Not impressed with the size of the bunch. I paid an extra £5 for the large size and the photo given does not reflect the bunch I recieved

Absolutely nothing like the bouquet pictured, very disappointed, I paid for the large version too and can’t believe what showed up today, I was embarrassed to gift them. Wish I read the other reviews before ordering; that will teach me!

Paid for next day delivery, two days later my order still hasn't arrived. Phoned twice to chase the order only to be told "it's in our terms that you live in a hard to reach area". So I have no flowers, no refund and given this company my money for nothing in return. Definitely would not recommend this place, take your money and leave you with empty promises

Didn't arrive, they said there was an issue with the address, surely addresses are verified before they ship. over 60 pounds they cost. No accountability ..will never use again.. DO NOT USE....especially if you are overseas..

I was very disappointed, I decided to ‘push the boat out’ and spend over £50 on what I was hoping would be a beautiful bouquet for my wife's anniversary. When my wife opened the box, the flowers didn’t look fresh and were brown on the edges, i was told this was normal and remove the brown petals, if i had, there would be no petals left! My advise is, "do not use purchase over priced and poor quality flowers from Prestige"

They do not deliver the next day. They leave it to royal mail who will deliver when they want! You pay extra money for this service but do not get it. It is a con!

I’m very disappointed. The flowers looked awful just a day after I gave them to my wife. They never blossomed. I placed them near a window for sunlight and added fresh water in a vase.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Maybe contact a local florist who would do a much better bouquet. I ordered a large bouquet, but my sister received a small bunch of flowers! This was the response, I wonder how many more people feel duped? I have added a photo of what I ordered to what was received. This was the response from Prestige flowers - Upon careful review of the photographs you provided, our Florist Manager has confirmed that there was an error in the size of the bouquet delivered. Instead of the Large size that you ordered, a Medium size bouquet was sent out. We sincerely apologise for this oversight. To compensate for this issue, we would like to offer you £5.00 voucher to be used towards a future order. No thank you! Lesson learned, I will not be buying from Prestige Flowers and I will be spreading the word that others' shouldn't either. A full refund would have been more appropriate.

DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR ENERGY ON THIS COMPANY. Totally appalled at the lack of compassion given over a late delivery but no its ok cause its in the small print that even though you choose and pay for a delivery day its not guaranteed and they have three days in which to deliver them, 😡😡😡 yes cause its not like you want them for a special date do you. Also looked nothing like the picture and didn't look as big as the picture, but without an aerial view they can’t do anything. They were a gift. Really????? Why would i get the person they were delivered to sort out their shoddy gift. Speechless and £60 out of pocket. I repeat. DO NOT USE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid £30+ for a large bunch of flowers for my mums birthday and all that was received was the tiniest, broken 'arrangement'. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Do not use!!!!!

I am very impressed with the ease in which I was able to use your website to order flowers for my cousin who has just lost her Mother. I tried placing an order with another Aberdeen Florist but wasted so much time trying to get through to the payment section. I left a message, but have heard nothing.

Prestige flowers should stop using The Post Office for deliveries , the flowers arrived two days late and appeared to have been kicked around the sorting office , some of the flowers were squashed and had broken stems and were embarrassing to present to my wife . Next to a bunch some friends had bought from Lidl , they just look like petrol station flowers. I know it's not Prestige's fault but I feel I should get a partial refund . Please note flowers on right in photo are from Lidl
