Very disappointed, the flowers delivered looked nothing like the ones I had ordered. I ordered a medium size and to be honest, I’ve bought nicer flowers from the supermarket from a fraction of the cost. The first picture was what I ordered, the second picture is what was delivered. I will not use Prestige Flowers again!!

Highly overpriced for what you get when they arrive. There are more flowers in a bunch from Tesco than what arrives in my order from here! I will not be ordering again, not happy at all!

Very disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my daughter-in-law's 40th birthday. I upgraded to the large rose and lily bouquet. Almost £50 for 6 roses and 5 lilies, including delivery and a very small vase. Never again! Nothing like the photo, very misleading. I could have got a stunning bouquet for much less locally but opted for next day delivery using online order. I will not recommend nor use Prestige Flowers again.

Shocking quality and customer service. Nothing like the photo. The bouquet was sparse and flowers were wilting when received. Better buying a bunch from Tesco

ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH FOR A COMPANY THAT SEND OUT WILTED, DEAD, BRUISED AND EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY FLOWERS! FIRST ONES WERE WILTED AND BROKEN AND A GREAT DEAL LESS STEMS THAN SHOWN IN PICTURES. IN FACT I PAID EXTRA FOR A LARGE BOUQUET AND RECEIVED LESS THAN THE NORMAL SIZED ONE! EMAILED WITH PHOTOS AND THEY OFFERED £15 REFUND IN A £50 BOUQUET INC POSTAGE. THIS WASNT ACCEPTABLE AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME. THEY AGREED TO SEND ANOTHER BOUQUET THE NEXT DAY. THIS SECOND ONE WAS EVEN WORSE THAN THE FIRST ONE. FLOWERS WERE DEAD, DRIED UP, WILTED AND VERY FEW STEMS. AGAIN EMAILED AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND! APPALLING COMPANY WHO SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE.

The flowers that were sent to my friend was less than half of what was shown in the photo when I picked them. It was embarrassing when my friend sent me a photo of what she received. Customer service kept asking for more photos at different angles to prove that there was a problem. I gave up in the end as I did not want to get my friend or even tell my friend what was happening as she was going through hard time. Would not recommend this company at all and no follow up email after I said I can’t be bothered anymore, they were glad to get rid of me.

I came across Prestige Flowers on Clearpay when I was browsing, at the time my sister had just had a baby so I purchasd her Roses ans a card and was absolutely blown away by how perfect the flowers were. There wasnt a branch out of place. Ive ordered flowers from other compaines and NEVER have i had such elegant and beautiful flowers like this. I have just ordered Ocean Lillys for my mum whos partner has just passed away, and I can honestly day I know they will arrive in prestine condition, the Roses as you can see from my pictire arr stunning there isnf a bad leaf or a curled rose. Well done 👏🏼 Prestige Flowers. If I am to win my winnings will be towards flowers from you for special occasions, we have a big family so theres always a birthday in every month. Thank you for brightening my sisters week with her flowers and I know my mum will absolutely love the ocean lillys I have purchasd her. Ive already recommended you to a few people, I am just stunned at her perfect they arrive. Also well done to thr drivers for not just throwing them on doorstep (like previous companies) keep up the amazing work you do. Just to add I have never been a flower person, I have never been bought flowers but hope when I do get some they are from your website. Your flowers are stunning!

Very disappointing. I payed £36.48 for a so called Rose & Lily Medium bouquet. Absolutely outrageous amount of money for 6 roses and 2 Lily stems. I honestly feel I should have at least a partial refund ..nothing like the picture!!

Absolutely disgraceful! I would have got a better bouquet in a petrol garage over priced awful!!! The flowers are brown the heads have fell off, the gals advertised photo is nothing to what I got ordered for a birthday that only happens ONE day a year didn’t come even though I paid the over priced charges for NEXT day delivery! The card was ripped to pieces and didn’t even have the message in the “birthday card” that wasn’t a card was a ripped up soaking wet piece of paper and one cardboard print out, the candle snapped in half! The cake rock solid and not even the size of my palm! I am absolutely disgusted bought for a 30th birthday for a woman who just had a baby and two operations! I expect a full refund and anyone wanting to order from here AVOID AVOID AVOID and how convenient you can’t post any of the horrifying photos

Wish I had read reviews before purchase. Extremely poor quality flowers which did not resemble pictures on website and were dying less than 24 hours after receiving. Quick response to complaints but just giving advice on caring for flowers. Absolutely appalling. Do not use.

Requested next day delivery for a birthday , all seemed to be going to plan ,courier notified me expected times of delivery on the date requested. No flowers arrived until 11.00 the next morning by which time recipient had left for an overnight trip . By the time she gets back Sunday evening flowers will have been in packaging for three days . Not good enough especially as you promote yourselves as guaranteed next day delivery No photo as flowers were left in a wheelie bin in Cornwall and I am in West Sussex.

Avoid at all costs!! Ordered and paid for what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Sadly nowhere near for the money. I have previously submitted a review, and sent an email, gone through the ‘customer service’ process, and followed up on advice given re care of flowers, and providing further photographs. Disappointed that I feel compelled to submit another review as I basically feel fobbed off with all the fairly standard responses. There is no way the marketing on this website represents anywhere near the quality or quantity delivered. Looking at so many other negative reviews (which I wish I had looked at further initially) there seems to be one or more issues that the company should be reviewing and taking action on. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
