My son sent me a luxury Tikal arrangement for xmas. Arrived 23rd dec.in the evening. By the following day 2 roses and 2 cala lillies were dead. One cala had black all over. Even some rose leaves had shrivelled and died. Obviously not fresh, i have 40 years experience with flowers and these were awful. I know they were expensive so would expect a first class standard. My son should have a refund. Will tell him never to use Prestige again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for Christmas Eve and they didn’t get delivered this is second time it’s happened saying it be delivered and still not!! So if ordering flowers from this company be aware the person will get them wilted or dead… oh and still waiting for delivery

I ordered Flowers to be delivered on December 5th for my sister's 90th birthday, a very special occasion. I was informed this morning that they never arrived. This ruined the whole day for my sister and for me. I received an email from 8local florist who confirmed that the oder had filled and was ready for delivery. The order # is 8333286. I contacted the local florist who was responsible for this order and informed them that unless I received an immediate refund, I will inform the appropriate local authorities of ONLINE CONSUMER FRAUD AND DECEPTION. I don't know about the UK, but in my country this is a very serious offense and is dealt with accordingly. Have a Merry Christmas. Alan Couperwhite, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The Service itself was Spot on, the flowers arrived on time. Sadly the Bouquet looked like they used the leftovers in the Florist Shop and nowhere near the offer…

Ordered on 23rd for delivery on 24th. Now the 25th and no flowers. Had I known you couldn't deliver on your promise I would have collected from the shop - as I will do in future.

Order was delivered on time, after much to and fro regarding the delivery address, ( it was on the original order). Biggest disappointment for my 84 year old mother was the roses that were very , very sad. She had to remove the dead and black outer petals. Nearly £50 spent for dying flowers. First time customer and unless I get a response from this review, I'll never use you again and will advise anyone I know to do the same.

Only gave this a 2 star rating due to delivery being on time. Very disappointed with the flowers that arrived. The flowers that I ordered was Rose and Lilly with plenty of green foliage plenty of pink lillies and pink roses. Instead I got 4 red roses couple of freesias and a few green foliage and gold sprayed leaves. Yes it was last minute but paying £31 in total I could have bought these for £6 at the petrol station. First photo is what I ordered and the rest is what I received.

To be honest or nearly £40 very disappointing, my bouquet was not how I imagined, I had no feed for the flowers and more hedge row than I needed. I asked for a medium bouquet but if that was medium small must be 2 flowers and all the hedge row they can get in the wrapping

The flowers delivered to my Mother in law 23/12/24 were an absolute disgrace. 5 roses a few dead and droopy tulips and a mish mash of greenery. I will never use this company again

Ordered a birthday flower for my bestie's birthday for 22 Dec. What arrived was a scraggly 'bouquet' unlike the picture from the website. I thought I could trust Prestige Flowers to carry our love from Singapore over to my best friend in Scotland. 2 flower stems were already broken off in the box. Flowers did not even bloom. I include the photos what was received compared to what was in the website. I want a 50% refund.

I would give this company zero stars. I ordered some flowers and quickly realized I had put the wrong door number. I emailed immediately to ask them to correct this to be informed that it couldn’t happen ( the day after). They sent them to the address given, still not corrected & that person refused them, royal mail returned them to this company and despite 3 emails with the correct house number they then resent to the wrong address again. By now, the flowers would be dead anyway They offered me a £15 voucher for my next purchase to which I responded that I didn’t want it as I wouldn’t be using again or recommending them either Absolute joke of a company
