Would never order through Prestige flowers again, not only was my order damaged they wouldn’t resolve by sending another box due to delivery cost. Avoid at all cost

Hello Stacey, Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience with us and that your box arrived damaged. This is not the level of service we strive for, and we completely understand your frustration. We are unable to send out an empty box because it wouldn’t contain the wooden support stick that helps protect the bouquet by preventing the box from crushing the stems. Without this, there’s a higher risk of the box being damaged in transit. Since there were no quality issues with the flowers themselves, we were unable to offer a refund for this order. I ordered rose and lily bouquet for my partner, well what turned up was an absolute disgrace for the money i paid i contacted customer service and was told there is nothing wrong with them and they have not even replied to my 2nd email, awful awful company my partner is so devastated and disappointed in the quality and price i paid for it.

First time customer with Prestige. Order flowers for next day delivery for my Wife's birthday. Flowers did not arrive the next day. Royal Mail confirmed it was because they received the item too late from the seller. Contacted Prestige and was met with a barrage of defensiveness and an unwillingness to offer any kind of help or support. Basically was told it was not their issue. Prestige need to know that if they have issues with deliveries, it ultimately falls on them and looks very bad on their business. Once they have your money expect no kind of after care should you run into any issues post purchase.

My son sent me a lovely bunch of roses but they literally were only good for 1 day!! He mustve paid a fortune and is working overseas for our country, I havent the heart to tell him they lasted literally one day :(

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, transit times can occasionally be longer than expected, which we do mention on our website. As you reached out to us over a week after the delivery date without any photos, we were unable to investigate the issue further. Flowers just looked awful. Really dissatisfied. I never usually leave reviews good or bad but at 40 pounds I feel so disappointed. Could have gotten a more impressive bunch from local supermarket.

Do not use this company. I paid £40 for flowers and card after my friend nan died. They sent a bunch of leaves and 5 roses and 1 tulip!!! After I complained I was told I should have complained within 3 days!!! Photos show what I ordered and what I actually recieved!

Although I initially made a mistake with delivery of the flowers, the system was unhelpful and inflexible and it was impossible to rectify the initial mistake. Despite assurances of help, a “computer says no” attitude prevailed. The flowers were quite pretty, but not exceptional.

After reading reviews I thought I would share my experience with Prestige Flowers. I live in Australia and order online. I have just ordered for the 4 th time. I wish I’d read the reviews before spending £36 on a bunch of flowers that arrived pretty much dead! I have emailed customer service to ask them to send me a fresh bunch because I don’t think it’s acceptable to pay for an expensive bouquet that is dead! Tbh I could have bought a bunch from my local garage in better condition for a fraction of the price. I am waiting for their response and will update you all here. Let’s see if their satisfaction garuantee is honoured!

Absolute rip off, local garage provides a better selection! Not worth the money! £55 for 6 flowers, unable to load photos! Happy to provide if customer support get in contact.

Absolute rip off. What ive received is laughable for the price it cost, even spent an extra £10 for the large bouquet and there's nothing large about it. If the funeral wasn't tomorrow I'd be wanting to return this waste of money. 5 roses and 6 lilies for £42, jokers.

Terrible service, delivery 2 days late, who wants flowers or a food hamper that have been in transit for almost a week! No refunds as they have covered everything in small print. Avoid disappointment! shop anywhere else!!

This is the worst bouquet of flowers I have ever seen. Most are pretty much dead or will be by tomorrow, also my Husband ordered them to be delivered at a certain time but we're an hour late. I'm very upset. We don't have £60 to throw into the bin and what was meant to be a sweet romantic gesture had turned out to have ruined our Anniversary today. Unacceptable

Ordered some flowers for my aunts birthday, Royal Mail said they were delivered, Prestige said they weren’t as I hadn’t given them the correct address! The full postcode was entered and gave the address from their website!!!!! They arranged another delivery date and still no flowers! Emailed yet again, asked for a refund and still nothing! Would not recommend using Prestige flowers as they will let you down!
