The amount I paid for a 'bunch' of flowers was a rip off. 7 lack lustre flower. Nothing like whats advertised. Very disappointed to say least. Never again Prestige Flowers, nothing prestige about these 😏

Paid for a medium bunch but were on the small side. That wouldn’t be sufficient reason for me to leave a bad review as it is subjective however half of the flowers died within 36 hours and I was refused a refund. A £10 credit was offered which was frankly insulting when they were sent as a surprise birthday present.

The flowers I ordered have not been received despite an indication from Royal Mail that they had been delivered safely. This is not the first time this has happened with M&S flowers and Royal Mail but it will certainly be the last time. I cannot afford your prices for this appalling service. This was a significant present to a person who was at home all day and yet was not contacted by the delivery person. I received a message from RM to say that the parcel has been left in an ‘enclosed space’ . The proposed recipient has checked the are and nothing has been found. Neither the person’s phone number nor mine, the sender, were contacted to check for delivery/attendance. I find your entire proceedings inadequate and demand a full repayment for the cost of the flowers ! Des Brogan

I placed my order well in advance for my disabled aunt's birthday, expecting a thoughtful floral delivery to brighten her special day. Instead, the entire experience turned into a complete disaster. On the day, no flowers arrived. When I checked the tracking details, I discovered that the order was being returned to sender because the florist had mistakenly entered the wrong address. When I called to resolve the issue, I was met with an infuriating suggestion: provide an alternative address. This was absolutely impossible—my aunt doesn’t have another address, and I live overseas. It was not only a missed birthday celebration for her but a blatant display of carelessness and utter incompetence. To make matters worse, their customer support offered absurd excuses, claiming that delivery wasn’t possible because the person receiving the delivery had “gone away” or “moved out.” Clearly, this doesn’t justify sending a gift to the wrong address, and it’s beyond unacceptable. I ended up ordering from another company that delivered on the same day, while this florist now has the audacity to refuse a refund and insist that I wait up to three weeks for reimbursement. Their abysmal service, lack of accountability, and disrespect for their customers have left me utterly disappointed. Avoid this florist at all costs. Their service is a complete nightmare and a waste of both time and money.

Ordered a large bouquet for family funeral in Windsor for next day delivery what was delivered was nothing like photo only very mediocre arrangement with some flowers already dying we were so embarrassed contacted the company and were only offered a £10 voucher and said we left it too late to complain it was a week later as we travelled back to Ireland 6 days after funeral I feel it was very bad customer service and would not use this company for any other occasion

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered flowers for my grandmas birthday and was honestly embarrassed by what was delivered. The picture advertised was a complete misrepresentation, the flowers were browned, some stems too short to touch the water. They tried to tell me they had just sent the wrong size and offered a 5 euro voucher, nothing to do with the size, the service is a scam

Disappointed from start to finish. I ordered for my friend's 30th birthday, paying the additional £10 for a 'large' bouquet. A damaged box arrived at my door, with the corners ripped and the water spilled out, however this is not the main issue. The issue is what I ordered vs what I received could not be further from each other. I could not gift these to my friend as was too embarrassed by the 'bouquet'. When contacting support, their respond was they could give me a £10 credit towards a future purchase as they could only accept there was a 'very slight difference'. As I will never be ordering from here again, this became a £10 refund, despite me paying £45 for the bouquet I can no longer gift. There is nothing 'slight' about the difference between the pictures I have attached, and am as disappointed by their customer service after the issue was raised as for the flowers themselves.

A great disappointment and waste of money. I ordered the Joyful medium bouquet, the flowers which were delivered looked no better than a cheap bunch from a supermarket. It was embarrassing to think that a family member had received such a poor housewarming gift. I will not be using the company again

So far I have used you to send my mum flowers on a few occasions and have been impressed that she has always been delighted with them. Not easy to please a 97 year old.

I would not recommend this company. The flowers that were delivered I could have spent £10 at a local supermarket. I'm devastated at what turned up to someone who's not been well. This experience cost me £71 Do not use this company they are fraudsters.
