Very disappointed that the flowers - ordered on the 17th for delivery on the 19th - arrived a day late... the day after the 80th birthday celebration for which the flowers were ordered for.

Flowers arrived a day late. I paid extra for the medium bunch, and there was about a hand full of flowers and lots of greenery. By the 3rd day the flowers were dieing off, as too was the greenery that was in the (so called bouquet). I contacted customer care who firstly offered a £5.99 credit to be applied to my account. I rejected that, and then received another offer of £10 credit to my account. I have however declined it, as this is not the first time I have had issues with the quality and size of the flowers, but also the delivery service they use are not fulfilling the next day delivery service, and they just leave the box outside exposed to the elements.

Ordered flowers to be delivered today. They arrived in Tyneside MC at 5.15 am today, now 6.20pm and still not arrived. Tracking for post office a waste of time. Have emailed, fb messenger & rang number, lines closed at 3.30 pm even though your website says office open until 5 pm & your recorded message says the same. Absolutely fuming. Your customer service is shocking. I would not recommend this company to anybody & will never use again. I hope you read this and contact me ASAP.

I received these flowers yesterday, they were sent the day before. They were absolutely disgusting, all but a few were limp and dying and the rest were brown round the edges! I think your company is appalling and are conning people right left and centre

You need to do some work on your web page. It didn't fit my iPhone mini screen and I couldn't access the buttons at the bottom to proceed to subsequent pages. I had to resort to using a laptop.

Why is your customer services are not responding and your phone line closed??? Trying to get an update on my order for hours now and it should have been delivered today. Can someone help please? Your system doesn’t even recognise my order number! 😡 Is this a scam as your tracker doesn’t even recognise my order number!

Too complicated to use website. Continually badgers you for add-ons and we found an extra 50p added for a deluxe card (?) that we didn't want but you have to take off rather than add. The address drop down didn't open fully so we had to enter the address manually. Sorry, we won't use you again or recommend you. Fail.

I bought a” large bunch” for my wife’s 60th Birthday. All I can say is, if this was the large bunch, I would hate to see the small version. One rose stem was cut in half, one rose was wilting, ( out of 5). It all smacked of accountants run this business. You get the absolute minimum for your money.
