Awful service, flowers arrived a day later than ordered, subsequently the roses were limp and in poor condition. Will not use again!

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers but what was delivered wasn't acceptable and nothing like what I expected. So far, the company have said that what was delivered was acceptable and they offer a £10 credit note. This was bought as a sympathy gift and although the quality was fine the size of the bouquet was significantly smaller than I would expect. Not happy at all and hoping they rectify to a satisfactory level. I've attached photos of what I have ordered and what was delivered so people can see for themselves.

The rating/review 'assumes' that one's order has been completed. However my problem was while placing my order: I needed some help, when asked to to fill in my 'coupon code below' (??) but I had no coupon code!! I tried the chat line for help, but the first question on 'chat line' is for my order number/code which till then i did not have. So there is no help possible while fillng in the order form. Perhaps you need to reword....'if you have a coupon code, please fill in below' Having said that my last order was very well received and the recipient was delighted.

disappointed to say the least. could have done better at any large supermarket,the order i received looks dull and lifeless and half the quantity compared to the website picture.the website would not upload pictures of the flowers,instead i was asked to contact customer support,cant be bothered with that. will not be returning.

First time using prestige flowers in USA would never use them again sent them information too cancel delivery as person was on vacation but no response and just delivered them anyway 76pounds waste very bad customer service

I placed my order literally a month in advance to make sure there would be no issue as this was meant for my partners birthday, I have received no confirmation of any courier service, I received an order confirmation when I placed my order and when I go to track it, it then says no order can be found ??? Extremely not happy and would like a full refund

ordered flowers for a colleague, after ordering i noticed that there were quite a few negative reviews. i decided to contact customer services straight away to address my concerns. they reassured me that the flowers would be good quality and i would not be disappointed.
