Sorry disagree with 100% satisfaction. Flowers failed to turn up on a really important occasion. Have been told delivery day not guaranteed, nothing they can do, won’t help any further and still chasing delivery. Automated response keeps advising delivery is purely a guide…. If ur delivery day is important - DO NOT USE …. So gutted it really messed up a very important occasion. 😔. Btw - they still haven’t arrived … no idea where they are and they will offer no help. Up to me now to trace. Terrible customer care… although delivery charge (only) refunded.

Do not buy flowers from here Absolutely rubbish service. Mixed up address and sent back to provider. The flowers were for my aunts 60,th birthday and cost £48. Save your money- don't bother

Awful service. Flowers arrived TWO days late even though I have paid for next day delivery. No sympathy or compensation from customer service about this. It was a gift for my mother’s birthday. Save your money and shop somewhere else, honestly not worth it!

Ordered flowers for a special person's birthday and these have not been delivered. Very disappointing that Prestige use Royal Mail who are not reliable!

Had flowers delivered sat 22 June wilting roses also they went to the wrong address . Absolutely shocking customers service ! told me that they had looked at the photos and they were in line with there quality standards really what wilting flowers great quality and standards then 😂 Also offered me a 10.00 voucher when I buy again are they joking Prestweed should be there name would never recommend this company to anyone also I asked them to contact me twice tele but never they bothered They were 49.99 with free chocolates lol the flowers are now in the bin Wanted to attach photos but the site won’t load

Always so easy to place an order. The bouquets are always very good and I don’t use any other florist anymore. I’ve used them numerous times as they are speedy and precise and the bouquets quality remain of a consistently high standard.

Be warned. My mother's flowers never arrived. Royal Mail left them on a doorstep. We don't believe it was actually my mums doorstep as photo evidence could have been anyone's, she was in all day and there was no card posted through the door as alleged. When I complained to Prestige they basically said I has to take it up with Royal Mail myself, would not resend flowers or offer refund. Would definitely NEVER use again.

Flowers were brown. Paid for a large and they were shocking: so so disappointed as they were for my mum on for my sisters birthday who passed away. I am so upset with the quality for flowers which cost over £50. Would not recommend at all.

Very disappointing. Poor quality flowers with stems and leaves already turning brown on delivery. Certainly not the quality or quantity depicted on the website. The packing method meant that the chocolates had all fallen out of their packaging. Will not be using this service in future.

Ordered flowers for a special occasion for a friend. The flowers came in a box that looked like it had been run over. The flowers inside were wilted and unsalvageable. Contacted customer service who offered a £10 off for the next set? Not appropriate considering the flowers were worth a lot more and damaged! Asked for refund or another set to be sent. They eventually sent a new set and this was equally awful. Flowers were brown and ruined. Will never be using them again. Please don't waste your money.
