Pitiful flowers, both in quality and quantity (first two photos) in comparison to website photo. I appreciate there is always a degree of variation with seasonal availability but this is ridiculous, and also embarrassing from the sender’s point of view when seeing a “special occasion” marked by delivery of this.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The flowers delivered to my 91 year old friend were dying and in poor condition- unlike the picture that I ordered from. Not the uplifting gift that I hoped she would receive. Will never use this company again - it’s a rip off ! Looking at other reviews now I see that I’m not alone and nothing changes- just words!

delivered promplty, seem fresh, but clearly much more basic version of what was on the photo online - I feel I payed 2.5 times flower shop price + delivery cost. Normally would give 2 star, but for the nice card included - giving 3 stars. Unlikely to use again.

The Prestige Flowers website is easy to navigate, has clear pictures and descriptions. It’s ideal ti have next day delivery. There are many choices of ad-ons too. The only surprising thing about the sure was to add a coupon code after submitting payment rather than before.

Take a look at the photos, it says it all. I am totally disgusted with the way Prestige has handled this situation. I ordered flowers for my mum to be delivered Dec 23rd. I also ordered a balloon saying Merry Christmas. My mum didnt receive anything. We checked the other properties surrounding my mother asking if anyone received them by mistake or saw them but that came up with nothing. Prestige has said they were delivered and the photo is showing this. As you can see you cannot make out who they were sent too nor the address they were sent to and I was never informed the flowers would be delivered in a dam box, and oh where’s the balloon. I have communicated with Prestige who have made every excuse under the sun to not give me my money back (did offer 10% off next order which there will not be) I am so disgusted with the handling of this situation and lack of responsibility Prestige has taken in this situation. Will never use them again and would not recommend them either.

I ordered flowers on line from Songapore to be delivered Thursday. I heard nothing from the recipient Thursday.. I chased this company Friday. They responded, asking for an address to deliver the rotting flowers. I provided that. Radio silence for most of today when I chased again , only to be sent a link to the royal mail with the ref number of my delivery. On putting this in, the royal mail said they tried (nobody there apparently even though there was / is), the auto message went on to say they would try again tomorrow. So the rotten flowers will sit in the van all weekend and what’s left of them get delivered on Monday ??? I don’t know, awaiting Jess’s response.

Really disappointed with the flowers that were sent to my son and his girlfriend in their new home. Flowers were dying after a couple of days and most buds didn’t open. Would have been better off going to the supermarket. Waste of £50!

I should have read reviews :( I ordered these flowers on a Sunday for Tuesday they arrived on Thursday several emails back and forth no real apology,lots of wasted time customer care seems to be AI generated that’s the only reason I can think of for such lack of empathy NOT HAPPY

Terrible. Will never use again. Flowers were in transit for 26 hours before being delivered at 6.30pm the next day. Overnight in one hub, then to another hub for a very long time & then in a van for hours. Not local & no response to my email.

I ordered an orchid from the Prestige that states the plant is a classic orchid. No size details were given but it was shown as a 2 stem orchid in a nice pot, it was a gift for someone and was £32, £37 including postage. When the orchid arrived I could not give it as a gift. It is not a classic orchid but a minature, its flowers are less than 1 inch wide in full bloom, the plant does not fit in the pot it has been sent in, the pot is way too big and no attempt has been made to use moss or any other materials to plug the gap between the massive pot and the tiny plant - moss is shown in the pot in the photograph online. I am very disappointed and have offered many times to return the plant for a refund but this has been rejected with the same standard reply each time. I am very dissappointed as I have used Prestige and Haute on many occasions for gifts but will definitely not be using them again!

Poor service is an understatement. Flowers were NEVER delivered and as a 'gesture' they offered me a £5.99 credit note to Prestige account... After further dispute they raised the amount to £15 (bearing in mind I've paid £50!!). After another few emails they said they said they can deliver flowers on another requested day. This was 2 weeks after my Mum's birthday so I refused the 'offer'. I ended up raising dispute with my bank who refunded money to my account. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Ordered flowers from here to congratulate a friend on her engagement. I ordered Large flowers for next day delivery directly to her. She messaged me yesterday to let me know the flowers died without blooming and sent me a photograph. The photograph shows the flowers dead before blooming and the bouquet its self looks empty. I tried to resolve this matter however was told that it was after 3 days of time of delivery. I found this to be quite unreasonable as I hadn’t seen the flowers with my own eyes as the company offer direct delivery. My friend didn’t want to initially say anything about the flowers and just gave them time to bloom but they never! Wouldn’t shop here again as the whole “3 days” seems really unreasonable in this case. Typically it won’t actually let me add the picture 😂. But they are really bad and I would say don’t bother ordering a large because they were absolutely empty!
