My daughter ordered a bunch last Thursday 6th for my birthday to be delivered on Friday 7th but didn't receive flowers until Saturday evening and they were left in a bin outside. Soo disappointed when I open box the flowers were horrible and old looking and the size of a £8 bunch you would pick up in your local shop. Terribly disappointed as she spent £30 on these and would not recommend or use this company again 😕 Couldn't attach pics for some reason!!!

I placed an order for next day delivery and within an hour and a half I called customer services to delay delivery. I was told that would not be possible. The flowers were delivered to a friends doorstep while she was away - so she returned to a wilted bunch of flowers and melted chocolates. Not a great birthday gift. And Prestige Flowers customer services did nothing to help. So no customer service whatsoever! Really really disappointing experience. Will not be using Prestige Flowers in the future.

Very happy with the quality of flowers. Good service. Ordered a bouquet which included a vase, but my daughter said it was small for the flowers. I thought it would accommodate the bouquet?? Ordered from NZ to be delivered in Scotland, very happy 😊 thank you

extremely disappointed with the flowers supplied by this company. order a large version for my wife’s 50th and it’s pathetic. roses look old and certainly not lush and fresh. very very disappointing. it won’t allow me to post pics but it’s disappointing and extremely upsetting

Buyers beware…what is delivered is not what is advertised online. They are marketing standard bouquets for £74.99 marked down to £49.99 but sending a small bunch at best. We were so disappointed with the misleading marketing, product and follow up customer care. Avoid!

I spent £60 on a gift fire my niece. She and partner just had their first baby. I'm furious..why would you order a bear and small box of chocolates and nothing else... No one has got in touch to say sorry we have made an error... neither has royal mail. You came recommended. I WONT BE USING YOU AGAIN. I even had emails addressed to the recipient to myself.. the gifter. NOT AMUSED

I wanted to send flowers with a card for a special lady who will be 100 years old on 16th March and needed to make sure I could do this and they would be delivered to Ireland. The chat box that popped up was very useful and I was happy with the order I then arranged. Thank you Prestige Flowers! 💐

Not best pleased flowers look more like a small bunch and the vase has a crack in it at the too. This was for my nan's 97th Birthday. Would have given more stars but not this time.

Orders flowers and somehow did it through Amazon marketplace, flowers never delivered, spent money and no goods, no one could help me so not the best way to do business. Wasted money

My daughter sent me the flowers and cake for my birthday on Saturday I followed instructions placing them in a big vase with the food etc got up on the Sunday morning and the roses where dead such a shame as when delivered did look lovely and smelt amazing I will telling my daughter not to use this company again I’ve had flowers from another well known site that lasted almost 2 weeks these flowers are very expensive and would expect them to last longer than a day Sadly it won’t let me upload pictures of how awful the flowers looked the next day

Mainly foliage considering I went for a bigger size. Basically got 6 flowers. I work away so for my wife to receive these on her birthday is disappointing.

Re: Order #8490392 I ordered a Large size 'Oceanic Delight' on 20th January this year, for my sister's birthday and have only just found out from her, that whilst she was thoroughly impressed by the beauty of the flowers, they only lasted for three days in a big vase, even with the flower food provided. Therefore, I am utterly disappointed that a bouquet costing near enough to £50, lasted such a short time. I had asked her today if Mum would have liked that bouquet for Mother's Day, which is why she told me, which is a good job she did as I was going to order some this week. I now won't be wasting another penny on 'Prestige Flowers' and won't recommend this website to anyone and will be deleting my account with you as soon as I've finished this review!
