Terrible service! Despite on web-site they say "next day delivery', in reality, the day the flowers should have been delivered and I already got order confirmation, I received an email that "they have decided to postpone to another day". There was birthday card for my sister in the order as well, so they knew flowers were dedicated to special occasion. I asked to refund money - BUT they REFUSED. Moreover, when finally delivered 2 days later, they packed the birthday flowers in BLACK wrapping - I guess on purpose as I started to argue. NEVER BUY FROM PRESTIGE FLOWERS UK!

Be Careful about sites or groups on Facebook that promise high ROI if you invest with them. I got ripped off after I invested my hard earned money with one group I contacted via Facebook. I invested 32,000 USD and got an interest of about 11,000 USD after a month which appeared on my dashboard. Few days later I was asked to invest in their Gold package and that informed me to invest about 250,000 to get about 1,000,000 USD in less than one month. After I enrolled in this package I was unable to withdraw after two months, I tried severally and texted support but was asked to invest more then I knew it was a scam. I read about Mrs. Lisa Elizabeth how she recover people money back and quickly contacted her. After meeting up with her requirements, all my money was recovered in less than seven days without any trouble. After 4 days the roses in were dead and the lilies not to far behind. After 5 days all dead! Really disappointing. Customer service said they have a 3 day policy if you have an issue . For £40 I'd like them to last longer than 4 days. Back to supermarket flowers for us . Better quality and last longer. This is the second time I've had an issue with prestige quality.

This is a website review, the flowers are fine. Website doesn't permit Apple password manager to insert password. Postcode doesn't always prompt full address autofil. Final button never works first time.

The worst florist I have ever dealt with. Save yourself some hassle and order from a local florist in your area that will deliver with interflora. Ordered (from Canada) for next day delivery to my 92year old grandmother to thank her for a gift. The order delivered late, with spilled water and rotting flowers. Prestige have refused to acknowledge that this is their fault and are requesting that I (in Canada, or my 92yo grandmother email photos to them for review. An impossible task since I am in Canada, as mentioned to them several times and she does not have a cellphone or the means to take photos. You would expect for a damaged item to either be refunded or replaced, yet Prestige have refused to do either. The communication with staff has been consistently rude, clearly using a script response and refuse to actually help. Company has slow responses to emails.

Disappointing! Royal mail apparently tried to deliver but no one in. 100% there was someone in. called presitge flowers to get help and they were about as much help as a chocolate fire guard!!! this was my first order and will be my last. flowers were for my mum who was visiting a relative and they were a surprise! apparently they are now going to deliver another day (when she wont be there!!!)

I ordered a big bouquet for a special occasion. Five days in advance. Although I got a confirmation for the special date (on the day itself also two times) the day after (!) I got a message with ‘apologies’ that they didn’t send them and would try the next day! The client service don’t take any responsibility and asked me (??) to approach Royal Mail. Don’t sell with apricots if you’re not able to keep it up. So instead of a surprise at the special moment it was a disappointment

You guys are the most brilliant florists locally and probably further afieild. I always come back to you. I worked in a florist as my first job years ago and have a keen interest in plants, flowers and horticulture and so 'know my onions'! I gave you my mother's funeral arrangements to deal with and had very specific requests in terms of colour and ribbons...you did not dissappoint and it was so important to the family. My place of employment use you regularly...you are brilliant. Thank you and keep doing the same.
