nibbled by vermin over the weekend. When I did finally receive a response, there was NO APOLOGY, NO REFUND simply Kaitlyn stating they were delivered on the day. There was a designated safe place given ( I guess in cases of not hearing the courier) They were NOT LEFT IN THE SAFE PLACE. When they were delivered on the “next working day “ Monday, THEY WERE LEFT ON THE DOORSTEP due to my daughter being out.WHY THIS WAS NIT DONE ON THE SATURDAY IS ANYONES GUESS.Save your money to avoid disappointment. GO ELSEWHERE. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS IT IS A SHODDY SET UP.

Seems to be a theme here ….. ordered flowers for my Sister’s birthday, not delivered!!! Arrived two days late, I haven't even complained because from other reviews there seems no point. Last order from me.

Without even seeing the flowers, which are only going to be delivered this evening when the day is almost over. If I had known that the “courier” I paid £5.99 for, was going to be Royal Mail( which I have had numerous problems with) i would never have ordered from this company. These are for my daughter’s wedding day which, like I said are only going to be delivered at 7pm! Very disappointed.

Royal Mail sent flowers off in wrong direction, so missed birthday. Royal Mail apologised, but Prestige Flowers offered no compensation - even suggesting that flowers could be late because Aberdeenshire is a long way away. I can assure Prestige Flowers that the road and rail links to Aberdeen and surrounding areas from the south are excellent. Will not be using Prestige Flowers again.

Paid a ridiculous amount for postage, selected the date I needed flowers to be delivered but once paid the delivery date changed! Pointless to have them now.

I was very dissapointed with the Wild and Wonderful medium sized bouquet bought for a 90th birthday. It didn't have as many flowers as shown in the medium size example, and there was no Thlaspi which made it look even smaller. I was considering ordering again for my mothers birthday but don't want to be dissapointed again.
