DO NOT USE!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Usually when you order for next day, that's when your item is delivered. NOT WITH THIS COMPANY. The customer service is abysmal, may as well be none existent. Lois (pretty sure that was who I chatted with) uses far too many automated messages. Do yourself a favour. Save your money, and shop elsewhere. This company is awful!

Worst flowers I’ve ever brought for someone!! Absolutely shocking!! 5 roses and 2 Lilly’s for £32.99! Look nothing like the picture shown! The bunch I got sent not even worth a £10. Sooo disappointed and annoyed

Fantastic service and a gorgeous bouquet! I sent the flowers to my friend in the UK and I'm in the United States. Their website was so easy to navigate and it was simple to place my order. The bouquet is just like the photo and beautiful! Even the delivery for *next day* was reasonable and they were on time!! I will use Prestige again!! Thank you so very much!!

Disgrace, again my mistake for not reading the reviews I wish I had done now, Next day delivery don’t make me laugh also instead of using a courier which I what I though I was getting the flowers were crushed in the back of a Royal Mail van, avoid at all costs. never again

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Although they did arrive on the day I specified they were certainly not the same as the picture I ordered from. They were not delivered by courier but by royal mail and the roses had definitely seen better days. I will not be using Prestige Flowers again

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. If i could give them less stars, I would. Flowers took 9 hours to be sent out by a supplier in England to Scotland. Next day flowers, with next day delivery - not true at all. They sent them in a box by royal mail, despite constantly issuing the word 'courier'. Got dropped at the hospital too late. I ordered from Australia and they were less than helpful. Bad experience from the minute I made the order. They offered me the delivery fee in credit, which is no good to be in another country, then told me to try disputing the charge on my credit card, but they would argue it. Eventually gave me a refund instead but then the delivery finally happened and was a ball's up. No compensation made. Flowers aren't meant to be in a box travelling the country for 3 days. Waste of £60.

Wouldn't order again. Royal Mail messed up delivery so 'next day flowers' were in transit for over 24 hours. Obviously with a shelf life of a few days this a material reduction in the value of the flowers, not withstanding I had specifically ordered and paid for next day delivery for a special occasion. Prestige customer service was awful, merely quoting repeatedly their terms and conditions that 'Next Day' does not guarantee next day and offering absolutely nothing in compensation despite my asking. I get they rely on Royal Mail and these things happen, just amazed they were not prepared to take ownership of the problem and offer anything in recognition I had not received what I had ultimately paid Prestige to provide.

The flowers were awful lasted only 3 days,and they were quite expensive, I haven't been pleased with you before but gave you another chance,but I will really have to think about it from now on

This is the second time I have used Prestige Flowers and the second time I have had a problem. I ordered flowers for a friend’s 100th birthday, a very special occasion. The date requested for delivery was today but I am advised they should be delivered tomorrow. This order was made on 2nd November for delivery on the 18th. Why could this not be guaranteed? I had the option to select a Monday delivery and with over two weeks from date of order this in my opinion is not too much to ask. Very disappointing. In the future I will be looking to find an alternative source.

After using this company a few times and always spending a large sum, I'm fed up. One time the card didn't have the image properly and now when I have prebooked flowers and card for a wedding anniversary they don't even arrive on the day they were booked for. Why offer dates for delivery if you won't guarantee or ensure that those dates are met? Lost a customer for life.

I was going to write my own review, however Tracy’s review sums it up perfectly…. “Absolutely disgusted at the bouquet that was delivered. 5 roses & 3 lilies which did not resemble the photo. This was a birthday celebration so what should have been a happy celebration turned out to be a nightmare. Less than 24 hours of receiving the flowers, 4 out of the 5 roses were wilted and dying! Never again

I ordered a bouquet for my friend's birthday which is today. Despite ordering the flowers a week ago they have still not been delivered (it is now 16.35). this is extremely disappointing and I certainly will not be using Prestige Flowers again or recommend them to anyone else.
